Everyone was very professional, communicated well and provided timely service. I also had a good previous move with them.

The entire move was great, they were nice and did they job. The delivery team was extremely nice and friendly, they worked hard.

The professionalism of the team and the care that they took with our goods. They were just excellent. The agent contacted us twice giving us updates on the delivery of you goods. He was excellent.

Just the care that they took on the packing and unpacking. Their efficiency level was very impressive.

The entire move went very well. They did a fabulous job in unpacking the furniture. The streets were so small and curved that they had to park the truck far away. They were absolutely spectacular. They came early. They handled the piano carefully.

They did a good job. I was impressed w/them. The communication was good. Our closing was moved up by 1 day. But they were able to work w/us around any changes. The loaders did a great job. They followed up well on both sides of the move.

In general the entire crew and everyone was extremely personable and took care of everything that needed to be done. They made it a very painless process.

The overall professionalism of the driver and his ability to explain what was going on. The crews knwldg with packing everything.

Speed, packing and care. The people packing our belongings were Matt and John from North American and they were very good.

They did everything they promised. Everyone was very courteous, efficient and professional. Everyone was very professional and did a great job. The coordinator did a great job also.

I used a local company and I have dealt with North American before. I saw familiar faces that I could count on.

They answered my questions they were on time and they did what they had to do. The person in the office really helped me out.

Everything. I was looking at 3 different moving companies and Ken Mayberry set the tone. Dwayne and Tina followed through. They were very outstanding. Dwayne picked up a crew who did a fine job. I'm extremely pleased with Kettering Moving and storage especially Ken Newberry and also Dwayne and Tina Couch. All were outstanding.

The overall move process, and communication. They packed my items fast and the move was a smooth process

North American was the most reasonable company after speaking w/ a few other companies. I have already recommended North American.

I was very satis with the quality of work, and was extremely satis with the people who picked up the furniture. They were able to deliver when we wanted them to and that was very good for us.

We've moved a number of times and the people at Nelson took care of everything. They did everything we asked them to do. They even came up with a solution on how to ship our cars.

I was satisfied with the overall move. I was happy with everything. Getting the quote was a little tricky.

Jesse and Stan and the care that they took w/ our belongings. They are a great team and they worked together. Shannon at Memphis office was great as well.

The quality of workmanship and their attitudes. There was open communication and everything was delivered when promised.

Marc Peterson was very helpful. The driver and crews were very efficient and the driver that delivered my daughter's furniture really went out of his way as well. When my daughter was waiting for her furniture, there was a storm coming and the driver delivered and set up her furniture for her right before the storm came and she was so thrilled.

Even though the girl had overestimated the weight she resolved it very quickly. They were careful, everything got here on-time, and there was no breakage. The crew was really great. The rep grossly overestimated the weight. Jim and Teresa Willis did a great job with the delivery.

We still have patio tables that are missing, but everything was still very good. I would have liked it to be delivered earlier and we have patio tables that are missing.

In my 25 years of moving, this was by far the best one. Every one did a great job. Also the quote was the lowest out for 4 I got.

NA is very good and I was very satisfied. I got everything that was promised an they answered all of my questions.

The overall experience from beginning to end it was great. They were able to keep a price point at where I wanted it. They had the best price.

The drier and crew did a good job. Not much contact with anyone else. But when the crew arrived they were efficient and the driver kept in touch.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The drivers Carl & CJ cared about me as a customer & they did a fantastic job. The coordinator was great, she even found an error I made & fixed it.

We have used NA moving a lot. They are strong and very professional. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves.

I rated a ten b/c of the fact that the agency and crew were professional, polite, efficient and careful with my belongings. If all North American agencies were like them I would recommend them.

It was the continuity of things. It was smooth and the price was right. The drivers and the loaders were professional.

The quality and accountability, as well as the overall satisfaction with the delivery, most influenced my rating.

I thought it was slightly on the expensive side. No specific dates for delivery. When loading was confirmed someone called and said someone would call on Sept.7th. and no one called. I was slightly dissatisfied because of the dates given for delivery.

