I had to make some phone call 1st to get info. There 1 week window for the del and they del it the last day, which worked out. I was contacted about my del after I made the 1st call.

We have moved quite a few times and they did a very good job, they were very respectful and very nice guys, and they handled our stuff with good care. They were very personable.

It was my first time going through a relocation. I was impressed by how things were handled. My special request was denied.

This move was seamless from budgeting to communication. We built a relationship w/ the driver & it was a sweet deal.

Everybody kept in contact with us all the time. We're missing a box. We called the person that we worked with.

It was everything. The communication was good, they were on time, and the delivery was off the chart. They were outstanding.

I thought they were very polite, efficient & did everything perfect as far as I'm concerned. They were wonderful. It was a good move, it was done well. The men were gentleman, they courteous & efficient.

The care that they showed in loading and we are on a 3rd floor condominium . This was a difficult move and they did an exceptional job.

The driver and his crew most influenced my rating. The driver and his crew did what they said they were going to do, and how they were going to do it. They were very respectful and polite. Nobody came to my home to give me an estimate or quotation. The driver and his crew did an excellent job.

Everything went really well. North American gave me the best quote out of 4 companies and the driver and crew was nice people to work with. There was no dents or scratches to my goods.

North American did an amazing job for me & I would use them again in a heartbeat. I looked at their reviews on Yelp & My Move.com & I took everything into consideration & chose them for my move. The person name Paul that came out to my house to do the estimate was awesome. Lindsay my coordinator & she was amazing & kept in touch w/me regarding my move. Tony the driver did an excellent job.

From the beginning to the end, everyone was very courteous and on point. I spoke to different people and saw different people and they were all very professional and very friendly.

Everybody was nice even the driver the other workers were wonderful courteous and a very comfortable experience.

The first guy that did the estimate was much more thorough. Two other people came, and he responded in a timely manner. The driver and crew were courteous and good with loading and unloading.

The driver & crew was very professional, friendly & caring. They did excellent. It was outstanding. In fact, if I were to move again I would definitely ask for the same crew.

I had a wonderful driver. Beltman the contracting company was exquisite. They went beyond my expectations.

I used someone else before and we had alot of issues. It was a different experience with them. The way the handle the furn was phonenimal.

The del tm arrived on the very last day. I had to sleep on the floor from the 4th to the 15th. The del crew arrived on the last day. The time window was a week.

Price was very competitive. North Americans is a company I have confidence in, compared to other companies.

They were very helpful and polite. I had to scramble to pack up the rest of my belongings because they came in 3 days instead of 7.

We have moved quite often. These movers were the most professional. The communication was good. They handled our items well. The crew that did the packing & driving was very respectful.

The fact that we were given an NRA discount, and the price that we paid was very much worth it.. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that the price was exactly as quoted to us.

Everyone involved was professional. The salesman was only off by 50 lbs. The movers were polite and I would use them again if I had to. The communication was good as well. They came on time.

The long distance driver and his crew were absolutely excellent as well as the local packers Rick and Brandon that came the day before to help pack some antiques and pictures were excellent as well.

The overall handling of estimate and price. Also, the care we got. It was a satis experience. It was delivered to my daughter and the driver was in contact with her.

They were courteous, they took care of my stuff, and they were good people. I would like to have the same driver for my next move, he was awesome.

What most concerns my rating is that it was much more expensive then I was expecting. It was a smallshipment of pre-packed boxes and furniture. When I called to find out when everything would be delivered, I was told saturday at first. However, I was told they would deliver on Sunday. I still had a two days warning.

The drivers and packers were quick, efficient, informative, and they were willing to listen to me. The coordinator should have informed me about the special value items.

The way every thing was handled, I was kept in touch through the whole process. The move was easy, the last thing you want in a move is to be worried about it.

The overall satisfaction, care and treatment of my items, and the driver and crew being there when they said they would.

It was really the fact that mark and his assistant Kim was excellent, and Ali the driver was really good. I would use them again. The estimate was good too. The crew was better was better on the loading end than the unloading and the driver was really they key.

Everything was as scheduled. Delivered when said they would. Packed when they were supposed to. I was very happy with the service.

The driver and the coordinator Tina, they were friendly, professional, answered all my questions. This was my first move. We got a priority delivery because we have animals and it was nice. I appreciate the customer service with that.

I've used North American before this was my second time. I had a couple special needs in regards to how a couple of items should be packed and my instructions were followed.

The care and communication with handling our goods. I expected the delivery within 4 days but they were in and out much sooner.

Communication & timeliness. Unloaders left w/out making sure beds were put together properly, loaders loaded stuff inside grill, my husband turned on grill w/out looking inside & burned stuff up.

The overall process. The driver and his crew was great. The handling was great. They did rub the wall and leave a small mark, but they told me how to get it off. The driver and crew called multiple times when they were on their way. They were very careful. I wanted them to be very careful with my things and they were.

With everything that was moved and having a few mistakes on the furniture, everything was moved as good as I could ask for. I've never moved across the country so this was a good move.

There was only one thing, when the guys did the unloading they stepped on the lawn instead of going through the main entrance. They kind of got the carpet dirty.

The fact that they got here early. Everything went very smooth. That was the best thing, that it all just went so smooth. They crated and uncrated everything very well.

The overall care of the agents who came to evaluate my home. The packers and the movers were excellent. I have moved a lot in my life and this is by far the best move I ever had. I watched, they did a better job than I would have done.

I used the same company for the move, however as far moving again using them or recommending them, I would look into other companies.

North American provided great customer service and communication. I was very happy with the quickness of the move and I would suggest their services to anybody.

The courtesy of the move coordinator and the ease of the move. I did everything online and had to give a detail list of my items. It was a small move but she made it easy.

It was a perfect move. Roger the driver was the best driver I ever had and I moved 7 times before for my career and he was by far the best.
