The del team who dropped it off was wonderful. The driver & his crew who del was great. They were phenomenal. They were the best part of my moving experience.

Overall how they treated me and all my belongings, how they unpacked them, and went above what they had to, I really appreciated that. I am a satis cust, the guy I dealt with was great, and I was satis with the whole process.

The srvc I received from North American was superb. I need a local rep from North American to re-assemble my grandfather clock.

We really liked the guy who approached us, and handled everything. The driver was very good and professional.

I was very happy with the way the driver took care of my things and the driver even gave me info on the neighborhood I was moving in.

I was happy with the overall service and communication. The driver was very courteous and accommodating.

The responsiveness I received from driver, coordinator, they were personable, the process was made a lot easier.

The driver was very polite, timely, and down to earth . They were very very professional and easy to talk to.

Because of the delay which messed up the plans to leave for Florida. It caused the buyers to leave their stuff on the truck overnight. It took 8 hours to load the van they left at 9pm. I was shocked it took so long. As a result the ppl that bought the house had to delay their delivery until the next day.

There were no surprises, everything was great the crew, driver was great on both ends, they were very professional.

North American's staff was very professional. The communication was great and the driver and his crew went above and beyond.

I've used North American before and they took good care of my items and I know that I can trust them.

The overall process. The driver and his crew was great. The handling was great. They did rub the wall and leave a small mark, but they told me how to get it off. The driver and crew called multiple times when they were on their way. They were very careful. I wanted them to be very careful with my things and they were.

The over all experience of the Montana transfer team and the Movers, Everybody did an outstanding job.

The process was very easy. Everyone was very nice and responding quickly to questions. The driver was very nice and did an excellent job. He was very helpful.

The movers were very polite and they handled my things with good care w/o throwing any of my things.

The driver and his people were great & worked hard but my dissatisfaction would have to be with the upper person in charge because they shorted me a day & it messed everything up.

The people at both ends the loading crews, and the driver was good at communication. I did have a negative and I think there was suppose to be a form of a checklist.

In general the entire crew and everyone was extremely personable and took care of everything that needed to be done. They made it a very painless process.

They got everything to the new location and they put things in the location I asked them to put them.

The communication in the beginning was good. During the packing process she did call me every day. The driver and his crew went above and beyond.

I used NA before and the performance they had done in the past has been comfortable. I have moved 6 times and each time I used NA.

Everything arrived safely and they did everything they said they would do. The driver Rick and the guys that loaded did a very good job.

Everything about the move process went well from when we first contacted North American. They were willing to do it for 6 mths while we were in the move transition. The ppl we phenomenal.

The communication with the local agent about when our goods will be delivered. The agent was very helpful. We had some wait time and she did well in coordinating the delivery of our items.

We are very pleased. We have used North American three times and have been very happy with the service.

The whole process. From the person who did the estimate to the person who called everyday & the driver and crew. Everyone took care of things and seemed like they cared. It was good. We had a third party to come and pack some items.

The driver and his crews' professionalism. I appreciated Brad keeping in touch with me, and Jason did a good job; we were overall satisfied.

The overall move was w/out a prob. I am waiting for the people to assemble my wardrobe. I am satis except w/ having to follow up w/ the assembly of my wardrobe. I am satis w/ the way the move was handled. We just have a follow up. The driver contacted me & let me know what was happening. I would highly recommend you .

The timeliness and quality of the movers. They were outstanding, they did a great job taking care of our items

They were on time & they took good care of our items during the loading & unloading process. They were very careful bringing the items in the home, putting down mats on floors & no scratches on walls. They did an excellent job. The driver was very professional & he worked both sides of this move.

Everything from the time the rep came to give an estimate, I was given a thorough explanation. I was happy with every aspect. The crew was courteous.

I belong to the NRA and I am supposed to get a discount. When I called to set up the move, no one called me back and when after several tries I was told that there was no record of my calls

The over all customer service. The crew, customer service representative, crystal was my contact with the moving company. The driver Roosevelt and Willie. All three were fantastic.

