They were professional and polite. They understood how hard it is to move. When they pack, they need to keep things together.

The fact that we were very happy and satisfied with the way the whole move went most influenced my rating. The move was as easy as it could possibly have been, and everyone was very polite & helpful.

The crew did a fantasitic job. They took total care of my items and there was constant contact. They answered every question and took total care of my family with regards to the move.

They were professional. They wrapped my goods carefully. They explained things to me. They were respectful & on time. I was impressed with them.

Everything was timely, nice and neat. The driver and his crew, they were fantastic and really great service.

The quality of service is great. I appreciate what they do and the way they go by it. Bad company on the load up end. They are terrible. The delivery people were good.

North American was so professional & did exactly what they said they would be doing; they were very respectful.

North American met all the dead lines, on time, good coordinating and the communication was the best part.

The whole communication and the care was great. I had no issue on the loading side. The delivery reps were supposed to call and let us know when they were going to get to the new home so someone can be at the new place.

The driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made up for the one little glitch by calling personally. He arranged for things to get up to our home. The agent was able to answer our questions.

It was the on the road delivery crew that performed the rest of the service. They were fantastic, Terrell Smith and his crew were awesome.

It was smooth, handled well, dealt with an agent out of Cleveland and they were perfect for me. I had an excellent experience but I used them only one time but I would use them again if I had to.

From the beginning to the end, everyone was very courteous and on point. I spoke to different people and saw different people and they were all very professional and very friendly.

I've moved several times across the country and with the military and this is by far the best move I've ever had. The driver packed everything particularly well, it was all excellent.

The contact i had with the local person was very good everything he packed up was very nice.He answered all of my questions & assured me everything would be handled well. I was really pleased & satisf with what happened.

Mr. Bolton was on top of everything. He supervised everything and everybody. He kept us informed. He was careful with precious objects. He gave us confidence which is difficult to explain. Mr. Bolton did an outstanding job. MR. Bolton was a super guy and was in charge of everything. We have move for over 20 years because we were in the military and this has been the best move.

I did some internet checking on other movers that claim to do an excellent job & the reviews were horrific. However, I went w/ North American b/c of my past experience.

I've had North American Van Lines in the past. They have always shown great care for my items. This time they showed the same care for my belongings. It was good.

North American did a good job. The drivers were accommodating, and they worked in a 100 degree weather. The drivers deserve a raise.

Well, I would say even from the beginning when Paul came to our house, he explained everything to us & was very professional. Jim was very accurate & polite. All of the crew were very polite. They did some of the packing and they did a good job in general.

Everything was done professionally, I was never in the dark about anything, and it was very efficient.

The price was right. They were very professional. The move went smoothly. The movers were very good. I have someone else's boxes mixed in w/my things.

Things were picked up and delivered on time. The delivery team was so good that we gave them an gratuity. I was concerned about the weight and I asked for a binding estimate and the weight was different. Will there be some kind of refund weight estimated?. We paid for packing for the beds.

The woman that came out & gave me my quote, the lady who set up everything, Patty Tillit. She was the reason why we went to North American Van Lines.

North American driver was careful. Overall, the communication was very good. The only caveat was the wrong time window that was given to me for delivery. The driver and crew packed the mirrors and larger items. The move coordinator originally gave me the time window of 8-10am. The driver called and said6-6:30. I wish to have heard straight from driver.

From the estimator, to the move coordinator, to the packers, to the local delivery and then the driver for the two-stage cross-country delivery - OUTSTANDING!!!!

They were polite & courteous. They asked good questions. They put my things where I asked them to. The driver called me a day prior.

The moving coordinator, Deb, was fantastic. The good were picked up promptly. I had a job that was available immediately and Deb made things happen. Everything was stellar. Both the loading & unloading crew did a fantastic job. They were clean and left everything spotless. They were personable, nice, & exhibited excellent customer service. The team was on time, did what they were supposed to do and constantly stayed in communication with me.

Overall, the packers, loaders, and everybody involved was very high quality people. The move was great but it took a little bit longer than I thought it would regarding getting the delivery date. The crew was very courteous and hardworking.

The srvc was great, however, the ending price was more expensive than I anticipated. The quote that we were given was lower than what we paid.

Everything was outstanding. The best move of fourteen moves in all, since my Navy days. ONE PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS DISCOLORED AND THE STRAPS MUST HAVE RUBBED TOGETHER AND THE DISCOLORATION ON THE SECRETARY DESK. THE ROSEWOOD WOOD WAS DISCOLORED.

The company had good staff, and everyone dealing with the move was good and professional. They kept everything professional. I felt like I should have known what day the movers will be getting there. When the movers got here they knew we were on the 3rd floor, I was surprised that the mover got my things up the stairs.

Pete came out to give us a quote. I could tell North American was more professional than most movers I spoke w/. I was given a discount price.

The driver and the guy that came out to do the estimate. Everyone did a wonderful job and went above and beyond what they needed to do. The driver had to be the nicest driver I have ever met. The driver should receive a raise. The driver took care of my items as if they were his and I truly appreciate his hard work. If I could shake his hand again I would.

It was a combo of everything. Really good srvc and price. It was a good experience. The communication, time, and reliability was there.

My only concern is when they were delivering they were just going really quick and it was hard to keep up. They were great.

When the delivery team arrived to get our items, there were things that we were going to pack, however they jumped in and packed them up for us, they went above & beyond for our service.
