Everything was really good up until when no one called to make sure about the insurance papers. Andy's transfer I will give them a 3 b/c of the day of the move no one followed up to make sure the insurance paper was passed.

The move was done promptly. The coordinator was very good. She always called back. I could easily reach her. The movers were good & professional. I was very satis.

From the very beginning they coordinated my move. I was impressed with that. They delivered as promised. The cost was very reasonable for an out of state move.

I was impressed on how careful the driver and the packers were regarding my household goods. They were extremely well-mannered.

They were polite, they told us what they were going to do, took great inventory, everything was there, they were on time, and it was wonderful.

They took a huge stress out of my life. They did everything as they said they would. They went above and beyond. They were friendly and courteous. They made it easier. I would use the same crew.

Far as the movers go they met all my expectations, protected my property, handle things carefully, made sure the records matched and was caution with labeling. The people were very attentive and nice.

They were wonderful from start to finish, everything was awesome, love the experience. The del team did an amazing job, the skill, professionalism was outstanding.

The overall service I received was very good. The driver was very considerate of my goods and my walls.

I wrote an email conserning the driver. He was a gentleman & very professional. He was terrific and excellent. His name is Trini Charlton. Special request was the scheduling. I hope they realized they are doing a good job. I only wish the wrappings/pad are clean thats how I would improve the service.

I was impressed with everything, specifically with the quote. Also, they did a good job with the work they provided.

We were really happy with Jerome Jefferson, he was very courteous, helpful, and polite. And the crew was really nice.

North American was cheaper than United Van Line. United Van Line was less professional. North American was professional. I was satisfied with the whole experience. I was impressed with the way the guys handled and put my things into the truck. They packed everything carefully.

The move was really good, but there could be better or worse service shown to others considering North American Van Lines. My items are still in storage.

I was happy with the service overall. North American failed to communicate to the driver that I had a specific range for my delivery dates.

I worked in the moving business years ago. I like North American's customer service. They were helpful and made sure I was pleased with the outcome. Everyone involved did an excellent job.

It was just the care of my things in the actual truck. The actual transport of my vehicle; they need to be more careful who they pick. I want someone to contact me about this issue.

The current move and the fact I've used them before. I have a large wine collection. Nearly 80 cases. I was very happy with the handling of it.

They went the extra step and was willing to make the delivery with out me being present. Everything was put in the proper rooms and they even made up my bed for me.

The overall service. Betty, Shawn treated our furniture like it was there own, Sherry was always answering questions for me.

The care the team took with my items, despite the difference between the two, and that they were trustworthy most influenced my rating. There were 2 individuals who visited my home. James did all the work. Peter did the driving. They were both nice. They worked from 10am to 7pm and still had to come back. Peter was slow. James worked.

The driver was very attentive. The driver and his colleague was very conscious of where we wanted everything.

Everything that was promised was delivered and everyone was nice and this was done quickly, also all of my things were kept safe.

Everything they did was good, they explained everything and this was the easiest move I have ever done.

I have used North American Van Lines before and they have great service. They did what they said they were going to do. The crew was very careful.

The personality, friendliness and the movers did what they said that they would do There was a couple of bangs and dents on my furniture, someone is coming out to take care of it.

We have used North American about 3 or 4 times and this particular move was very good. Everything was done in a timely manner and everything went smoothly.

THE OVERALL FEELING OF BEING IMPORTANT AND THE DRIVER AND PERSONEL BEING EXPEDIOSIOUS FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING. THE PAPER THAT WAS USED TO WRAP THE POSSESIONS WAS WAXY AND WAS TRANSFERED TO THE POSSESIONS.

Everything was fine. Except for the screw up with the timing. I have had three moves with North American. The overall timing was off.

Coleman movers, the movers who did the front end were very professional. I crew who del my goods were north american associates and I found that kind of fonny, however, they were good as well.

The care taken when unloading my belongings and they showed up when they said they would. They wrapped my plunger in one of my bath towels.

The overall process. The driver and his crew was great. The handling was great. They did rub the wall and leave a small mark, but they told me how to get it off. The driver and crew called multiple times when they were on their way. They were very careful. I wanted them to be very careful with my things and they were.

We are planning to use them again. What most influenced me was that it was professional, timely, packed as said and del as said. The del team was professional, well informed and it was great.

I was extremely well pleased with the way my things were handled and I was happy from start to finish.

The movers who came to do the move handled all my belongings with care. They did a really excellent job in moving my items from my old apartment to my new apartment.

Everything that I needed to have happen happened. They were good on both ends. There was a screw up on the house appraisal and then some difficulty about the pick up dates. North American worked with me and everything turned out fine.

We've moved 3 times with them and all 3 times were good. They've handled all 3 moves and did a good job all three times. Tina was great. She did a great job. Steve, the guy that unloaded us, did a great job.

From the estimator, to the move coordinator, to the packers, to the local delivery and then the driver for the two-stage cross-country delivery - OUTSTANDING!!!!
