The movers were very good and punctual; they handled everything with great care, and they were very courteous.

The quality and professionalism of the team influenced my rating. They were all equally professional and customer driven.

The driver was fabulous. The driver showed me things on how he would pack my antiques & we unpacked things together.

The driver himself had a positive attitude. North American got a salesman out to me really quick and I appreciate that.

The del tm arrived on the very last day. I had to sleep on the floor from the 4th to the 15th. The del crew arrived on the last day. The time window was a week.

I have already told some people. It is fantastic Iam only here temporary. It will be moving again I will be using North American. The guys were nice and terrific and great. The number one guy was Mike he was the best.

I liked everything about the move the sales person and people were very nice and very helpful. The sales person and coordinator was the same person because a coordinator was supposed to get in touch with us but never did so we called the salesperson alot.

The company had good staff, and everyone dealing with the move was good and professional. They kept everything professional. I felt like I should have known what day the movers will be getting there. When the movers got here they knew we were on the 3rd floor, I was surprised that the mover got my things up the stairs.

The excellence and courteousness of the driver and the care and treatment that was shown to me and my property. I loved rob Weber and his crew they took care of my possessions as if they were his own.

I think everybody was extremely polite, and the driver was good about calling us in advance. We had delivery within 4-5 days, which was sooner than we expected. Every promise they made was kept. The coordinator was also good about contacting me. I think her name is Terry.

I've had North American Van Lines in the past. They have always shown great care for my items. This time they showed the same care for my belongings. It was good.

The movers were very caring and helpful. If I needed some answers Carmen got them for me. Overall the people were good and worked hard.

I was very pleased with the care they showed to my furniture. They seemed to be very concerned as to how you want things. They are personable and friendly.

They did everything, very professional, understood the process, compassionate, & did everything we asked them to do. They did a great job and made the move easy. They were very willing.

The people delivered on their promises and terms of the dates and just how efficient they were. The driver and rep was exceptional.

Everything fell into place without an hickups.Me & my son was extremely pleased with the whole service & we will never move again on our own. They arranged to have my stuff moved on the 12-22,i called due to the circumstances with my son, therepresentative was able to switch it to the 16, but the driver actually got me my stuff on the 13th.

The move in both ends was great. The driver was great and the crew was great. The driver & crew was careful.

The whole process, the coordination, they sent me claim forms and checked on my progress. They handled my requests, and they were a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed and checked in with me also. They went above and beyond for me. They helped me reduce the amount of storage space I need to remit.

The workers were professional, and courteous. They were very friendly and caring. When I asked questions, they gave me answers.

The men who came were extremely courteous and they called me before they came. My furniture was in storage and North American moved me and Arnuoff drivers stated that I had to pay the max which was over $4000.00. I want to know is that true.

The care that they gave when they were loading my items and found out exactly what I wanted. The rep that was representing North American's local office was great.

Starting w/ the rep he explained everything thoroughly. The prices were as I was told and reasonable. The whole move was pleasant because of the movers. The crew was awesome. The crew was very careful w/ the floors and they did three trips to get my stuff and they did great.

It was everything, from packing to unpacking, communicating with me, pricing. The driver's name was Sam, he was very good at what he does and he was very nice. They worked very hard. They were very nice and very considerate. I was very satisfied with everything.

"Paul" who gave me the quota is a 10. "Evelyn" who was the person on the phone is a 10. The general manager is a 10, and so are the men who helped me. It was an excellent move.

The rep that visited my home & the del crew did a great job. I've already recommended them to my neighbor.

The whole process was good. Denise, the estimator, was good. The price was excellent. The moving, pick-up & the del was excellent. The contact during the move was excellent. My goods came early.

North American was on time, helped me figure out the cost, was good with my items, and I was very happy.

Everybody I was involved with was great. The coordinator and the movers communicated well and it was an overall good experience. The customer service was outstanding.

I used someone else before and we had alot of issues. It was a different experience with them. The way the handle the furn was phonenimal.

We had a lot of paintings to move and they packed all of our paintings very carefully. We were extremely pleased with the way everyone handled the move with our art work.

I had an excellent experience from the agent and the driver; the driver was amazing and cared about all of our stuff and packed it neatly and carefully. I was informed of everything. I would give 6 or 7 on the 5 point scale if I could. They made me feel as if they were treating me like family. The driver was amazing: excellent and professional.

In general the entire crew and everyone was extremely personable and took care of everything that needed to be done. They made it a very painless process.

Valentine was the driver. He did everything he was supposed to do. Everybody was professional and everything was good. The communication was good.

In my 25 years of moving, this was by far the best one. Every one did a great job. Also the quote was the lowest out for 4 I got.

Everybody that I dealt with was accurate, the movers were great. John and Ann Johnson, I would recommend them, they were wonderful.

North American provided personal service and they did everything as promised. For example, they gave us free boxes when we needed them.

