We've moved a number of times and the people at Nelson took care of everything. They did everything we asked them to do. They even came up with a solution on how to ship our cars.

The care he took w/ our belongings and the way treated us overall. He treated our belongings like they were his.

I liked that they were very systematic in what they did; they were organized, knew what they were doing & it made a big difference that I was comfortable with them handling my possessions.

The overall experience. The professionalism. The treatment from the driver & his crew. Everything was well taken care of & they packed everything well. There was a lot of respect shown. The coordinator called every day. When she was off on the weekend she even had a replacement person call for her.

This was my second move with North American, and overall, considering both moves, I'd give them an 8; the first set of movers seemed kind of careless to me. I am missing a shelf that was removed by the movers.

I have used this company before they are very good. I will use them again and recommend them highly. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIER STRENGTH THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE DRIVER AND HIS BROTHER WAS THE LOADER.

Personalities of the guys and their professionalism. Mike, Mark and Sheldon are a very good group. This is the best move we have had. Christie was good too.

The treatment of me and my goods. At delivery they were professional, efficient and they were cautious.

The guy came to give us an estimate and he was fantastic, the driver was nice, and everything was perfect.

The quality of the people who came to my house and did the work influenced my rating. The moving men were excellent.

I was completely satisfied with North American. They were courteous, polite & careful. Nothing went wrong. I used North American back in 88 & they were good. They are always first in my book.

They were reliable and dependable. The movers were also professional. I had the same crew and driver for both pick up and delivery.

The individuals that did my move arrived on time. The gentlemen were very polite, courteous, nice to my wife and dog. They were very helpful.

I was satis w/ the overall cust srvc, the contact they maintain with me during the move process and the way they handled my household during delivery.

The entire experienced was very good. The pick up was delayed, I provided a 3 day pick up, there was a delayed, they came on the 3rd day and in the evening. The delivery guys arrived earlier than expected & did a good job.

The whole procedure. The rep going to my home, the quoting, everything was done professionally and I was really impressed.

Both the loading and delivery crews were professional and timely. The unloading crew in Oregon did a good job. The move was flawless.

Everybody was very punctual and the paperwork. Phone calls were made to let me know what to do and know what was done. I was called immediately. Pleasant experience that could have been difficult. The person that moved me wonderful, extremely careful.

The driver was great as well as his crew and everything arrived in great shape and I really appreciate that they were on time.

I am from Illinois & the team that packed up the truck was wonderful and everything went great with the move.

David, the driver, was wonderful. David deserves a raise. It is nice to get a good recommendation but money in the pocket is good too. David the driver was excellent and his crew that assisted him worked w/o saying a word. I was tired and was told to sit down while the driver handled everything. He packed remaining items & was great.

I had a recent move with them 18 months ago. Everyone was easy to work with from start to finish and made the move easy.

Their performance is what I experienced. The whole move was amazing. Representative who came out and move coordinator was good. The driver remembered the table had a loose leg.

Everyone was very professional, communicated well and provided timely service. I also had a good previous move with them.

Their promptness, their ability to be well-organized. There was good leadership of the teams. Everyone knew what they were doing. Especially on the loading side, the teams were cohesive.

North American driver was careful. Overall, the communication was very good. The only caveat was the wrong time window that was given to me for delivery. The driver and crew packed the mirrors and larger items. The move coordinator originally gave me the time window of 8-10am. The driver called and said6-6:30. I wish to have heard straight from driver.

The driver was polite, courteous, and he took care of my belongings. The agent was also polite, courteous, and he lived up to his promises.

The driver was awesome, on time, called me several times while on the road, great crew. He also moved some stuff around here too.

They were very friendly and thorough. They made sure I got everything. There was good communications.

The first guy that did the estimate was much more thorough. Two other people came, and he responded in a timely manner. The driver and crew were courteous and good with loading and unloading.

The overall experience was very pain free, everyone was professional, and on time. There was no worries from the moment I spoke to Dawn from capital one, he is the one who coordinated everything.

The care that they took. They were prompt and courteous and careful with my things. They did a really great job.

