The entire experience including the communication with the Sirva rep. The team was very considerate and tolerant with my 3 year old and we were very informed. The driver and crew were awesome.

I think the quality of the service & attitude of all the ppl I dealt with.. Everything went according to what they said will happen clear and follow through. Like clock work.

Everything was done as they said it would be. The schedules was good and reasonable and everything after packing was just fine.

Prompt and courteous. They were good at their word. Felix did an excellent job, and helpers as well. Todd Dewoody and Christina the coordinator was fine.

The overall experience was good, the driver and his crew was amazing! I felt like I knew what was going on every step of the way.

The price was reasonable and the service was good. They were here a day early. They told us we get 30 days. I've gone through 95% of it. Everything was great.

North America does a quality job. Most of my possessions arrived safely. There were a few missing items.

They were very good and just very courteous. They were just great all the way around. They took one of our tables apart and we had a hard time putting it back together.

Tom on the local end and our driver Shawn Jones the del tm both made me feel comfortable with everything. That was the least stressful part of the move. They were both kind and personable.

The fact that everything went the way it was design to go, from the 1st agent that set it all up and all the other people involved.

Overall process from beginning to end, easy to contact when I had question Paz was good also. He was a great guy, fantastic, nice to talk to and hard worker. The guy was amazing, I believe his name was John.

The responsiveness of the people I worked with, influenced my rating. I had sort of an unconventional schedule, which was met to my satisfaction.

The overall experience. It was good communication and the guys did a wonderful job. One guy worked on the California end and Arizona end so he knew what furniture was wrapped.

The courtesy of the 3 men who helped me pack and move. They were courteous, informative, nice, and very careful with my things.

The guys who loaded and delivered were professional. The salesperson was great and the lady who coordinated was very nice. The driver and crew was on time.

Each person we dealt with was very considerate. My wife said she had never seen our furniture handled so well. We were very pleased.

The care and the skill that Susan and Scott showed. They came early. They talked to me about delivering early and came when they promised. Everybody was very courteous, polite and helpful. They took extreme attention to see that everything was done.

The reliability of the person that coordinated it. They were very helpful. The driver and crew who loaded and delivered my items were polite and helpful.

I have used this company before they are very good. I will use them again and recommend them highly. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIER STRENGTH THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE DRIVER AND HIS BROTHER WAS THE LOADER.

Everyone followed through with what they said. The communication was awesome, they treated our things like if it was theirs.

It was the diligence and service was extraordinary. Don the driver was very respectful with the workers in Tulsa and in Denver. I am going to write a letter of commendation.

Everybody kept in contact with us all the time. We're missing a box. We called the person that we worked with.

The way the move was handled was very good and the coordinator offered me very good communication. Jeanne Marie Kayne from Beltman was very helpful and offered very good communication during the move.

The crew was professional and nice. They stayed around until I was satisfied and made certain that I was comfortable before leaving.

The driver and everyone that contacted me were very friendly, professional and outgoing. The rep stayed in contact with us. Everyone was very knowledge as well.

This was our 35th move and the driver was professional, always on time, and efficient. I have used many moving companies and have never had a driver like this. He was excellent.

Overall, it was a really great experience. It was wonderful and I was pleased w/ the overall service.

I received my furniture on time and the crew that came for loading and delivery was polite and courteous and I received everything in good order

They were always in communication and did exactly what they said they would. They did need 3 people for the crew. It took them 10 hours which was 3 more hour longer than what they told me.

I used them b/f and they far exceeded my expectations and I will use them again. The driver Tim is absolutely exceptional.

The delivery took place on time and the drivers and packers were very friendly. Also the movers did the job effortlessly.

I loved the driver and the crew. I loved the fact that the group who packed my stuff was the group who also unloaded my stuff.

The communication. The spread took a little longer, I got here before my household items actually did.

Everyone that we have dealt with maintain complete communication throughout and the driver/crew did a great job loading and unloading.

I belong to the NRA and I am supposed to get a discount. When I called to set up the move, no one called me back and when after several tries I was told that there was no record of my calls

The overall process and how the individual took care of the furniture and they acted as if it was their own. They were proactive and efficient.

The driver and the contact person was very helpful, professional, friendly and informative on the moving process. Most of the information about the move was given by the driver. He was friendly.

Mr. Bolton was on top of everything. He supervised everything and everybody. He kept us informed. He was careful with precious objects. He gave us confidence which is difficult to explain. Mr. Bolton did an outstanding job. MR. Bolton was a super guy and was in charge of everything. We have move for over 20 years because we were in the military and this has been the best move.

The professional care that the crew showed was good. They really did a good job. The driver and crew was outstanding. I would highly recommend that crew to anyone

I was satis. It was a wonderful job. The communication was good. It went better than I thought it would. The coordinator did a good job.

The fact that I got a call one day before, otherwise it would have been a ten. Give the client a call at least 48 hours before, that is my suggestion.

Renkin and his professionalism, he was very understanding of my wife and how stressed she was, and that was a big relief for me. I think he deserves a raise. The driver Renkin did a phenomenal job and my wife was very pleased with his professionalism and how he handled his crew in Kansas, and Virginia.

We've moved 3 times with them and all 3 times were good. They've handled all 3 moves and did a good job all three times. Tina was great. She did a great job. Steve, the guy that unloaded us, did a great job.

Overall satisfaction with the care of my goods and the timeliness. Larry was responsive and called to check up on things.

Courteous and efficient handling of my possessions. There were 4 times to pick up items from my home in Brooklyn and they stated there would be an extra charge and transfer fees. I said OK. $3000 more was added, I was surprised.
