The communication in the beginning was good. During the packing process she did call me every day. The driver and his crew went above and beyond.

The communication through the whole process was excellent. The care of the belongings, the respect & friendliness.

It was the care and how everything was done. The driver was exceptionally friendly and the crew was great.

The reps were prompt and professional. Justin got in contact with us and was very attentive and the crews were great.

They moved me before and I go by their schedule because they're so good. I asked the guy to move my plant and he put it in his office and watered it as well.

The courteous nature of the driver and workers that loaded and unloaded, they were pleasant worked hard and they were courteous.

The driver and his crew took their job seriously. I could contact the person that coordinated my move. I felt that everyone did their job.

Well, I would say even from the beginning when Paul came to our house, he explained everything to us & was very professional. Jim was very accurate & polite. All of the crew were very polite. They did some of the packing and they did a good job in general.

Just the fact that they were prompt and professional. Everything was done as promised. We had a grandfather clock they had to be careful with. I was very impressed with the driver and his helper.

I used NA before and the performance they had done in the past has been comfortable. I have moved 6 times and each time I used NA.

The overall experience. This is the second time I have dealt with Sirva and both times they did a great job.

In my 25 years of moving, this was by far the best one. Every one did a great job. Also the quote was the lowest out for 4 I got.

They did such a great job and their rep got on the phone with me, and I received a great estimate. It was surprisingly easy to do from long distance. The crew that was there to pack my things left the television to be packed by the driver the next day, and he was disappointed that he had to do some of their packing.

My wife and I were very pleased with everything you did for us. Communication, the driver, and the salesman was all good. It was all very professional.

We move all the time and this was the best move we ever had. We never had a move where things had gone this great. Everything was just wonderful.

The care they showed, I have use them before, this move they went above and beyond, and I would recommend them.

The overall treatment from the start to the end. They could have taken more care on how they placed one item. One item had a scratch on it.

At the end of the day all the representatives did what they were supposed to. I had to ask the reps to call.

The courtesy of the driver, as well as the courtesy of the person who came out to give me the estimate, influenced my rating. This person who gave me the estimate was very well-mannered.

The guys that loaded they were really nice guys and the driver who unloaded the truck in Georgia was nice as well.

Everything showed up on time and everything was in good shape. They helped me move things around and staying extra to help us move in.

I was really impressed. Everyone was nice, friendly, and professional. We have used other companies and they were the best. This was our 3rd moving company.

They were very professional and clear in the communication. The amount of service provided was awesome. The driver Chief, and Shannon the Assistant was extremely good. The driver took care of all my goods very very well.

Scott who was our coordinator was fantastic, he always kept in contact w/me. Also our drivers Rhett Walter & Jimmy always arrived on time & they were fantastic, I was very pleased with them.

The personalities of the guys and the professionalism showed to me and my wife was very good. They went above and beyond. I was surprised at some of the stuff packed. They were told to pack everything in the house and they did exactly that. I had a large safe to be packed.

I have moved alot and this move was very smooth. I had alot of confidence in my movers! They all seemed to care, from the communication to how they handled my goods.

I like how they cover things like my furniture. How they took care of my belongings. They were careful.

The pick and delivery. The movers at both points were kind and generous. This was my first move and they made it pretty seamless.

North American stuck w/ me, the way I was able to contact the reps. I also got a whole packet about moving. I like how the move was carried out. North American gave me a good quote and good dates. The reps who moved my items and the driver was very professional and did a very good job.

The move was very easy and North American followed through with what they said they would do. The movers were very careful.

The driver, actually, most influenced my rating. She was really nice to work with. I think her name is Suzanne.

The scheduling was perfect. The movers came on the day and time of my request. My initial delivery was scheduled on a Friday but they came on Saturday. Everything turned out perfect.

I thought they did an excellent job. I need a number so I can have someone to pickup the extra boxes.

We've moved a number of times and the people at Nelson took care of everything. They did everything we asked them to do. They even came up with a solution on how to ship our cars.

Everyone was professional and courteous. They worked w/ me to get things done in a very short timeframe. There's no question that I would like to use them again.

The overall experience with North American was good. The pricing was a little high but it was worth it in the end. The packing was fine.

The promptness of load; delivery. I had a huge difference in the weight of the items in comparison to what he was quoted. I should have a refund. I am looking for a refund check, and I want to be contacted.

The driver. He was very attentive, fast, thorough, exact and polite. He managed the crew and me extremely well.

We were in the middle of a blizzard and we thought the driver was going to call 24 hours in advance but he called 2 hours before and we needed to supply the help.

They were polite & courteous. They asked good questions. They put my things where I asked them to. The driver called me a day prior.

They went above and beyond and attempted to move a large piece of furn upstairs but the ceiling was too low. Everything was great.

My overall satisfaction with the move process. Alex was the person who delivered my goods. He did a very good job & explained everything. Alex was very helpful in terms of situating everything after the goods were unloaded.

Everybody was very communicative and available. My rep was available, I had her number. I got email updates when things changed.

It was a very easy process. I was out of the country when it was happening. I was very pleased. I arrived to my old apartment and found everything ready for me.

The care and communication with handling our goods. I expected the delivery within 4 days but they were in and out much sooner.

The packing was well done. All parties involved were friendly & helpful. During the uncrating process, they volunteered to haul away the cardboard boxes. We had a statue that needed special handling. They did a great job in packing the item.
