The professionalism and everything was handled very well. Everything was set up and they stuck to it.

Everything was done as they said it would be. The schedules was good and reasonable and everything after packing was just fine.

Both the loading and delivery crews were professional and timely. The unloading crew in Oregon did a good job. The move was flawless.

The entire move was great, they were nice and did they job. The delivery team was extremely nice and friendly, they worked hard.

The communication in the beginning was good. During the packing process she did call me every day. The driver and his crew went above and beyond.

I thought the crews were very fast and professional. The driver was outstanding and he worked with anything I asked.

The driver was extremely professional, packers were friendly and outgoing; the reps always asked questions. We were very happy that the reps were cautious. I was very impressed. The local agent's crew did a very nice job and nice young men.

The follow up and the attention to detail in scheduling was great. I've moved ten times in my lifetime, and this was the best one. The coordinator, Scott, was very good.

The crew was careful bringing my items into my home. They were exceptional movers. They did a great job.

Everything was fine across the board except for the extra care package. I am still waiting and the marble is still in the box. Marble that was specially packed and highly valued was crated. Due to their policy I have to uncrate it. They have to send a new crew out to unpack the marble.

The movers, Louis & Victor were very professional & good. They were friendly too. They did their jobs well. Don Carden, the coordinator, was good too.They were very accommodating.

I was satisfied with the overall move process. From the time the rep showed up at the house to the point where everything was delivered.

We are very pleased. We have used North American three times and have been very happy with the service.

I had excellent service. I also has great communication with the driver. The overall service was good.

It was smooth, handled well, dealt with an agent out of Cleveland and they were perfect for me. I had an excellent experience but I used them only one time but I would use them again if I had to.

It was good, high quality service and good customer service skills. Everything was done in a great manner.

The lady who came to estimate was very nice, she explained everything and I'm pleased. Also, the driver and crew were great.

They were very good with the packing and the stuff got here sooner than I expected, and the total cost was about 800 dollars less than what was expected, which was fantastic.

The whole process from the initial inspection from the professionalism of the crew & the care. Everything arrived in order. Also, just with the packing and whole thing.

It was the driver, Louis. He was really bright, courteous, helpful, very detailed, and professional. He was amazing.

The driver was patient, considerate, and kind. I've used them 3 times and they've been very dependable all those times.

The rep that visited my home & the del crew did a great job. I've already recommended them to my neighbor.

I was overall very impressed with the move. North American was much better than a previous company I used. The local North American group did a great job and I would use North American again.

Overall, I was impressed with the quality of service. Also, the fact that I received a promised price range.

The driver was very informative, knowledgeable and overall a good guy, his name is Josh. Josh is why I would recommend North American.

The delivery, packing, and time estimating was all great. The estimate was a little higher than expected, but otherwise everything was satisfactory.

Everybody was super friendly and called when they said they would. Everybody was on time and fast and took care of everything.

Pete came out to give us a quote. I could tell North American was more professional than most movers I spoke w/. I was given a discount price.

The delivery driver & his crew, they did all of my packing & delivered my items. They were outstanding. I have moved liked 7 times, & this crew was the best just 2 people & they did everything.

It was everything. The communication was good, they were on time, and the delivery was off the chart. They were outstanding.

The delivery was excellent, packing was ok, except items you should have been more careful with. Some items were mixed. Some of the things that were wet should have been wrapped in plastic. I would have been happy if things would have been separated.

The move was phenomenal. This is the second and hopefully last move, but if I do move again I will be using North American.

Courteous and efficient handling of my possessions. There were 4 times to pick up items from my home in Brooklyn and they stated there would be an extra charge and transfer fees. I said OK. $3000 more was added, I was surprised.

The movers were very polite and they handled my things with good care w/o throwing any of my things.

They followed through with what they said they were going to do. The loading and unloading happened outside my time window.

It was a great experience overall. 3 days before the move they charged us an additional amount with was 500 additional dollars for the move. We lived in a condo in Mass. They said that it was because of the neighborhood we lived in.

It was the cost and the speed in which it was done. Especially, the time it took for my stuff to be delivered.

They were efficient, fast, knowledgeable. Mark set up the process. The delivery guys were cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took care of everything. I would call again if I ever move.

It was easy. Jesse was very accommodating. Jose, the driver, was nice & kind. They took care of each item I had. I needed to change some dates for this. They were very accommodating about that. The driver & the crew member was wonderful. They did a good job w/the item that I was worried about. Jesse was phenomenal.

They kept their word and came to pick up the goods when they promised and delivered it when they promised.

I had a previous move with NAVL b/f & I had better service w/ North American. The driver for North American was excellent. I have young children & they made them have fun. He made everything easy.

They movers were there when they said they would be , they made suggestion where the furniture would look the best, polite and courteous. They were guys of high integrity. The movers were awesome and cautious about our belongings, they went over and beyond what was expected of them. These guys exceeded and if I ever move again we will use North American .

Everything went as promised. The drivers left a couple things at the house I had to bring to the location.

The driver. Mike Vogue was super professional, polite, and hardworking. he was the best ever. The driver was fantastic and super .

My driver and crew were fantastic. Dawn was fantastic about getting dates and coordinating everything. John was our driver. My packers were Keith, Bobby, Joe and Adam.

Just how smoothly everything and working w/the driver and crew. The driver and crew arrived to deliver our items a day early which was perfect for us. They did a good job, we were very satisfied with the entire process.

Everybody has been extra careful, did what they wee going to do and was respectful. They did their best to accommodate my schedule.

The overall process and how the individual took care of the furniture and they acted as if it was their own. They were proactive and efficient.

So far overall it's great. You never give anyone a ten. It was outstanding. They actually came a half hour early. The driver a one of the loaders did a great job loading and a great now. I highly recommend this crew.

The driver and his crew was really good and quick. I liked the rep that gave me the quote. North American forgot to give the driver the address but everything was fine. I would use North American again. The crew that wrapped up everything was really good.

The move process went very well. Promises were kept and my items were taken care of. The driver and crew took care of me even when I was stressed out and kept me calm.

The thoughtfulness and care because we packed in a 50 mph wind sand storm and unpacked in hail and rain and they did a great job.

Everything from the scheduling to the friendliness to the care to the delivery was perfect. The team did everything I asked them and they were awesome.
