The Gary Sinise Foundation supports severely wounded U.S. veterans and first responders with a number of beneficial programs, one of which is the construction of Smart Homes for individuals that have lost multiple limbs serving our country through it's R.I.S.E. (Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment) program. The Gary Sinise Foundation provides these homes, complete with furniture specifically designed for the unique needs of these wounded veterans and first responders, at no cost to the individual or their family.

Since 2014, northAmerican and its agent network has provided moving services for 69 R.I.S.E. recipients, transporting 739,000 pounds of furnishings and personal belongings over 58,000 miles. North American agents are proud and humbled to provide this service to those that have done so much in defense of our freedoms and thank the Gary Sinise Foundation for letting us be a small part of their mission.
