They were friendly and extremely helpful, they made sure we saw them packing and was careful and they did a good job.

The professionalism. This is the finest company; that was the most exceptional move. The director of all and the driver was phenomenal: organized, professional and we're very pleased.

The coordinator, driver and movers were well skilled, excellent customer service skills and delivered on time.

Everybody was so competent. They did what they said they would do. They followed up. No one dropped the ball. There was no mistakes. Everyone was on top of it. We are going to use North American Van Lines again for our next move.

The overall move was very good. The packers were very efficient and provided good customer service. They communicated well. The driver Mike and Sheldon was very kind and patient.

The fact that we were very happy and satisfied with the way the whole move went most influenced my rating. The move was as easy as it could possibly have been, and everyone was very polite & helpful.

I was happy with the service overall. North American failed to communicate to the driver that I had a specific range for my delivery dates.

They did an excellent. They were caring about my family. They packed some rocks that were special to me. The crew was careful.

Everybody from the local packers to the driver and his son was excellent and awesome. He was in constant contact across country. The payment was coordinated on the front end by Mike which eased fear The move was as stress free as it could be.

The driver, Scott was impressive, punctual, & caring. Maddy, the coordinator, was excellent & Pete that did the quote did an excellent job as well. The driver was excellent with my move.

I was really annoyed by the follow ups and the surveys. The follow up surveys are to excessive, but everybody did a great job.

The on time service and the overall professionalism of the crew. There were no hick-ups in the process. Everyone was very polite and caring throughout the whole process. I had glass tabletops that needed to be crated. There were items in a separate storage room as well.

The move went smoothly and I think the initial communication was good as well as both of the movers. The 2 movers were very efficient and professional.

The overall experience was good anything could have happened. We came from Pennsylvania to South Carolina. It was a long trip and it went without a glitch. Careful with the antiques and they were respectful.

The guys that loaded they were really nice guys and the driver who unloaded the truck in Georgia was nice as well.

Everyone involved was professional. The salesman was only off by 50 lbs. The movers were polite and I would use them again if I had to. The communication was good as well. They came on time.

I understand that when the estimator comes and gives you an estimate time of date and service its difficult. My property sat in the warehouse from the25th of June to July 10th.

I liked the ease & efficiency of the process. It went off like clockwork. During a stressful time, it was nice to have someone to take care of my move professionally. The driver was there a little early so they called & I accepted their offer to come early.

The attitude of the driver and his crew was outstanding and I really was impressed with how they handled the move. Yes I would recommend this company.

The driver and the coordinator Tina, they were friendly, professional, answered all my questions. This was my first move. We got a priority delivery because we have animals and it was nice. I appreciate the customer service with that.

Overall communication by Melissa was excellent. Atone point I was contacted by 2 coordinators. Both were great, but in became a little redundant.

There were a few hiccups w/ this move. There was an issue w/ the scheduling of the TV packers to crate my TV. Also, there was lags in communication with my coordinator.
