The driver was fantastic, experienced, professional, and a great driver overall. It was really great because of the driver, he made the whole experience. I had two different crews.

My things arrived in good shape. Everyone was nice, polite, and courteous. North American did a good job.

It was a combo of everything. Really good srvc and price. It was a good experience. The communication, time, and reliability was there.

I think this is one of my smoothest moves I've had. The crew was professional, polite, on time, and everything went well. The crew was reasonable in my requests and told me if they could be done.

It was a good experience. I had heirlooms that needed special care. The rep explained the care that would be taken for them. I got a glitch with my car but North American was very accommodating.

The people I worked with were all great and professional. They were looking over everything. I will highly recommend the company I worked with.

The driver Bob was courteous, very skilled and respectful. He answered all of our questions. the packers did a great job with the packing and was very careful.

The Guys that loaded and unloaded my belonging were very up beat and I feel they did a very good job.

The movers were very caring and helpful. If I needed some answers Carmen got them for me. Overall the people were good and worked hard.

The whole communication and the care was great. I had no issue on the loading side. The delivery reps were supposed to call and let us know when they were going to get to the new home so someone can be at the new place.

I was impressed with the driver. He did a good job with loading our stuff. He called me about the schedule, and also called me the morning of to inform me when he would be there.

They were good communication at the office. They had good follow up. They kept their word. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON EVERYTHING. The driver and the crew, and the people at the office.

THE COMMUNICATION FROM AGENT, THE FOLLOW THROUGH AND THE INTERACTION WITH US DURING PACKING, COMMUNICATION WAS THE BEST THING, BRAD WAS EXCELLENT WITH CONCERNS DURING MOVE.

I was very pleased with the move. However, three boxes had burst at the bottom. They did get taped up.

Everything was done as they said it would be. The schedules was good and reasonable and everything after packing was just fine.

The mover's were really good and the time was perfect. They did everything they were suppose to do. The overall move process went better than I expected.

They came to our house during a stressful time period but made the best of it. We would definitely recommend them.

The overall smoothness of the process influences my rating. This was my 3rd move with North American. I failed to pack up 3 closets and called them. They went back and packed it up for me and delivered the rest.

The time length between the original promised delivery and the actual delivery due to the driver shortage.

Costs most influenced my rating. I would have loaded more with a better estimate from the estimator. Everything arrived except for 1 item. I called the driver and he's trying to track it down. The estimator could have done a better job. We had some changes in load.

Starting w/ the rep he explained everything thoroughly. The prices were as I was told and reasonable. The whole move was pleasant because of the movers. The crew was awesome. The crew was very careful w/ the floors and they did three trips to get my stuff and they did great.

This was my first time using North American. From day one, everything went fine. The driver, Jeff Huxtable, was very , very nice. He did everything I asked him to. He was on-time as scheduled. The North American rep, Cole Johnson, was really nice. He came on-time. I felt right from day one. His contact at the Columbus, Ohio office, the move coordinator, Tanya Geedert, was very good.

I have moved a lot of times in my life, so I know a lot about moving. It was my frame of reference. I am missing some items. I wont know until I finish unpacking.

The attention. North American did a beautiful job with doing everything they said they would. I am still waiting on my last delivery. They delivered on time. I am very satisfied.

There was nobody to contact me to tell me when my goods would be delivered. I was billed extra money. The driver said he would have them call me, but no one ever called me.

I enjoyed the conversations with both the driver and the crew. It was very fun dealing with them. Also the coordinator, as well as the crew, was very punctual and professional.

We were extremely satisfied. The crew had great communication with myself and my family. It was a world class operation.

I've moved many times and this one was the smoothest 1 I've ever had. It was wonderful. Cedric the driver and crew was awesome. So was the packers and the cost was good.

It all went smoothly. Everybody was really clear on expectations and responsibilities. There was a delay in Buffalo b/c of weather.

The way the crew and the driver did everything showed that they treated us well. I was very impressed with the job they did.

There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery dates. This caused some anxiety for me. But they did go out of their way to try to make this work for us.

The helpfulness of the delivery men influenced my rating. When I tried to lift things, they moved the items for me. They were awesome.

