The movers left one item, but it was ok because the movers were rushing at my request. But overall they were very good.

They were on time for pick-up and delivery. They asked where our things go and they placed them in the right rooms.

We liked the driver and his crew and they did everything they said they would. Their truck was very clean. We are very satisfied with move to Florida. The driver and his wife made us very happy and we would recommend them.

I was super satisfied w/ the actual move of my household goods but I am unsatisfied with the terms being changed about my car del. I would like my money back that I paid for door to door srvc. I used NAVL to subcontract to someone to transport my car and I paid extra for door to door srvc and I received a call today saying that I would have to meet them to pick up my car.

The care and how they treated my belongings and us,. The crew was awesome, the team did good. I would want the same bunch.

Just that we were well taken care of. We were informed on everything all the time. If we needed info, we could call the driver. The scheduling was on point as well.

The drivers and his crew was nice, careful, and considerate. They did their job in a very professional manner.

The driver was extremely good with everything that I needed. He was a class act in anything I needed and asked for. I had to unpack a large portion of my boxes, which was part of the move.

The driver stayed in contact with me the whole duration of the move, he was very professional and he did a fine job.

Melissa who was the coordinator, Steve who was the driver and David who assisted Steve was fantastic. Melissa informed me about some boxes that really helped us out a lot.

The personality, friendliness and the movers did what they said that they would do There was a couple of bangs and dents on my furniture, someone is coming out to take care of it.

I have used North American Van Lines before and they did a good job so I decided to use the services again.

The overall process, they handled everything with care, the communication was great, they also had the skills it took to handle the move. The lead mover was simply amazing, he was a power move and I was impressed with the service. I received.

They did everything they promised. Everyone was very courteous, efficient and professional. Everyone was very professional and did a great job. The coordinator did a great job also.

This is the second time I've used them and both times North American performed their services very well.

My whole experience with the move, I had a timely delivery & timely delivery. Everything with the move was handled in a seamless manner.

The way they delivered and loaded my items. They were really professional in loading and packing the items.

Just really covering the areas from your earlier questions, start to finish from the estimate to pickup and delivery and the quality of the wrapping the furniture: they did a very good job. I did the majority of the packing but the items that they packed and wrapped, they did extremely well.

The lady who set it all up was wonderful. The two drivers who were in charge of the crews were both excellent. Because no one was there to unload the grandfather clock and marble top table. No one showed to help with unloading grandfather clock and marble top table.

Clear communication and everything was transported without any issues. The drivers were also friendly.

They took very good care of my things. I was very confident that I will receive my things in one piece.

Ron and Tari, they were excellent. We liked them so well that we had a picture taken before they left.

The crew was phenomenal. They were on time, considerate, careful, and did everything they said they would do. They were flexible and easy to work with.

Everything overall: the movers were great and followed up with everything and explained everything. I needed help with packing and someone came and did a nice job. From the beginning they were nice.

The overall experience. I felt that North American did a good job with the estimation,loading,and unloading. I am very satisfied. I was very satisfied with my overall move.

The special care and consideration of the material that was shipped. The customer care received from the coordinator, driver and the representative. All was wonderful. Driver was exceptional.

THIS WAS A THE SECOND MOVE THEY DID FOR ME. THERE WAS SOME DAMAGE BUT IT WAS PROBABLY WHILE LOADING FROM MY HOUSE TO THE TRUCK.

Mostly everything went smoothly. I was given the impression that the delivery would arrive sooner than it did by a few days.

Things went well. My goods were mostly stored in boxes & have been in storage for about a year. They were delivered to me in good condition.

The men who came were extremely courteous and they called me before they came. My furniture was in storage and North American moved me and Arnuoff drivers stated that I had to pay the max which was over $4000.00. I want to know is that true.

The crew was cheerful. I was happy with everything, also with how I treated. I would recommend North American Van lines.

I rated a ten because of the knowledge, kindness and friendliness of the driver Randy and his crew, Sophia. They treated my belongings as their own and were very caring of everything. The local crew was great and very nice, as well. Randy was in charge.

The communication made the process easier. The driver actually delivered items early, which was greatly appreciated.

The cost is really good compared to others and the driver and the company were very qualified and efficient.

From the very beginning they coordinated my move. I was impressed with that. They delivered as promised. The cost was very reasonable for an out of state move.

The driver was excellent. His first name was Julius. I wanted to give him recognition. Overall everything was good. I was pleased with the packers and the person who coordinated the move. I was satisfied.

They did what they said they were going to do. Eventually I got connected with a local rep. He visited me with the paperwork. I signed it & I was happy to work with him vs. a Boston rep. Initially, I was dealing with a Boston rep. He wanted to do the paperwork over the phone & charge me 3% if I use my MasterCard. Eventually I was connected with a local rep. I saved money. I was happy.

Everything went smoothly, they came and left when promised and I knew who to contact when I needed something.

How I was treated by everyone. This is the 5th or 6th move with North American and I will never go to any other company.

The helpfulness of the delivery men influenced my rating. When I tried to lift things, they moved the items for me. They were awesome.

Everything they did was good. They did what they said they would do. There was only one incident and that was a crack on the dial of the washer. I have written it down on the sign off sheet.

Everybody in the crew was good, and all our item reached us, there was a delay in the delivery. There was one part that was missing but they brought it back to us.

The experience and the team did everything perfect. The team did a great job with packing. I asked them to deliver at a different address.
