The professionalism of the crew. They were on time and displayed great care and interest in moving the household.

I was very happy with the set up process w/the repin N.Y. It was a long distance but the arrangements were perfect, they kept in touch, informative. Driver was professional. I felt comfortable.

I was extremely well pleased with the way my things were handled and I was happy from start to finish.

I had to call them in the beginning, they gave me the quote & they told me I would hear from them ina 24 hr period. I made a few calls to them but I do think they should of called me. Once everything was coordinated & the move started the communication & move was excellent.

It was the cost and the speed in which it was done. Especially, the time it took for my stuff to be delivered.

The guys that loaded they were really nice guys and the driver who unloaded the truck in Georgia was nice as well.

I used North American previously and it has always been a good experience. The driver and crew has always been great.

The overall move was w/out a prob. I am waiting for the people to assemble my wardrobe. I am satis except w/ having to follow up w/ the assembly of my wardrobe. I am satis w/ the way the move was handled. We just have a follow up. The driver contacted me & let me know what was happening. I would highly recommend you .

Overall experience was positive, I liked how my belongings were packed. The time framed was little to long, it took over ten days for belongs to get here.

The whole experience was fantastic and amazing. Everybody was very pleasant, helpful, and tried to help us. This has been one of the easiest moves I've had since I've even worked for a moving company.

They worked really hard. And they were also courteous and very friendly. They got the job done even though it was rough.

Did everything that they said that they were going to do, was very caring and showed interest in doing the best that can be done.

I think the professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency that they had. They were nice people. From the rep who came to my house to the driver and his team. I was pleased.

The care and communication with handling our goods. I expected the delivery within 4 days but they were in and out much sooner.

Based on the proper care of my things, great care, packaging, and service. The only thing is communication on the day to day operations.

My wife and myself saw how the movers worked and they had good working and communication skills. They are the best moving company we have worked with, and we have moved a lot. I asked them to take care of special decorations from all over the world that were very fragile and they did a good job.

They were prompt and followed through on everything they said, and seemed to know what they were doing. I was extremely satisfied w/ everything that happened.

I had a short time frame from the moment I contacted them and they were able to do that. The driver was professional, on time, and unloaded my items well.

Everything in general, I had excellent service. The driver and crew was wonderful and everyone did a great job.

Everything went well with my move, they unpacked everything, they were friendly, courteous, and were very helpful.

Just fantastic customer service. Excellent service. They asked about items when packing. They did a great job. Excellent communication too.

I have moved alot and this move was very smooth. I had alot of confidence in my movers! They all seemed to care, from the communication to how they handled my goods.

I was very happy with the way the driver took care of my things and the driver even gave me info on the neighborhood I was moving in.

We were very satisfied. They were very pleasant and they met our needs and did an excellent job and were speedy at it too.

There were a few hiccups w/ this move. There was an issue w/ the scheduling of the TV packers to crate my TV. Also, there was lags in communication with my coordinator.

The professionalism, timeliness and the ability to treat the good like their own, this includes everyone involved.

The overall relocation process went well and everyone did a wonderful job. Everyone was very nice and did what they promised when they promised to do it.

They did everything they could to accommodate my requests. I had to get to work early and they were able to allot me the time as planned.

I used someone else before and we had alot of issues. It was a different experience with them. The way the handle the furn was phonenimal.

From the beginning they were very exceptional to us. They provided us with everything we needed. They were very professional.

They were timely & considerate. They were like family to us. I've never had an experience like that. I will use them for future moves. I wish they could have moved my goods from storage to new home. I was very happy with the entire process. I was very surprised on how good they were. I would recommend them to others.

The care of the packing, and good wrapping of the furniture. There's a musty smell in my things b/c of rain..

The communication. The spread took a little longer, I got here before my household items actually did.

I was very pleased with the move. However, three boxes had burst at the bottom. They did get taped up.

They called, they moved, they delivered. I wish they could have stayed to unpack it all too. Bob was great. Very respectful.

The overall coordination of the move between the ppl in the office and the driver. There was smooth coordination.

I think everybody was extremely polite, and the driver was good about calling us in advance. We had delivery within 4-5 days, which was sooner than we expected. Every promise they made was kept. The coordinator was also good about contacting me. I think her name is Terry.

The driver & the ppl that helped throughout the move is a 10. The rep would keep in contact and inform me. The driver Dave Benit kept in contact w/ m& was very careful & took special care of my needs

The move was phenomenal. This is the second and hopefully last move, but if I do move again I will be using North American.