The way the crew communicated with me and handled my items. The manager communicated with me and called me if there was a question about where to place my items. The communication was phenomenal. When I move in a year I would like to have the same crew.

Just the professionalism and the respect and the quality of the work, these guys were so strong, and they were so respectful. Ray and Kyle, and Rob were the strongest men I ever met, they really stand out.

The courteous nature of the driver and workers that loaded and unloaded, they were pleasant worked hard and they were courteous.

The driver was excellent. He was communicative throughout the process. They were very enjoyable to be around.

Everything was done as promised. I'm just missing a piece of one of my items. The overall service was great though.

The representative and the truck drivers were very professional. All of them were very professional. We were a little concerned with the way some of our antique items were handled. For example, one of the three movers cracked an antique table leg, which may have decreased its value.

The guys, their professionalism, courtesy and they delivered on their word. They were consistent. They were awesome. They were professional and they worked very hard. This was 1 of the best moves I've ever had. Colton, Noah and Oscar was great.

The movers and the person who contacted me to tell me when my goods would be delivered, were very nice and helpful. These facts influenced my rating.

Everything was really good up until when no one called to make sure about the insurance papers. Andy's transfer I will give them a 3 b/c of the day of the move no one followed up to make sure the insurance paper was passed.

The move coordinator was very friendly. There was follow up thru out the whole process. The driver was very accommodating. They had to work around a marathon and came early before the roads blocked.

The driver and his crew most influenced my rating. They were very considerate, very polite, and satisfactory in taking care of me throughout the whole move.

The way that the packers and the driver treated meand and the furniture; loading and unloading, they were great.

The delivery driver and his crew was prompt. They also protected the house to ensure care while moving in the furniture.

The crew was great and courteous. They were careful and did as we asked. Beverly did a great job of communicating. I had a great experience. Christopher explained everything to me. NAVL worked very hard & did better then I expected even though I was given a 10 day window. The driver was careful in driving the truck around my house.

The movers left one item, but it was ok because the movers were rushing at my request. But overall they were very good.

The driver was professional, courteous and went above and beyond the call of duty. The team was outstanding and the overall move.

The overall job was an excellent job. They did a god job of loading and unloading. They were really nice people. The only issue was had was with the stain on the carpet. They left the carpet dirty at the place we moved to.

The on time service and the overall professionalism of the crew. There were no hick-ups in the process. Everyone was very polite and caring throughout the whole process. I had glass tabletops that needed to be crated. There were items in a separate storage room as well.

North American provided a very personable experience and they followed through with everything that I needed.

How the men handled everything they did, the packing, whatever I asked, what ever I had to be placed they placed it. The packers and the movers were nice gentlemen. The driver was extremely nice. Neal was outstanding, so was the guys doing the packing. I was very satisfied.

The driver and the crew that loaded were uniformiley, upbeat, respectful, diligent and cooperative. We had a very fortunate move. The driver was superb.

The ppl were so friendly & kind & let me know when something was going on through every step of the way. They let me know when they went on break & if they had suggestions. They were very calm.

It was a very peculiar move. I contacted North American and I had only two weeks to go and they accommodated me at the last minute. I had a closing at my home and they sent packers early. The agent, whose name was Chris Ray personally came to my house the day of the move to make sure all was OK. The driver and crew was excellent and set up my bed. They were wonderful.

I was super satisfied w/ the actual move of my household goods but I am unsatisfied with the terms being changed about my car del. I would like my money back that I paid for door to door srvc. I used NAVL to subcontract to someone to transport my car and I paid extra for door to door srvc and I received a call today saying that I would have to meet them to pick up my car.

The driver and his helper was confident and helpful, let us know about their whereabouts. They were perfect if I was in the industry they would be working for me and I would be asking their names.

The over all experience of the Montana transfer team and the Movers, Everybody did an outstanding job.

I have used this company for about 8 moves and this is the only company I call when I want to move. I have had very good experience with this company.

From the beginning to the end, you definitely wanted to do the job. Every question was answered promptly, came on time, driver was personable, wore the booties and had the runners down. Everything seemed to click. Connection with the drivers, all nice guys.
