I felt it was possible to move everything and was pleasantly surprised with the movers as they did everything on time, they answered all questions, the moving crew was positive.

It was the overall experience. The moving crews on both ends and the storage company they contracted was awesome. We had a great experience and the price was very reasonable.

The communication and personal care was good. The reps went above and beyond. The driver and reps were great. The estimator was almost perfect with estimating everything correctly.

Thee entire experience was good, I appreciate the care shown with my things. The team really took their time, and the crew was efficient and fast. The truck had a mechanical issue, but the experience was good. I had to wait an additional three days.

It was flawless. They picked and delivered on time They wrapped my antiques carefully and was careful in bringing them in. They were polite, considerate and it was a positive experience.

Everybody was nice even the driver the other workers were wonderful courteous and a very comfortable experience.

The efficiency, communication and the expertise your employees showed. The driver and everyone was friendly and did an excellent job.

I would recommend them. We had an issue where they marked up a carpet. The company calls me several times and leave me no message, I suggest they leave a message and statethe reason they are calling.

Just everything was really easy. They wre on time and the price is totally fair, too. I really like it.

They movers were there when they said they would be , they made suggestion where the furniture would look the best, polite and courteous. They were guys of high integrity. The movers were awesome and cautious about our belongings, they went over and beyond what was expected of them. These guys exceeded and if I ever move again we will use North American .

The crew and the driver was absolutely phenomenal. Here in California and unpacking in Florida. They were wonderful.

All I saw was the loading. They were here when they said they would be. They took care of my items. They were courteous.

The professionalism of how they handled everything. The few boxes that they had to pack were done well.

There was only one thing, when the guys did the unloading they stepped on the lawn instead of going through the main entrance. They kind of got the carpet dirty.

North American's overall performance. It was outstanding. The whole move was easy. The only thing I can say is it's a little expensive.

I understand that when the estimator comes and gives you an estimate time of date and service its difficult. My property sat in the warehouse from the25th of June to July 10th.
