The whole thing was very professionally handled. It was very prompt and satisfactory. They all did a great job.

They were very professional, prompt, and very helpful. This was the best moving experience I have ever had.

The team was efficient and courteous. We had boxes that had to be crated but we waited for the 3rd party to do that,

The staff were the best people I worked with. The staff was very professional. Everyone was wonderful. This is the best experience that I have ever had during a move. The experience was awesome from beginning to end.Joseph,Robert, and Sal were the best. They were impeccable.

The NAVL rep,the driver of truck. The crew that the driver chose was on point. All those factors combined.

I've dealt w/ many companies that were compl horror stories. In beginning, I was concerned about the company I should go w/. North American Van Line's srvc was on time & the price was reasonable.

The crew did a fantasitic job. They took total care of my items and there was constant contact. They answered every question and took total care of my family with regards to the move.

They were just fantastic. They were easy to work with. They were efficient, polite, pleasant, and they went above & beyond the call of duty. If I could rate them higher than a 5 I would. The driver was stellar. We were so satisfied, and the driver was excellent. If I could rate a score higher than 5 I would.

The way the crew and the driver did everything showed that they treated us well. I was very impressed with the job they did.

The crew handled my special request well and even exceeded my expectations for my request. The crew put the beds together when packing and set the TV up. The crew also placed the furniture where it was asked.

Courteous and efficient handling of my possessions. There were 4 times to pick up items from my home in Brooklyn and they stated there would be an extra charge and transfer fees. I said OK. $3000 more was added, I was surprised.

It was a short period of time involved. Everything went well. There was no trouble with the scheduling and everything was done quickly.

The care they used to pack my things. They were very friendly and trustworthy. They worked together and I was comfortable with them.

Everybody that we worked w/ was fantastic. The crew did a good job. The prsn we had main contact w/ was professional, helpful and served us well.

The driver provided great service and was able to complete and make all the service provided. I felt very comfortable with the driver.

Just the common courtesy that they showed to my family, and they were extremely polite, very professional.

They were very polite, they kept me updated on the delivery times. they were willing to deliver to two places and they were efficient.

The professionalism, the timely manner of the load and unloading the truck. The way they conducted themselves. This is a experience I would recommend. The crew Jason Carpenter, Raymond, and David.

Curtis was very responsive along the way, the care was good, and the helpers that were hired was also very good. Curtis, the rep was fantastic. The movers end up being a little earlier than he said he would which made it a little hard to work around. Curtis made it so the delivery would be after I got off work.

The overall move, drivers were clean, polite, thoughtful of moving my things, was wonderful. It was a very difficult move for us and they did a good job. Kind and Considerate.

Starting w/ the rep he explained everything thoroughly. The prices were as I was told and reasonable. The whole move was pleasant because of the movers. The crew was awesome. The crew was very careful w/ the floors and they did three trips to get my stuff and they did great.

They did a great job. They ate my turkey. There was a delay in delivery due to the weather. The move was on Thanksgiving Day.

The attitudes of the driver and crew. They were great through the whole process. They were also reassuring.

I have moved so many times and I must say this was a very organized moved. The communication was good with Latoya. We had the same guys on both ends and I thought that was nice.

Organization most influenced my rating. We moved into an apartment and then we moved again to the home. Our things was in storage in between. The crew that packed in VA delivered also. This is the crew I answered the survey about.

The move was stressful, I had a lot going on at the time but this was the easiest part of my move. It was one less thing to worry about and they made it very easy for me w/the packing and all.

The teams did a very good job, reasonable price, on time, best customer service and would like the same guys to be there next time. Only that the storage items be boxed separately.

We've moved 3 times with them and all 3 times were good. They've handled all 3 moves and did a good job all three times. Tina was great. She did a great job. Steve, the guy that unloaded us, did a great job.

I guess just the fact they were timely and courteous. The driver was very nice. I asked them to load my piano into my car and they did that carefully and with good care. Tammy Turner was very responsive withy our communications.

The courtesy and the friendly manner of the crew. I had a change of address at the end of the move and they accommodated that.

Everything they did was good, they explained everything and this was the easiest move I have ever done.

The timeliness, the driver was so kind and the packers. Everyone who I interacted with was so kind and professional. The crew moved too fast.

The driver and the way he cared about my home and belongings. I tipped him $150. His name was Derek Washington.