I was impressed with the overall move and they did a great job with the delivery and I was very happy with that. The driver and his crew did a great job as well, they were very polite and nice.

My initial contact w/ the contractor; I liked his personality b/c I was so nervous & mentally distraught. The estimator assured me everything would be fine & gave follow up calls to check on me The estimator, Gordon Stuart, was very good and calmed me down.

The driver and the gentlemen that came out to access everything was excellent. They moved everything with care as well.

The move was really good, but there could be better or worse service shown to others considering North American Van Lines. My items are still in storage.

Very courteous, followed through, respectful, and I am still in shock and very pleased. Had to have someone to make a crate. Cord movers was phenomenal and have recommended others to them. Carol called to follow up.

The whole move was just perfect, Randy who came out and gave us a estimate was respectful of me and my items and helped anyway they could.

The driver of the truck. If I could select him I would recommend him. The loaders were terrific. The drivers were terrific and the loaders and unloaders were fantastic.

The professionalism, time of arrival, and behavior in the process of the move. The Team was very respectful in the way they communicated. I just recommended them to my daughter, she is making a move from Virginia to Atlanta.

They were very communicative all the way along. The driver was excellent. I have found a couple of dmg items as I have been unpacking.

The driver and the way he cared about my home and belongings. I tipped him $150. His name was Derek Washington.

Recent experiences. This was my third time using them. I've always had good luck and good srvc. So I always go back to the same agent and North American.

Just the over service was excellent. The driver Andy who delivered was excellent & the person who coordinated the move was very good. One guy dropped my jewelry box but he came and told me about. Other than that they were very friendly and personable. They were a outstanding. Craig and I worked well together. We fed them lunch.

Everything about them. The packers and movers Also, the unloaders. It was great from start to finish.

Everybody was very nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions. The crew was early to pack my belongings.

North American did everything I was promised, they were funny, courteous, and just a pleasure to work with. The del tm was exceptional and outstanding.

I have been using the same guy for all of my moves this is my 3rd move with the driver and my 5th move with North American.

The person I dealt w/ to coordinate the times & pickup times was very helpful, kept following up was avail when I needed them.

North American was cheaper than United Van Line. United Van Line was less professional. North American was professional. I was satisfied with the whole experience. I was impressed with the way the guys handled and put my things into the truck. They packed everything carefully.

Mr. Bolton was on top of everything. He supervised everything and everybody. He kept us informed. He was careful with precious objects. He gave us confidence which is difficult to explain. Mr. Bolton did an outstanding job. MR. Bolton was a super guy and was in charge of everything. We have move for over 20 years because we were in the military and this has been the best move.

Everything was great up until post del. I had to try to get my final bill. It's impossible to get in contact with anybody. I have a claim for a smashed T.V. stand. My T.V. is pretty much useless. I texted the guy & sent an email. It took Erin Robins 2 days to respond. Today is Tuesday and it was delivered last Thursday. I think the follow through is what's important in a process like this.

The attention I got. The attention my goods got. I feel like I was the only person moving. They took care of me and my stuff.

The overall process. The packing, the delivery and the overall experience was great. My antique radio that was delivered has a missing button.

We had a quite a few quotes from different companies and the value from North American by far exceed what other companies would do.

I had to make some phone call 1st to get info. There 1 week window for the del and they del it the last day, which worked out. I was contacted about my del after I made the 1st call.

The way that the packers and the driver treated meand and the furniture; loading and unloading, they were great.

They were very easy to work with. Heather was excellent to work with. She worked with Randy the person that gave the bid. We had our car transported. That was a mess. Our car is still in Minnesota. I have been at my new location for a week now. It has been a big inconvenience. I had to rent a car.

The driver was excellent during this entire move. The sales person was superb also. A granite tabletop had to be crated. That was my special request.