Recent experiences. This was my third time using them. I've always had good luck and good srvc. So I always go back to the same agent and North American.

The Guys that loaded and unloaded my belonging were very up beat and I feel they did a very good job.

The overall experience was positive & the move was superior. The driver was incredible with the pickup and loading. It was a terrific move & the best move I've ever had.

The delivery date was on time and the gentleman that drove my belongings across country was extremely accommodating.

How the men handled everything they did, the packing, whatever I asked, what ever I had to be placed they placed it. The packers and the movers were nice gentlemen. The driver was extremely nice. Neal was outstanding, so was the guys doing the packing. I was very satisfied.

They underestimated the amount of stuff we had. And it messed up our time line. We had a deadline to be in New York. The loading time was off, it took 2days instead of one day.

Everybody did a good job. We had some challenging condition weather and road. With the move. They all worked hard despite the weather.

I liked the quote I was given, and the driver was very professional and friendly. The crew was careful with my belongings.

North American was where they were supposed to be. They came on time on the date promised. They followed through the details of the move process and did a very good job. We had a couple of items that needed to be moved around before bringing them in.

The move coordinator was very friendly. There was follow up thru out the whole process. The driver was very accommodating. They had to work around a marathon and came early before the roads blocked.

Their abilities and communication. THE LOADING MEN LOST CONTROL OF A SAFE AND BOTH FELL THROUGH WALLS.

Just the whole experience. I have moved all over the country. This move was the best ever, professional and the coordinator was spectacular and went above and beyond in this move.

I wanted a reputable moving company that has the ability to store if possible and everything they did was excellent. The crew gave recommendations and was very detailed.

I know one of the employees at the Minnesota branch. Knowing him and his character and reputation and he always talks highly about his staff. The local guys were personable anf interactive. I dealt with them 3 times and each time was a good experience.

The driver was on time. He got here early and was nice and waited for me to come home. I would rate higher for the truck driver and lower for the packers. So far as I can tell the whole packing of my stuff looks ok.

I am extremely pleased with the move. The driver and his partner was the most professional people I have experienced in my moving experience.

Everybody from the local packers to the driver and his son was excellent and awesome. He was in constant contact across country. The payment was coordinated on the front end by Mike which eased fear The move was as stress free as it could be.

The personalities of the driver and the crew. They were accommodating and polite and worked fast. Very competent.

They did what they said they were going to do. Eventually I got connected with a local rep. He visited me with the paperwork. I signed it & I was happy to work with him vs. a Boston rep. Initially, I was dealing with a Boston rep. He wanted to do the paperwork over the phone & charge me 3% if I use my MasterCard. Eventually I was connected with a local rep. I saved money. I was happy.

They were very professional. They arrived early for the loading & they were on time with the delivery. They were very knwldg. The communications were open. They put together beds for us too.

I was extremely satisfied with the way the packers packed my goods. They were very conscientious, thorough, and very nice. All these factors most influenced my rating.

The agent I dealt with was outstanding. The crew that picked me up and dropped me off did a great job. They contacted me hours before to let me know of their arrival. They did a good job moving.

The personnel who did my moving out of Cleveland OH. Fridrich is the name of the company. They were the crew that picked it up and delivered it.

This is the second time I have used them. I was very pleased with the way they handle things. They were very nice, polite, and professional. They were good guys to work with.

Everything was fine across the board except for the extra care package. I am still waiting and the marble is still in the box. Marble that was specially packed and highly valued was crated. Due to their policy I have to uncrate it. They have to send a new crew out to unpack the marble.

We had a hard time getting a hold of Mike. We had to play a lot of phone tag. The price was cheaper. They did a great job.

The move was excellent and this was a great experience. I have used North American 3 times. I would use them again.

The communication was good. General manager handled everything properly. The crew and driver did a really good job and had to load a piano last minute and was very careful. I will recommend them.

They were on time & they took good care of our items during the loading & unloading process. They were very careful bringing the items in the home, putting down mats on floors & no scratches on walls. They did an excellent job. The driver was very professional & he worked both sides of this move.
