The team was efficient and courteous. We had boxes that had to be crated but we waited for the 3rd party to do that,

Just how wonderful the crew was. They were extremely friendly, took extreme care and made sure I was happy before they left.

The people delivered on their promises and terms of the dates and just how efficient they were. The driver and rep was exceptional.

The way the crew handled the process and loading part. Somewhere in transport some of the furniture was scratched

The driver started communicated with us while he was driving, before and while he was here. I spoke to him more than anyone else. He was great Jennifer Smith gave really good advice to us.

The overall process. The packing, the delivery and the overall experience was great. My antique radio that was delivered has a missing button.

NorthAmerican Van Lines kept me informed and tried to help me due to my move occurring during the snowstorm. The driver called me an hour before they arrived at my home. The delivery was pushed back due to the snow storm. My items were already packed by me because they were in a storage unit.

The overall service and care that was taken. The people who came out to pack was very polite and everyone did a great job.

I know that they were doing what they were supposed to be doing because I know what's to be expected.

They were thorough and they followed up. They werevery professional. Even when they got tired they took care of my important goods. They did everything that they said they would do. The ppl that crated and uncrated were excellent.

Everyone that we have dealt with maintain complete communication throughout and the driver/crew did a great job loading and unloading.

The whole process was good. I've used North American before, and it has always been good. The movers fulfilled my requests, they were careful and quick.

Sirva put all of this together very timely. The driver called me to confirm that they would be there and call back to let me know when they would be there. I feel this was a very personable service. Maurice the rep that came to visit did a very good job. I was overall comfortable with the movers and I was impressed with how well the communicated and worked together.

The overall experience was great. I have never had people pack my things and it was nice. They were courteous and the driver was nice. It was a great experience.

The installers were very nice and talked to me with respect. They answered yes maam and no maam. I would love to have the same people come back if we move again.

The driver. He went 'above and beyond' to take care of us. He did everything he promised to. The driver was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The 3rd. party company was the one I had issues with. The crew with the driver was also very good.

Everything went as smoothly as possible. Everything went as promised and on time. The truck arrived a week early.

Everything was great minus one issue. I had arranged for North American to come and do the unpacking but they never got around to do it..

My overall satisfaction with the move process. Alex was the person who delivered my goods. He did a very good job & explained everything. Alex was very helpful in terms of situating everything after the goods were unloaded.

The overall experience. I felt that North American did a good job with the estimation,loading,and unloading. I am very satisfied. I was very satisfied with my overall move.

The customer service was quick. We never had to wait for a return call. We never felt like we were just a number. Carol Helton, coordinated the move & this was our 2nd move w/ her. She was excellent.

Everything was good. The delivery was on time, quick, and efficient. The crews were good and careful.

The communication with Brad who set it up was fanatastic. The driver Butch was awesome he really cared for my furniture.

The move was flawless, every one was nice, professional and my items arrived unharmed. However, the price was high in my opinion but I'm happy.

"Paul" who gave me the quota is a 10. "Evelyn" who was the person on the phone is a 10. The general manager is a 10, and so are the men who helped me. It was an excellent move.

The process was very easy. Everyone was very nice and responding quickly to questions. The driver was very nice and did an excellent job. He was very helpful.

I liked the way my items were handled, they were on time & every phone call I made was returned. I used North American 35 years ago & I am very satisfied with them so that is why I used them again.

It all went smoothly. Everybody was really clear on expectations and responsibilities. There was a delay in Buffalo b/c of weather.

The driver was good. Once they arrived for pick up everything was good. The only issue I had was getting the confirmation for the pick up.

The driver and crew was very nice and was assured by the whole crew and she appreciated the communication was good.

The courteous nature of the driver and workers that loaded and unloaded, they were pleasant worked hard and they were courteous.

Overall how they treated me and all my belongings, how they unpacked them, and went above what they had to, I really appreciated that. I am a satis cust, the guy I dealt with was great, and I was satis with the whole process.

The care and how they treated my belongings and us,. The crew was awesome, the team did good. I would want the same bunch.

The estimated load was off and created confusion at the end. The driver was phenomenal. Rick Vela was his name. The overall move went very well.

The overall process from start to finish. They worked around my work schedule. The thing I liked most was that they worked around my schedule.

They were very good. Everybody answered all of my questions. They delivered to me a little earlier so that made me happier.

The guy who came out to talk to me named Gary, was knowledgeable and supportive. It was great, I had so much confidence in him. When the crew came to deliver, they were fantastic and good.

With everything that was moved and having a few mistakes on the furniture, everything was moved as good as I could ask for. I've never moved across the country so this was a good move.

The movers were excellent and they did what they promised they would do and did it when they promised they would.

We were really happy with Jerome Jefferson, he was very courteous, helpful, and polite. And the crew was really nice.

The schedule, the ease of the whole process, and we've used North American in the past and we were very satisfied.

The care and professionalism of the drivers team was fantastic. They had a pretty good attitude and overall they were professional.

I wrote an email conserning the driver. He was a gentleman & very professional. He was terrific and excellent. His name is Trini Charlton. Special request was the scheduling. I hope they realized they are doing a good job. I only wish the wrappings/pad are clean thats how I would improve the service.

Melissa who was the coordinator, Steve who was the driver and David who assisted Steve was fantastic. Melissa informed me about some boxes that really helped us out a lot.

I'd have to say the overall move and how it was handled. The driver did a great job, the coordinator was very good, and everybody did a great job.

Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make us happy. That most influenced my rating of a 10. They did what they said they would do, as well.

Overall, the packers, loaders, and everybody involved was very high quality people. The move was great but it took a little bit longer than I thought it would regarding getting the delivery date. The crew was very courteous and hardworking.

Gary answered all my questions and answered the phone I was happy with the movers and packers, they did what they were supposed to do.

Everything was done professionally, I was kept informed of the process, and everything went smoothly.

The care and the communication from North American. Overall the move was good but I did have some scratched merchandise.

There was transparency throughout the process. The movers were timely in picking up and delivering my items. My things were properly taken care of.

The driver. Can someone come pick up the boxes. They said they would come pick them up but they are still here.

Everything overall: the movers were great and followed up with everything and explained everything. I needed help with packing and someone came and did a nice job. From the beginning they were nice.

The mover was an extremely easy process the rep at the company stayed in contact with me and the driver and crew was the same through out and they did an excellent job.

They did everything they said they would do and did it at the time they said. They were efficient and I will use them again.

It took a lot of time b/f they could answer my questions. This caused delays & dates to be moved back. I wasted a lot of time on this.

The driver was helpful and he went the extra mile on a few occasions. The driver was respectful and knowledgeable.

The agent on my end. The driver was knowledgable but the agent made the difference.

Personalities of the guys and their professionalism. Mike, Mark and Sheldon are a very good group. This is the best move we have had. Christie was good too.

I gave that rating because of the communication and the fact that the packers did a very nice job. Also, they were honest.

This was an all around good experience. It was a big move for us, they were professional, they were respectful and they exceeded our expectations. The crew was fantastic but they dropped my washer and the matter is still being looked into.

THIS WAS A THE SECOND MOVE THEY DID FOR ME. THERE WAS SOME DAMAGE BUT IT WAS PROBABLY WHILE LOADING FROM MY HOUSE TO THE TRUCK.