They packed things really quick. The driver and crew helped us out alot, they were respectful, and took care of things wells.

The way that the crew handeled everything, They were very professional and got things done, it was a very successful move. The crew was great, they were very profession did their jobs well.

The team did an excellent job. I was totally pleased with the whole move. My whole move was unstressful. I was extremely satisfied.

I work for the company that did my move. The guys I worked with were very helpful and did a good job. I've already recommended the company to others.

Overall Ithink it went really well. They were very professional. They labeled everything correctly & they was careful.

The care and handling of our furniture and the pick up and delivery times. Everything was exactly as we were told. It was done professionally. Ron & Roxanne who worked with Lile out of Portland was fantastic. I'm really happy. Very skilled driver. We have a lot of antiques and they took very good care of that.

Everyone followed through with what they said. The communication was awesome, they treated our things like if it was theirs.

The move process went very well. Promises were kept and my items were taken care of. The driver and crew took care of me even when I was stressed out and kept me calm.

The overall performance was good. I was amazed w/ the how fast the crew worked and everything was done in good time.

What most concerns my rating is that it was much more expensive then I was expecting. It was a smallshipment of pre-packed boxes and furniture. When I called to find out when everything would be delivered, I was told saturday at first. However, I was told they would deliver on Sunday. I still had a two days warning.

They did a great job. It was a smooth move. The guys were nice & cordial. I would recommend them to others.

I appreciated that they were kind, they showed up when they were supposed to. They felt like friends.

The pick up crew, the del crew, and the driver was all amazing. The rep at the office screwed up my dates. The rep's name is Jessica.

The gentleman and his partner who unloaded the truck. They were very professional, polite and careful.

The driver was patient, considerate, and kind. I've used them 3 times and they've been very dependable all those times.

The driver with his knowledge and courtesy influenced my rating. The delivery agent was able to accommodate me w/delivering my items earlier than requested.

Everything was as scheduled. Delivered when said they would. Packed when they were supposed to. I was very happy with the service.

I have already reccomended them to someone. Because it was a good move. They were skilled. They moved our piano great. They were on time. They were friendly.

The coordinator & her help & involvement. The crew & crew leader. The friendliness & promptness. The execution was outstanding.

I've used North American before this was my second time. I had a couple special needs in regards to how a couple of items should be packed and my instructions were followed.

The girl in the office was very nice for responding to our questions right away. We had some really good people on the front end.

The quality of everything was wonderful. From the packing to unloading, everything was done professionally.

I thought they were very polite, efficient & did everything perfect as far as I'm concerned. They were wonderful. It was a good move, it was done well. The men were gentleman, they courteous & efficient.

This was our 35th move and the driver was professional, always on time, and efficient. I have used many moving companies and have never had a driver like this. He was excellent.

NA handled our furniture well, was on time with everything, and they were very personable. This was the best move I have ever had.

The treatment of me and my goods. At delivery they were professional, efficient and they were cautious.

Everything they did was good. They did what they said they would do. There was only one incident and that was a crack on the dial of the washer. I have written it down on the sign off sheet.

Everyone involved from the loading & delivery crew was really nice & super friendly. The packers did a great job packing my goods.

Just the way they handled themselves and how polite they were. We have moved 5-8 times in the past 20years.

I thought everyone I dealt with and overall willingness to do everything was great. Just the overall move was good.

In my 25 years of moving, this was by far the best one. Every one did a great job. Also the quote was the lowest out for 4 I got.

Their performance is what I experienced. The whole move was amazing. Representative who came out and move coordinator was good. The driver remembered the table had a loose leg.

We were happy w/the process overall. When they came to pack and del,the time could've been communicated better. The crew took what needed to be taken apart and put it back together, we were very satisfied w/them.

David, the driver, was wonderful. David deserves a raise. It is nice to get a good recommendation but money in the pocket is good too. David the driver was excellent and his crew that assisted him worked w/o saying a word. I was tired and was told to sit down while the driver handled everything. He packed remaining items & was great.

The teams were good, great, and did an amazing job. The crew did an amazing. The teams were good and great. I did have make my own phone call. Everything in Ohio was fine. The original time got cancelled. the driver did call.

The driver, Chris, was extremely professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. Very impressed with him. Everyone else was great, but he was exceptional. I'd recommend because of Chris. Ran a very good crew and Chris made my family feel comfortable.

North American was on time, helped me figure out the cost, was good with my items, and I was very happy.