The professionalism of everyone involved at all levels. I think everyone we interacted with was very friendly & I though they were trying to do their best w/ all aspects of the move. We were very pleased. Regarding packing we had some antique clocks for them to pack, I also had something valuable my dad had gave me and they did a good job. Krista was wonderful.

Everything was as promised; the timing, pricing, and delivery. Alex in California let me know about the delivery dates and then they zeroed in on it and called before time 2 days.

There are so many moving companies out there, but North American did a good job. The cost and performance most influenced my rating as well.

Far as the movers go they met all my expectations, protected my property, handle things carefully, made sure the records matched and was caution with labeling. The people were very attentive and nice.

The driver Bob was courteous, very skilled and respectful. He answered all of our questions. the packers did a great job with the packing and was very careful.

All the people that I came into contact with, for example the coordinator and the driver made me feel very confident in trusting them with my objects.

The whole communication and the care was great. I had no issue on the loading side. The delivery reps were supposed to call and let us know when they were going to get to the new home so someone can be at the new place.

The representative and the truck drivers were very professional. All of them were very professional. We were a little concerned with the way some of our antique items were handled. For example, one of the three movers cracked an antique table leg, which may have decreased its value.

The coordinator communicated with me, to keep me informed and the crew was very helpful in moving my goods very carefully.

They were wonderful. They did everything that we asked them to do with a smile. They took really care of my stuff and we had three pianos to deliver. The experience was almost fun.

I gave that rating because everything went the way they said it would. Overall, it was a great experience.

Everything. The initial contact was always very cordial, respectful and helpful. They contact you and they are there on time.

They were willing to deliver my stuff in 10 days and I was happy about that. They were kind thru out the whole process.

Things were picked up and delivered on time. The delivery team was so good that we gave them an gratuity. I was concerned about the weight and I asked for a binding estimate and the weight was different. Will there be some kind of refund weight estimated?. We paid for packing for the beds.

I was so happy with them and they were so wonderful. They did things very swiftly. The driver was early. My cousins actually helped unload things and they were great as well. The original guy who coordinated everything resigned, but Debby and Cindy stayed on top of everything.

The treatment of the lady at the office. She was very concerned. She checked 4 or 5 times to make sure everything was ok. She followed-up on everything. The crews were great. I enjoyed it.

The gentlemen who delivered was very impressive and the communication with the person in Florida was very good.

They were timely & considerate. They were like family to us. I've never had an experience like that. I will use them for future moves. I wish they could have moved my goods from storage to new home. I was very happy with the entire process. I was very surprised on how good they were. I would recommend them to others.

This was my second move with North American, and overall, considering both moves, I'd give them an 8; the first set of movers seemed kind of careless to me. I am missing a shelf that was removed by the movers.

The service was good. Everything arrived in a timely manner. The estimate was good compared to others.

The communication process should have been better. The benefits should have been communicated better. They did a great job. Matt, the move coordinator, did a excellent job & communicated w/me. Denny, the driver, was remarkable. He did a great job.

We shopped around before we choose North American Van Lines. The information the representative provided us assured us that North American were the right people to choose for our move.

The level of professionalism from the driver to the coordinator. Everybody was understanding & communicated w/no surprises. Garth was patient, took his time & clear on the info. Rick & Richard was awesome. The packers which was the 3rd party moving company & they left something to be desired.

I selected North American through the disabled Veterans for which I happened to be one. They did what they were suppose to in the time limit they had. They handled everything with care. It was excellent as far as the driver. It was fantastic. I was really happy to use them. He came back and enlightened us. He gets a 5 also. I was happy w/ the way it was handled & the way it was done.

I was just extremely satisfied with the guys that did the work, their professionalism and timeliness.

The movers left one item, but it was ok because the movers were rushing at my request. But overall they were very good.

WHAT MOST INFLUENCED MY RATING, THEY WERE THERE PROMPTLY, PACKED EVERYTHING PROFESSIONALLY AND PUT ALL FURNITURE BACK TOGETHER. JOHN WAS VERY NICE AND DID A VERY NICE JOB LOADING. I GAVE MY PHONE NUMBER TO 2 DIFFERENT PPL THERE. OTHERWISE WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN REACHED, BECAUSE ONLY ONE NUMBER WAS CALLED.

There was nobody to contact me to tell me when my goods would be delivered. I was billed extra money. The driver said he would have them call me, but no one ever called me.

I just felt that overall the communication was good. They performed as expected. The comparison between the service we received and the service our daughter received was significant.

Professionalism and I've moved with North American before. Also, price, but mainly professionalism and price.

It was the best move so far and I have had many other moves. The only issue that I had was with the price.

I have used North American before in the past. My experience was good, the communication was as well, the packing was done accordingly, and overall it was a good move. The move was ahead of schedule and I was very satisfied.
