I would recommend them. We had an issue where they marked up a carpet. The company calls me several times and leave me no message, I suggest they leave a message and statethe reason they are calling.

Everybody from the local packers to the driver and his son was excellent and awesome. He was in constant contact across country. The payment was coordinated on the front end by Mike which eased fear The move was as stress free as it could be.

From the beginning to the end of the process, there was excellent communication, follow-up. The wait estimate was off by only 300 pounds. The driver was one of the nicest ppl. His name was Greg Rose.

They were great overall. Fabio the driver was amazing, he was in constant contact with us, he went out of his way to try to get our delivery ahead of schedule, and made sure everything went smoothly.

The communications were good. They were on time for the loading & the del. They were very professional.

The movers who came to do the move handled all my belongings with care. They did a really excellent job in moving my items from my old apartment to my new apartment.

North American was so accommodating, and they were all nice people. I am still looking for things, but eventually I will find them. The movers were wonderful, and they were willing to do anything I asked them to do. The movers handled my special request for my table.

I think it was the overall experience; the people who first came over and the driver did one heck of a job and I think they took care of my property the way they said they would.

They were very good with the packing and the stuff got here sooner than I expected, and the total cost was about 800 dollars less than what was expected, which was fantastic.

The fact that I am a demanding customer and North American satisfies me. Jeremy and the crew did a good job.

It is the level of service from the original rep, North American as a whole, and the local company in New York. The driver and his helper was helpful. They did a fine job of packing.

The extreme professionalism of everyone involved. One crew member quit and North American was able to replace him and they handled it well.

I had no issues. The company made sure that I was kept updated and informed. The crew was exceptional.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They worked so hard during loading and unloading through the weather conditions because it was raining.

We moved to Nashville, we were in a rush and North American coordinated a whole team and within a twelve hours they had us packed and moved, we were very pleased. North American facilitated everything I needed.

Overall, I was impressed with the service from the driver and his crew. Also, I was impressed with the person who coordinated the move because of the constant communication and her follow-up.

Good communication and care given with all of the items. I love the inventory system, the list, I loved that. There was a table that was disassembled that was 80 years old, there was a brace that was fragile, the guys picked it up and packed it really well.

The whole process was good. Denise, the estimator, was good. The price was excellent. The moving, pick-up & the del was excellent. The contact during the move was excellent. My goods came early.

I would have liked to have had someone come out to inspect our goods and our neighborhood prior to the move.

The calls before and after, the pick up and delivery, the call the night before, and the call when they were done. The driver was professional and courteous. It was two different locations and the driver kept in communication with me as to where he was and what time he would be here.

The whole process was smooth. It would have to be the tm that came out to pack, load and deliver. They were professional. They took great care w/ handling my items and an excellent job w/ labeling.

All the people were fantastic. Just confusing when they were going to come. More clarity when things would get picked and delivery.

The care, communication was good, the people were good. It was based on my entire experience. A loading company loaded my goods and transferred it to the warehouse. They had a driver come and transport the goods.

I used the services in the past and I would use them again in the future. I would like to give Sal a congratulations with the move, he did a really good job.

So far overall it's great. You never give anyone a ten. It was outstanding. They actually came a half hour early. The driver a one of the loaders did a great job loading and a great now. I highly recommend this crew.

Everyone was professional and courteous. They worked w/ me to get things done in a very short timeframe. There's no question that I would like to use them again.

The crew was professional. They took time to put my son's bed back together. There was a big storm and delayed the delivery.

HOW FAST THEY GOT MY STUFF HERE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS SECURE, COMMUNICATION WITH THE SALES PERSON AND THE DRIVER.

It was the overall professionalism of the movers. They kept me updated. The move was wonderful. They packed everything and got it to its location. The packers were courteous and nice.

The people themselves most influenced my rating. The people knew what they were doing and was skilled with their job responsibilities. We got the furniture in yesterday, and they all did a fantastic job. I told the people in the Memphis office we had a critical need to have our furniture delivered on a specific date, and it was.

They went out their way to make me feel comfortable about the situation. The driver was a five and the local people were a four.

North America does a quality job. Most of my possessions arrived safely. There were a few missing items.

The mover that brought my stuff here was good. He called me to tell me what time he was coming. He was extremely friendly. He was very professional. He went above & beyond to do the job. The driver was wonderful.

Everything was done really professionally. The team arrived on time and they did everything they said they would do.

All the people that I came into contact with, for example the coordinator and the driver made me feel very confident in trusting them with my objects.

The care that they took. They did everything they should, they involved us in the process, and they were professional.

The rep Brian that gave us the quote was knwldg. The driver John was very helpful and had great communication. The loading crew did a super job. Everyone did a super job.

Everything was just perfect. They were very professional and careful with our home. They were very polite with us. It was a really excellent service they provided. They first asked me which rooms I wanted to move, and they were very courteous and professional. We were extremely pleased.

