The professionalism of the team and the care that they took with our goods. They were just excellent. The agent contacted us twice giving us updates on the delivery of you goods. He was excellent.

I never had a moving company before and I was very worried. They kept me in the loop. They did a good job.

Everyone was communicative, personable and took a lot of pride in their work. We were truly impressed.

The movers & packers were timely & took care with putting everything into the boxes. The movers and packers took their time but they were efficient.

They were just fantastic. They were easy to work with. They were efficient, polite, pleasant, and they went above & beyond the call of duty. If I could rate them higher than a 5 I would. The driver was stellar. We were so satisfied, and the driver was excellent. If I could rate a score higher than 5 I would.

The cooperation of the process we had with the moving company directly was great. Sharon was excellent.

The pick and delivery. The movers at both points were kind and generous. This was my first move and they made it pretty seamless.

We move all the time and this was the best move we ever had. We never had a move where things had gone this great. Everything was just wonderful.

I worked w/ the company b/f on a similar type of move & it was satisfactory. However, this was a local move & I will use them again.

I used a different mover before and I had issue with them, North American was much better. I was little concerned regarding my hand crafted items .,I asked the driver to secure the box carefully.

Just the overall experience, they did a good job very smooth very nice the unloading and loading. The driver was fantastic best move ever.

North American driver was careful. Overall, the communication was very good. The only caveat was the wrong time window that was given to me for delivery. The driver and crew packed the mirrors and larger items. The move coordinator originally gave me the time window of 8-10am. The driver called and said6-6:30. I wish to have heard straight from driver.

Overall how they treated me and all my belongings, how they unpacked them, and went above what they had to, I really appreciated that. I am a satis cust, the guy I dealt with was great, and I was satis with the whole process.

The driver was very attentive. The driver and his colleague was very conscious of where we wanted everything.

I was starting a new job and I was worried about the move. The coordinator kept me informed and everything she said worked out. The driver was on time and it was a very good move.

I would recommend them. We had an issue where they marked up a carpet. The company calls me several times and leave me no message, I suggest they leave a message and statethe reason they are calling.

Everything was outstanding. The best move of fourteen moves in all, since my Navy days. ONE PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS DISCOLORED AND THE STRAPS MUST HAVE RUBBED TOGETHER AND THE DISCOLORATION ON THE SECRETARY DESK. THE ROSEWOOD WOOD WAS DISCOLORED.

The care that they took and the manner in which they dealt with us. They were friendly and responsive to all of our questions.

I would just say the level of cust srvc from all the employees. Everybody was really nice and professional. Everybody was very nice and professional about everything. The driver took extra special care of our antique glassware.

The overall care and everything being done the way North American said it would be most influenced my rating. The driver was excellent at accommodating us as we were snowed in.

Well they did everything right from beginning to end and with our mishap during the move, they were very flexible to help in doing all they could.

I based on the fact that all my e-mails were answered, and the time of the load was granted my belongings were safe.

I was so happy with them and they were so wonderful. They did things very swiftly. The driver was early. My cousins actually helped unload things and they were great as well. The original guy who coordinated everything resigned, but Debby and Cindy stayed on top of everything.

I sold some of my items to lighten up my load and with my certified check I was able to pay the exact price for the services. When they arrived to me they helped me to save money. The team did a great job.

They were courteous, the communication, and the price. When I called the office the people were always more than helpful. We asked for certain items to be placed toward the front of the storage unit for easy access and they did it.

Things went very smoothly. They did what they said they would do. They explained how my goods would be loaded on the truck & kept separated from other people's goods.

I liked everything about the move the sales person and people were very nice and very helpful. The sales person and coordinator was the same person because a coordinator was supposed to get in touch with us but never did so we called the salesperson alot.

The sales person gave me the accurate quote and was helpful. The driver and crew that packed and unloaded was great. I am going to write a letter because I am satisfied with my overall move. My special requests was that there be two stops one at my new home and one at my daughters home.

It was a very peculiar move. I contacted North American and I had only two weeks to go and they accommodated me at the last minute. I had a closing at my home and they sent packers early. The agent, whose name was Chris Ray personally came to my house the day of the move to make sure all was OK. The driver and crew was excellent and set up my bed. They were wonderful.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The drivers Carl & CJ cared about me as a customer & they did a fantastic job. The coordinator was great, she even found an error I made & fixed it.

The people themselves most influenced my rating. The people knew what they were doing and was skilled with their job responsibilities. The driver. Can someone come pick up the boxes. They said they would come pick them up but they are still here.

The communication process and the customer service from the agents, staff, etc. The crew was prompt and careful. . There was an 83 year old lady that was moving. The crews on both ends were very patient and careful. The crews were professional and courteous.

The effort that the driver and crew had shown. They were very professional and hard working. I made an appointment that someone would come for picking up my car on the moving day. The car would be shipped separately and no one came so I called and they arrived at 8pm.

They were professional, they all showed care for my furniture extremely cordial, and I was tickled death with them.

I went online to view the ratings of former customers which were positive and that prompted me to use North American. Also, the overall move was good, I worked with 2 brothers and they did excellent.

Everything. I was looking at 3 different moving companies and Ken Mayberry set the tone. Dwayne and Tina followed through. They were very outstanding. Dwayne picked up a crew who did a fine job. I'm extremely pleased with Kettering Moving and storage especially Ken Newberry and also Dwayne and Tina Couch. All were outstanding.

The communication with the local agent about when our goods will be delivered. The agent was very helpful. We had some wait time and she did well in coordinating the delivery of our items.

10 is a pretty high rating. The crew was always polite, respectful and kind. They knew what they were doing and when I told them what they should be doing they handled me very well. They sent a second packing company for two items and that was done beautifully.

It was the girl who came out at first to look at my stuff. She was very pleasant and everything else just fell into place.

The delivery took place on time and the drivers and packers were very friendly. Also the movers did the job effortlessly.

What most concerns my rating is that it was much more expensive then I was expecting. It was a smallshipment of pre-packed boxes and furniture. When I called to find out when everything would be delivered, I was told saturday at first. However, I was told they would deliver on Sunday. I still had a two days warning.

From April viewing our house and giving us the estimate. We sold our home ahead time and North American was thorough and helpful with adjusting the plan. The loading and unloading crew was extremely awesome and helpful.
