The crew was on time. There was constant communication. They were professional and respectful of me and my items.

I was impressed with everything, specifically with the quote. Also, they did a good job with the work they provided.

Everything was great. Everyone was informative. I was very happy with North American. They accommodated the changes that I needed.

Overall, the salesperson, driver and crew was friendly, courteous and communicated well. They did what I wanted. The driver, Steven was great. He got the truck in without damaging the Condo property.

They went above and beyond and attempted to move a large piece of furn upstairs but the ceiling was too low. Everything was great.

The whole experience combined deserves a ten. The driver was good and the person I spoke with regarding the estimate.

I received everything as promised. They treated my goods as if they were their own. They were clean. Mike was an extraordinary representative. Movers were extremely accommodating.

I thought the whole process went well. It was well explained. They delivered when it was promised. There was good communication and a good price.

The delivery team had three separate storage spaces for our belongings and did very well with the packing once again. The delivery team had three separate storage units where they had to pack separately and did so very well.

I've been the relocation officer for North American Coal Corp. I've relocated about 100 people in the past three years. I've had a busy time.

The people at both ends the loading crews, and the driver was good at communication. I did have a negative and I think there was suppose to be a form of a checklist.

We worked with North American before and we used them twice. We had the same agency and driver for the second time.

The move was flawless, every one was nice, professional and my items arrived unharmed. However, the price was high in my opinion but I'm happy.

The courtesy and professionalism of the staff. We gave them a window and it would of been better that instead of showing up at the end of the window they show up at the beginning of the window. But over all everything was good.

The delivery took place on time and the drivers and packers were very friendly. Also the movers did the job effortlessly.

The move was seamless from start to end. We were in a hurry so I called & explained the urgency so they were out there the next day. The company did a good job.

The entire move went very well. They did a fabulous job in unpacking the furniture. The streets were so small and curved that they had to park the truck far away. They were absolutely spectacular. They came early. They handled the piano carefully.

The crew was very good in the loading and delivery. They padded everything and was careful about walls. The driver kept in constant contact with me. The coordinator was helpful by email and phone. We were very satisfied with everyone involved and made the move worry free. We felt like all of our items were taken good care of.

They were professional, they all showed care for my furniture extremely cordial, and I was tickled death with them.

The staff, movers, and everybody else was courteous and did a good job. We had a steep drive way and the mover worked with it.

I've dealt w/ many companies that were compl horror stories. In beginning, I was concerned about the company I should go w/. North American Van Line's srvc was on time & the price was reasonable.

The NAVL rep,the driver of truck. The crew that the driver chose was on point. All those factors combined.

I was just impressed. They were very professional with the calls I made about the estimate. They did a great job. The only thing is that they could've finished the packing that they started. I had to finish it.

They were so kind & considerate with my elderly parents. They did everything (including Susan) we asked of them. They made sure we understood the extra incurred costs. They met our needs.

The overall care, the way ou wrapped and unwrappedour furniture. You were fabulous, and awesome. They were incredible, wonderful.

Courteous and efficient handling of my possessions. There were 4 times to pick up items from my home in Brooklyn and they stated there would be an extra charge and transfer fees. I said OK. $3000 more was added, I was surprised.

Overall, the delivery was on time, the workers were up-front about the whole process, and the price was excellent.

It was easy. Jesse was very accommodating. Jose, the driver, was nice & kind. They took care of each item I had. I needed to change some dates for this. They were very accommodating about that. The driver & the crew member was wonderful. They did a good job w/the item that I was worried about. Jesse was phenomenal.

The driver George was fantastic through out the move, he stayed in contact with us and we're pleased with his service.

The guys that did loading and unloading, did very good. Explained the whole process, from start to finish.

Everything went exactly as planned & it was planned exactly as it should of been. We have had lots of moves but the rep, Ezra, was the most incredible so far. Ezra did exactly what he said would do. The driver, Mark Hallett, was amazing.

Each person we dealt with was very considerate. My wife said she had never seen our furniture handled so well. We were very pleased.

The care that was shown to my goods and the communication with the rep and the driver was all good. I had a specific move week and we hoped to move a little sooner but it's minor. We asked for the del on Sun and they were able to del on Sat. They crew did take care of our special items.

The overall coordination of the move between the ppl in the office and the driver. There was smooth coordination.

The professionalism, time of arrival, and behavior in the process of the move. The Team was very respectful in the way they communicated. I just recommended them to my daughter, she is making a move from Virginia to Atlanta.

The communication. The spread took a little longer, I got here before my household items actually did.

We were happy w/the process overall. When they came to pack and del,the time could've been communicated better. The crew took what needed to be taken apart and put it back together, we were very satisfied w/them.

North American is dependable, It was very good Anthony was great. They all were great. Some items had to go to two different trucks rather than putting it in her room. Ryan in Stillwater, Oklahoma was helpful.

I rated a ten b/c of the driver was very respectful and courteous. The move went pretty well, as expected and we were pleased.

The way Todd & Kathy, the agent handled everything, I would call, they would listen, they were really wonderful. No matter what time of day I called. I was very, very pleased & I will def. recommend I thought that they would pack up more things that needed to be packed. They said they were only packing things that were told to them. I was stuck mailing items and that was more money out of pocket

The organization and the handling of the packing. I think the driver and his crew had help from the local crew packing.

The care that everybody took w/ everything was great. They were very personable. It took a long time to load. I wish they would have told me how long it would take to pack ahead of time. It took eleven hours. However, they did a good job.
