North American did everything as promised. The srvc was exceptional. Bruce, the driver provided excellent srvc. He was a true professional. Barbara, our coordinator did a great job also.

Each person we dealt with was very considerate. My wife said she had never seen our furniture handled so well. We were very pleased.

The driver was professional, courteous and went above and beyond the call of duty. The team was outstanding and the overall move.

The movers left one item, but it was ok because the movers were rushing at my request. But overall they were very good.

The way they delivered and loaded my items. They were really professional in loading and packing the items.

With everything that was moved and having a few mistakes on the furniture, everything was moved as good as I could ask for. I've never moved across the country so this was a good move.

The driver told me when he would come a couple days before. He was on time and got the job done. The truck driver and the movers had a verbal fight. They quit and left the job.

They were friendly, responsible, and worked really hard. They are careful in protecting the carpet and walls when moving my things.

I hear a lot of horror stories from those who had used moving services. I experience none of that. My expectations were surpassed with this move.

The communication and management , they were very intentive. There was one box that packed upside down and the contents spilled out.

The overall service that I received during this process was good. Everyone was professional and polite.

I just felt that overall the communication was good. They performed as expected. The comparison between the service we received and the service our daughter received was significant.

I am pleased to say the team treated me with respect, and care. The service was good. The team was honest and helpful.

The driver was awesome, on time, called me several times while on the road, great crew. He also moved some stuff around here too.

They are really professional and the price was reasonable and they delivery on time and they were responsible.

Things were picked up and delivered on time. The delivery team was so good that we gave them an gratuity. I was concerned about the weight and I asked for a binding estimate and the weight was different. Will there be some kind of refund weight estimated?. We paid for packing for the beds.

The care and skill of the driver and the crew between them and their professionalism. I would suggest the driver to ppl. They had good communication. The driver and the person working with him were fabulous ppl.

The delivery team did everything they could to deliver on a day I wanted and was very customer oriented and seemed to enjoy their job. Darlene was especially good to work with. The delivery crew did everything they were suppose to do but it was a cold day so they smoked in the truck and some of my items smelled like smoke.

I've moved several times across the country and with the military and this is by far the best move I've ever had. The driver packed everything particularly well, it was all excellent.

I felt it was possible to move everything and was pleasantly surprised with the movers as they did everything on time, they answered all questions, the moving crew was positive.

They were very professional, great communication and delivered on time. Everything was great. We did have an issue with our hot tub that was moved. Before it had a leak in the corner but now its leaking more. Its going to cost about 2,500-3,000 dollars to fix it.

They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. It was a near perfect move. I had 1 very difficult item that arrived in perfect shape, it was a glass table that was very heavy.

I was very happy with the driver. My only discontent was with the crew members who left early & caused a delay of over 2 hours. 2 of the crew left early, so they had to call others to come out & delayed the process by over 2 hours.

North American is very consistent and reliable and prompt. There is always a good means of communication and the staff is extremely nice. This is my 5th move with North American.

The crew that delivered & how they went about to move things to where we wanted them to move them to was good. They did a fantastic job. We are very happy, it was fantastic. Everything was wrapped up very well. I have a couple of TV's & a deer head that was wrapped very good.

The coordinator, driver and movers were well skilled, excellent customer service skills and delivered on time.

I used the same company for the move, however as far moving again using them or recommending them, I would look into other companies.

It was the driver, Louis. He was really bright, courteous, helpful, very detailed, and professional. He was amazing.

I would give them a 10 but they called us wanting a few more days and it was very stressful. They wanted to delay it by 2 or 3 days and we were already sleeping on the floor for 10 days.

It was a great experience overall. 3 days before the move they charged us an additional amount with was 500 additional dollars for the move. We lived in a condo in Mass. They said that it was because of the neighborhood we lived in.

They called when they sad they would, they arrived when they said and everything was just good. They were very professional on all levels.

NAVL is fantastic, they made sure they followed up with me, and I do appreciate that. The movers were also a great crew they were knowledgeable and with my furniture, the movers were very courteous..

The driver was extremely professional, packers were friendly and outgoing; the reps always asked questions. We were very happy that the reps were cautious. I was very impressed. The local agent's crew did a very nice job and nice young men.

The people I dealt with, Chris and Monroe handled things well. If I ever move long distance again I want Chris and Monroe Lee. The Eugene office needs more people in their office. I would recommend the drivers Chris and Monroe.

He was very nice and they were on time. They took care of my belongings and the pricing was reasonable.

North American has moved me twice I researched carefully before choosing the first move was perfect and the 2nd was perfect again.

The friendliness, attitude, professionalism and even the way the crew was dressed. No one was distracted w/cell phones, ear buds etc. Everyone was professional. The agent took his time and went through the whole house. He was very thorough and was really good. The moving team took their time and was nice. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate us.

I was really annoyed by the follow ups and the surveys. The follow up surveys are to excessive, but everybody did a great job.
