Overall, the move went very well except for the communication from the agent b/c they said they were going to contact us but yet to do so.

The overall move was excellent. It was something we had never done before on that scale and they made it very comfortable. I had a good interaction with the first rep who came out and w/ the crew. They did a good job of transporting a classic vehicle. They loaded it last and extracted it first.

North American has moved me twice I researched carefully before choosing the first move was perfect and the 2nd was perfect again.

The overall experience with the people involved the drivers and helpers the people at the transfer and well coordinated. It was an excellent move, timing and pick up and movers were good. The driver was exceptional, called when he would arrive and arrived at that time. His timing very prompt.

Overall satisfaction with the driver and his crew they were nice and accommodating and I felt like they knew what they were doing.

The individual crew most influenced my rating. The individual crew members were very good and very professional. They did a very good job of communicating.

I used them b/f and they far exceeded my expectations and I will use them again. The driver Tim is absolutely exceptional.

The delay of my car has been kind of annoying. There was a little delay in some of the communications but overall the move and the crew was excellent. The only issue was with the delivery of the car and I think it's going through a different company. I have been w/out my car for three weeks. I was suppose to have received it by now.

Overall, the packers, loaders, and everybody involved was very high quality people. The move was great but it took a little bit longer than I thought it would regarding getting the delivery date. The crew was very courteous and hardworking.

Honesty Plus - NA moved us last November from Palo Alto to Bozeman. This past week I received an unexpected refund of over $1,000 from the agency with the explanation that our weight had come in less than we had paid for. NA could have just let this "slide" but someone actually went back and audited the move and on their own initiative refunded us. Nice touch....we have moved 4 times now with NA, and will do so again. Everyone was responsive. They kept me informed and provided me with guidance on packing. It was a great experience.

People were quick about what they were trying to do, trying to take as little of my time. They were nice in delivering as they could be.

We were very pleased. I was very happy with the team. North American is excellent. I have a collector's cabinet, I was very well pleased to it and it was wonderful. The team was outstanding.

Everything went smoothly, everything happened within the time frame, everyone I talked to was super friendly and super nice.

The driver and crew was courteous and kind. They really knew their stuff and they were very friendly group of people. I think you should give the driver and crew a raise.

The attitude of the driver and his crew was outstanding and I really was impressed with how they handled the move. Yes I would recommend this company.

The overall smoothness of the process influences my rating. This was my 3rd move with North American. I failed to pack up 3 closets and called them. They went back and packed it up for me and delivered the rest.

Everything was great up until post del. I had to try to get my final bill. It's impossible to get in contact with anybody. I have a claim for a smashed T.V. stand. My T.V. is pretty much useless. I texted the guy & sent an email. It took Erin Robins 2 days to respond. Today is Tuesday and it was delivered last Thursday. I think the follow through is what's important in a process like this.

The driver Bob was courteous, very skilled and respectful. He answered all of our questions. the packers did a great job with the packing and was very careful.

The driver and everyone that contacted me were very friendly, professional and outgoing. The rep stayed in contact with us. Everyone was very knowledge as well.

I thought from the coordination, the driver and his crew, and the follow up. Everyone was nice and extremely helpful.

Everything was done as promised. I'm just missing a piece of one of my items. The overall service was great though.

The driver and his people were great & worked hard but my dissatisfaction would have to be with the upper person in charge because they shorted me a day & it messed everything up.

The professionalism and time frame, they showed up early. I have a key and pins that hook the screen together, there was eight of them and they are missing.

I gave this rating based on how well North American Vanlines handled themselves, in terms of communication & packing. I was amazed by the job they did for the packing. Our items were packed carefully b/c there were no dmgs

The overall things that were done, like packing the truck and making sure that everything was covered, including the glass that was on the desk. These aspects of the move most influenced my rating.

The driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made up for the one little glitch by calling personally. He arranged for things to get up to our home. The agent was able to answer our questions.

I used the services in the past and I would use them again in the future. I would like to give Sal a congratulations with the move, he did a really good job.

I was really annoyed by the follow ups and the surveys. The follow up surveys are to excessive, but everybody did a great job.

The driver and the crew was great. The rep at Ward was great, Patty Garcia. The driver Allen was the best.

I had a very small window of when I would be in town and they accommodate me with that. They got here a lot faster. The drivers were so nice. They wanted to make sure everything was in the right place They did a great job with the special requests. I had a bronze statue, a really pretty dining room table, and a big mirror. Everything came out really well.

They were courteous, the communication, and the price. When I called the office the people were always more than helpful. We asked for certain items to be placed toward the front of the storage unit for easy access and they did it.

The movers left one item, but it was ok because the movers were rushing at my request. But overall they were very good.

I was kept extremely informed with everything. On past moves, I had to call. I was informed when the truck would arrived and the whole process was smooth. The first rep was a little bit busy. I moved 3 or 4 times and this was so far the best driver. polite and extremely knowledgeable and he went above & beyond. If I move again I would ask for the same driver.

I really appreciated the movers. There was no cursing, fighting or arguing. They mostly worked together & got everything done in a timely manner. They were very professional in their work.

The driver that delivered my goods was very professional. He called the day before and the day of the delivery. He was very concerned w/ the quality of the delivery as well as the crew.

Both the packing and the delivery teams were fantastic. Everyone that was involved were fantastic as well. If I could tell the world about how great North American is without Facebook or Twitter, I would do that.

The care that they gave. They were friendly and took great effort with my belongings. They did really well with my wall unit. It is an expensive one. The same with my bedroom furniture. It came through well.

The professionalism and everything was handled very well. Everything was set up and they stuck to it.

I have moved so many times and I must say this was a very organized moved. The communication was good with Latoya. We had the same guys on both ends and I thought that was nice.

Just the way they handled themselves and how polite they were. We have moved 5-8 times in the past 20years.

Their ability and that they chose to work with us on a Sunday delivery. The driver was really awesome. He did a great job. The crew did a wonderful job and I've already recommended them to several people.

They did a great job. They ate my turkey. There was a delay in delivery due to the weather. The move was on Thanksgiving Day.
