They had great attitudes, they took care of our belongings & they were there when they said they would be there.

It was a wonderful experience, and if I have to move again and can afford it, I would definitely recommend their services and receive it again, especially Tom. NAVL is fantastic, they made sure they followed up with me, and I do appreciate that. The movers were also a great crew they were knowledgeable and with my furniture, the movers were very courteous..

They are really professional and the price was reasonable and they delivery on time and they were responsible.

Everything went well & everything was put where it needed to go. The movers helped us get around the doors in our home.

They were very good and just very courteous. They were just great all the way around. They took one of our tables apart and we had a hard time putting it back together.

Everything was great up until post del. I had to try to get my final bill. It's impossible to get in contact with anybody. I have a claim for a smashed T.V. stand. My T.V. is pretty much useless. I texted the guy & sent an email. It took Erin Robins 2 days to respond. Today is Tuesday and it was delivered last Thursday. I think the follow through is what's important in a process like this.

The 3 packers were phenomenal, very friendly, and knowledgeable. They were the same guys that moved us. The whole process was good. They were very good to work with.

The professionalism of the crew & the way that they performed the srvc. The agent who visited my home provided me w/ the good quality srvc I needed, but the price was a bit expensive. The boxes should've consumed more items to reduce my storage of boxes. I have some scratches on my dresser.

I gave a ten because this was a hard move for me due to my parents death. Everyone involved in the move was great. The driver and his crew really helped me.

North American did a great job and I received exactly what I was expecting. The address was incorrect at the beginning of the move but still arrived within the promised timeframe.

The care taken when unloading my belongings and they showed up when they said they would. They wrapped my plunger in one of my bath towels.

I thought they were extremely professional, they took care with my possessions, they went above and beyond to help me and I'm completely satisfied.

The crew was good with packing. My wife said it was the least stressful move. The overall move was great.

They were very good. They did everything they needed to do to get the job done. It was nicely done. They even gave me info that I might need.

The driver was good. Once they arrived for pick up everything was good. The only issue I had was getting the confirmation for the pick up.

I would definitely recommend them. The only reason it is a 9 is because the weight of our move was about 2,000 pounds underestimated. They were very polite.

I was satisfied with the overall customer service. Everyone was very professional and very helpful. Also, the fact the same crew picked up and delivered my belongings.

I already did. When my daughter comes, she will be moving with this company. It was the care and friendliness. They were friendly and polite. They never griped about a thing. They were funny. I am so pleased with Mark and Steve. They were great on everything. Good guys! They cared everything. They were really great. I felt sorry for them because it was raining like crazy. Excellent.

The driver was good and punctual. The lady who coordinated the move was very helpful and answered my questions. The service was great and everyone was friendly. I'm satisfied and they did a good job.

Well, everybody was very conscientious, interested in getting my furniture there in good condition, I was charged a good price, and I felt like everyone was honest. I had very easy communication with rep that set everything up.

I had a really good experience. The driver was excellent and really catered to our needs. He also made sure that everything was taken care of.

They were very professional and did things in a timely manner and communicated with me every step of the way. If they'd stayed and unpacked, it would have been an 11.

The movers were very efficient and were able to move ahead of schedule which worked out very well for us.

The overall service was excellent. The movers did a good job. They did an excellent job but there are things that could have been done better. Nothing is perfect. I would want that team back. I was satisfied because of the good team.

Recent experiences. This was my third time using them. I've always had good luck and good srvc. So I always go back to the same agent and North American.

They called, they moved, they delivered. I wish they could have stayed to unpack it all too. Bob was great. Very respectful.

The boxes were moved with care, moved extremely fast and the communication was really good. Four guys were supposed to pack the kitchen but they left and I had to pack the whole kitchen. The driver was really good.

High level of srvc. Drivers were great. Very personable and got it all together. They were just great

The professionalism of the moving team, the efficient way of communication and they also followed my instructions and suggestions.

The local packing guys and the driver were amazing. Kerry and Frank was fabulous. Javier was amazing also.

The contact i had with the local person was very good everything he packed up was very nice.He answered all of my questions & assured me everything would be handled well. I was really pleased & satisf with what happened.

The care that they showed in loading and we are on a 3rd floor condominium . This was a difficult move and they did an exceptional job.

It depends on what crew and driver is given to the customer. This was the best move we have had so far. I was pleased with driver and the move overall. I would recommend the driver and local agents. We were satisfied with the University Crew.

The crew handled my special request well and even exceeded my expectations for my request. The crew put the beds together when packing and set the TV up. The crew also placed the furniture where it was asked.

Moving is stressful and from the moment I contacted North American I felt that I was taken care of and it lowered the stress that I was feeling over the move.

The team that came was very professional. The gentleman who scoped out the project was very professional and they took care of our things. We had drop offs at 2 locations.

The professionalism and time frame, they showed up early. I have a key and pins that hook the screen together, there was eight of them and they are missing.

I did some internet checking on other movers that claim to do an excellent job & the reviews were horrific. However, I went w/ North American b/c of my past experience.

The movers, Louis & Victor were very professional & good. They were friendly too. They did their jobs well. Don Carden, the coordinator, was good too.They were very accommodating.

They listened to what was fragile and what needed to be moved carefully. They took special care with what they thought was too fragile. They took tables apart before moving and placed them back. The team that I worked with was very good.

NAVL from the beginning of the move to the end of the move was very professional. NAVL treated me nice.

My only concern is when they were delivering they were just going really quick and it was hard to keep up. They were great.

Just the common courtesy that they showed to my family, and they were extremely polite, very professional.

I liked the experience with the packers, movers, the agent & the person who coordinated everything, her name was Vicky & being willing to work with my work schedule. The move was easy with no issues. The driver was little testy during the delivery with a friend of mine.

Every body was efficient. The driver stayed in contact with me. Everything was picked up when it was suppose to be picked up and dropped off when it was suppose to be.

Everyone was very kind, courteous and efficient. Iam still unpacking things. I found little nicks onvery y few pieces. I think that was due to the ov erall move.

The driver had the utmost customer service skills. He treated my items like they were his own. He was also 10 minutes early. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

The initial estimate was low and we paid additional to have it stored. I was very satisfied until there was some over flow & we needed a 2nd truck. It was far behind our original estimate and it went down hill from there. The crew did fine. The estimator low balled it.