Everybody that was involved in my move cared about my items, they were very professional and good at what they do.

Overall the driver was exceptionally knowledgeable. I have moved several times and he showed me things I have never seen before. The driver was wonderful.

Everyone was very helpful. The guy who came to do the walk-through, John, was great. Chris was in charge of the packing and he was great as well. Everyone was awesome and I was very pleased.

NA handled our furniture well, was on time with everything, and they were very personable. This was the best move I have ever had.

They were able to take care of the things I asked about. I asked that the mattresses be protected. So they packed them in clear bags & a box. The communication was great. They were careful & timely.

We've moved a number of times and the people at Nelson took care of everything. They did everything we asked them to do. They even came up with a solution on how to ship our cars.

Everything from the responsiveness, the follow up , cooperation, and courtesy was outstanding. The team was outstanding in working with me and splitting the work with my partial do it yourself move.

The local agent, driver, and the guys who helped to unload were awesome. The customer service was great as well.

North American driver was careful. Overall, the communication was very good. The only caveat was the wrong time window that was given to me for delivery. The driver and crew packed the mirrors and larger items. The move coordinator originally gave me the time window of 8-10am. The driver called and said6-6:30. I wish to have heard straight from driver.

They took care of our goods. They padded the furniture. They were friendly and the communicated with us.

I liked the experience with the packers, movers, the agent & the person who coordinated everything, her name was Vicky & being willing to work with my work schedule. The move was easy with no issues. The driver was little testy during the delivery with a friend of mine.

I used them b/f and they far exceeded my expectations and I will use them again. The driver Tim is absolutely exceptional.

The pricing was good. They came a 2nd time to review our goods. They wanted to make sure they get it right the 1st time around.

The delivery, packing, and time estimating was all great. The estimate was a little higher than expected, but otherwise everything was satisfactory.

The care and treatment of our personal belongings is what influenced my rating. Also, the local agent that we worked with in the beginning was good. The loading crew was excellent and this is our third move with North American. Also, the driver was good and overall they were very careful with our items.

Things were packed neatly. The driver was friendly and great. Everything from communication, the loading and unloading was good.

Everyone was nice and it was super easy. They had to go through narrow halls to get the furniture in, but they did a good job.

I was so happy with them and they were so wonderful. They did things very swiftly. The driver was early. My cousins actually helped unload things and they were great as well. The original guy who coordinated everything resigned, but Debby and Cindy stayed on top of everything.

This was my 1st and only move like this. It went enormously smooth compared to stories I've heard from other people who moved with other moving companies. There were a few things missing including some service tags. Outside of that, the move was perfect.

This is the second time I have used them, the first experience was above average and this move was just awesome.

The salesperson who came in did a great job and stood out amongst the group. First impression is everything. The crew did a great job and did everything that was supposed to be done was done correctly.

It was the quality of the guys who showed up to do the work. The guys were polite, friendly & took care of my items. I am still unpacking. Overall they did a good job packing things up.

Starting w/ the rep he explained everything thoroughly. The prices were as I was told and reasonable. The whole move was pleasant because of the movers. The crew was awesome. The crew was very careful w/ the floors and they did three trips to get my stuff and they did great.

They arrived on time and took care of my things during the loading and delivery process They were also friendly.

Recent experiences. This was my third time using them. I've always had good luck and good srvc. So I always go back to the same agent and North American.

The promptness. They picked it up on time and delivered it on time. That means a lot to me. Everything went well.

The customer service and care. The service provided was good. The company was good people, they were professional.

Everything was done professionally, I was kept informed of the process, and everything went smoothly.

The responsiveness of the people I worked with, influenced my rating. I had sort of an unconventional schedule, which was met to my satisfaction.

The crew was good with packing. My wife said it was the least stressful move. The overall move was great.

Max was very thorough. The crew that loaded and unloaded was very friendly. They worked very hard even though it was hot. I had a coat closet and they forgot it. They were very good, they bent over backwards to help.

THE COMMUNICATION FROM AGENT, THE FOLLOW THROUGH AND THE INTERACTION WITH US DURING PACKING, COMMUNICATION WAS THE BEST THING, BRAD WAS EXCELLENT WITH CONCERNS DURING MOVE.

The overall communication was above average compared to other moving companies that I've worked with.

The communication was good. The local office was good in communicating and getting back to me about timelines, procedures and everything.

Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make us happy. That most influenced my rating of a 10. They did what they said they would do, as well.

They took a huge stress out of my life. They did everything as they said they would. They went above and beyond. They were friendly and courteous. They made it easier. I would use the same crew.

The office staff was very efficient in every way. They follow through with the appropriate actions regarding my move and the movers themselves were wonderful.

The guys that did loading and unloading, did very good. Explained the whole process, from start to finish.