The communication w/ Dave. He was very informative, knowledgeable and followed up. He was also honest.

They called when they sad they would, they arrived when they said and everything was just good. They were very professional on all levels.

Dyne's communication was absolutely huge. We had sensitive issues, like traveling with toddlers and a hurricane. Don, the driver was extremely polite. It was a nicer experience than expected. Dyne was extraordinary. She had an outstanding level of care and detail.

Everyone was really friendly and very helpful. The people who packed my stuff was really nice and really friendly and helpful.

I thought they followed through when they called, when they said they would be here, and I could call them when I needed to. I would say reliability and accommodating my needs.

At the end of the day all the representatives did what they were supposed to. I had to ask the reps to call.

The driver and the main packer was absolutely superb. The driver, main packer, and the one gentleman were absolutely good. The local people involved would get a three.

I based on the fact that all my e-mails were answered, and the time of the load was granted my belongings were safe.

I would recommend them due to the fact that they were nice, courteous and did everthing that I asked them to do.

Mr. Bolton was on top of everything. He supervised everything and everybody. He kept us informed. He was careful with precious objects. He gave us confidence which is difficult to explain. Mr. Bolton did an outstanding job. MR. Bolton was a super guy and was in charge of everything. We have move for over 20 years because we were in the military and this has been the best move.

Just how smoothly everything and working w/the driver and crew. The driver and crew arrived to deliver our items a day early which was perfect for us. They did a good job, we were very satisfied with the entire process.

The driver and Dawn from burman's relocating services was above excellent. The driver and mover in Chicago was wonderful and driver in south Carolina was also. I

Everyone we talked to was exceptionally courteous , helpful and kept in contact, I was amazed at how they did it. Daniel was excellent.

The guys that did loading and unloading, did very good. Explained the whole process, from start to finish.

The professionalism from the beginning of the process to the end, it was done in a highly professional manner.

Everything was excellent. They provided us extra help when needed and if I move again I would use them.

The people that I dealt with was professional, honest, and courteous. The movers were great. The 2 guys that moved me was very hard-working They carried up 4 flights of stairs. They took care of it.

They did everything they said they would do and everything was done on time. I feel they did a great job.

Marc Peterson was very helpful. The driver and crews were very efficient and the driver that delivered my daughter's furniture really went out of his way as well. When my daughter was waiting for her furniture, there was a storm coming and the driver delivered and set up her furniture for her right before the storm came and she was so thrilled.

I've already recommended 3 times. Their communication and dollar quote and interest taken by all individuals involved. They worked hard and my wife told me about that and we are both pleased.

The professionalism of the driver and crew and the loading in short amount of time and the timing. They arrived a day ahead of time and it worked out great for us.

The move was a really good experience it was all so easy. The reps were great and did a great job. All of the reps were polite, nice and easy to deal with. The reps were really good and I was really pleased.

Danny Collins, the driver was very nice. He arrived early and he kept me informed on the whole move process.

HOW FAST THEY GOT MY STUFF HERE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS SECURE, COMMUNICATION WITH THE SALES PERSON AND THE DRIVER.

Everything that was promised happened; and there was no issues and the delivery and communication was good.

The communication. The spread took a little longer, I got here before my household items actually did.

They were very professional, good, courteous, friendly. They did everything they could to make sure I was informed throughout the process.

The responsiveness of the people I worked with, influenced my rating. I had sort of an unconventional schedule, which was met to my satisfaction.

The driver of the crew, Anthony Johnson, did a spectacular job. I think the way he supervised his crew and the way he loaded his truck and his responsiveness to what we asked were fabulous. Everything I asked was done absolutely cheerfully.

The way they conducted the sales, the way they tagged my furniture, and they helped me make the move as pleasant as it could be.

It was a perfect move. Roger the driver was the best driver I ever had and I moved 7 times before for my career and he was by far the best.

The overall experience was good, the driver and his crew was amazing! I felt like I knew what was going on every step of the way.

The people who handled my goods in Columbus. My relative got hurt and NAVL took it upon themselves to take her to the hospital. I thought that was awesome.

The overall experience was very pain free, everyone was professional, and on time. There was no worries from the moment I spoke to Dawn from capital one, he is the one who coordinated everything.

I would've preferred move involvement in exactly what was packed and where. I would've liked to pack my own things rather than North American Van Lines.

I saw how you packed the goods and was confident. I am unpacking and everything is coming here perfect.