I had a couple of women & a men who did my move, they were very helpful, clean, b/c the business was a family business passed to them. They were very nice, kind, & everything went wonderful. My cousin called me to let me know everything was in perfect condition.. The coordinator convinced me to use you b/c she was extra nice, helpful, gave meal thee info I needed. I am extremely pleased.

The professionalism from the beginning of the process to the end, it was done in a highly professional manner.

Everybody involved was very positive. They kept me informed as well as doing exactly what they said they were going to do.

The overall experience was very well communicated and thorough. SMM followed through with the commitments they made.

The delivery team did everything they could to deliver on a day I wanted and was very customer oriented and seemed to enjoy their job. Darlene was especially good to work with. The delivery crew did everything they were suppose to do but it was a cold day so they smoked in the truck and some of my items smelled like smoke.

They were very professional, fast, and got everything done in a professional manner. They were also quick, organized, and they followed up with me.

Ed was terrific who was very helpful. The most important thing during the entire move was the reliability. Ed was very honest and that was impressive.

The driver was phenomenal. He was caring & personable. He understood the transition I was in, and he made it worth while.

The long distance driver and his crew were absolutely excellent as well as the local packers Rick and Brandon that came the day before to help pack some antiques and pictures were excellent as well.

They're the best. I like the attitude of the ppl, the drivers, and ppl who loaded were friendly. They also kept asking questions to make sure I was satis.

Everything was handled professionally and it was easy to get in touch with the coordinator. The move was prompt.

I think everybody was extremely polite, and the driver was good about calling us in advance. We had delivery within 4-5 days, which was sooner than we expected. Every promise they made was kept. The coordinator was also good about contacting me. I think her name is Terry.

The service I received from Susan Berger and both the pick up and delivery teams did a very good job.

The crew was very good in the loading and delivery. They padded everything and was careful about walls. The driver kept in constant contact with me. The coordinator was helpful by email and phone. We were very satisfied with everyone involved and made the move worry free. We felt like all of our items were taken good care of.

The srvc was great, however, the ending price was more expensive than I anticipated. The quote that we were given was lower than what we paid.

The care and how they treated my belongings and us,. The crew was awesome, the team did good. I would want the same bunch.

The professionalism and the care in which they handled our items. They worked non stop and they kept in contact with us. I would recommend them.

They are on time and prompt with their work. THEY HAVE MOVED ME THREE TIMES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN BROKEN.

I think everything was done to our satisfaction, other than the billing issue. I am waiting on a credit.

Everything went as promised. The drivers left a couple things at the house I had to bring to the location.

The courtesy of the driver, he had excellent communication. He took care of my belongings, was respectful to my husband & I. I will recommend them to anyone who is moving.

It was the cost and the speed in which it was done. Especially, the time it took for my stuff to be delivered.

They were a nice crew. They were very nice people, they were on time, and they took care of my things.

Once the move started they did all of the things that they said they would and they took care of our stuff which was important to me.

The communication process and the customer service from the agents, staff, etc. The crew was prompt and careful. . There was an 83 year old lady that was moving. The crews on both ends were very patient and careful. The crews were professional and courteous.

It was the girl who came out at first to look at my stuff. She was very pleasant and everything else just fell into place.

Tom on the local end and our driver Shawn Jones the del tm both made me feel comfortable with everything. That was the least stressful part of the move. They were both kind and personable.

The amout of communication was good, and how the drivers unloaded and loaded was good. The move was delayed due to the weather, but I was contacted about that.

Just really covering the areas from your earlier questions, start to finish from the estimate to pickup and delivery and the quality of the wrapping the furniture: they did a very good job. I did the majority of the packing but the items that they packed and wrapped, they did extremely well.

Things overall went smoothly. There were a few communication issues before hand. We got our stuff earlier than anticipated and that was great.

Someone recommended North American to me and I would recommend them to someone else. The price is reasonable.

Just exceptional help from the beginning. From planning the trip to the actual movers. They were all exceptional. They were from Calif. to Florida in 6 days. I tried to minimize my bill by packing myself. And if my bill is high, I will be dissatisfied. If it is low, I will be satisfied.

The del team who dropped it off was wonderful. The driver & his crew who del was great. They were phenomenal. They were the best part of my moving experience.
