They were dependable and personable. He took his time going through everything with me. He handled me like I was his only client. The driver and his crew was very nice and accommodating. I was really impressed with them. They were professional. They worked. The driver kept track of everything.

The time and care that was taken. This was the upmost perfect move for me. I used to work with North American. They placed everything where it needed to be.

The driver and his crew was very courteous, they did a good job. They were considerate of our stuff and got here on time.

The initial agent, Karl, who came to my home, and the drivers, Karl and his wife Jackie, were amazing at their jobs. All arrived on time and they made the whole move stress free for me. Everyone involved in my move was very nice, pleasant and they made everything very easy for me.

They were very friendly and thorough. They made sure I got everything. There was good communications.

I would say that the quality of the driver and the three movers were good. The crew was very quick. The crew did a very good job overall given a difficult situation. I had limitation on the delivery day.

Overall I was very satisfied with the overall experience the movers were professional and came prepared.

They went out their way to make me feel comfortable about the situation. The driver was a five and the local people were a four.

Everything from start to finish, the agent always kept in contact. Juan and his team were amazing and kept in contact. They were fast, swift and professional.

The reliability of time and care and the reasonable cost. The coffee pot is leaking water and we have to get it repaired. The crew happened to get the heavy tall pieces up the stairs and I thought that they were excellent.

Everything went smoothly. It was within reason price lines and the process went smooth for the most part.

I think everybody was extremely polite, and the driver was good about calling us in advance. We had delivery within 4-5 days, which was sooner than we expected. Every promise they made was kept. The coordinator was also good about contacting me. I think her name is Terry.

The driver was really nice and helpful. I had good service. The Gasperson person were extremely great and did a good job.

They provided great service. North American is the most expensive. The crew was spectacular but there was no local help. The driver, assistant and myself did all of the work.

The crew was good with packing. My wife said it was the least stressful move. The overall move was great.

The overall smoothness of the process influences my rating. This was my 3rd move with North American. I failed to pack up 3 closets and called them. They went back and packed it up for me and delivered the rest.

They packed our items very carefully. They put down carpet. The care that they took to set everything up. Nothing was missing.

They were very helpful and polite. I had to scramble to pack up the rest of my belongings because they came in 3 days instead of 7.

The fact when Gordan came to my house from the time the items were put in the shed, they went above and beyond what they told me they would do to moveCheryl Porter was sent a text that was good. The driver was early. They called ahead of time and it was a lot earlier than expected. The driver did a step by step process and they looked at the boxes and repacked them when needed.

I was satisfied with the people involved from the salesman to the crew. They did their job and was very friendly and prompt.

Just the whole experience. I have moved all over the country. This move was the best ever, professional and the coordinator was spectacular and went above and beyond in this move.

It was a combination of everything but mostly pricing, how they handled my items and also Jason's effort. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The guys were very accommodating and I'm very pleased with their service.

Marc Peterson was very helpful. The driver and crews were very efficient and the driver that delivered my daughter's furniture really went out of his way as well. When my daughter was waiting for her furniture, there was a storm coming and the driver delivered and set up her furniture for her right before the storm came and she was so thrilled.

The representative and the truck drivers were very professional. All of them were very professional. We were a little concerned with the way some of our antique items were handled. For example, one of the three movers cracked an antique table leg, which may have decreased its value.

After all the items I have had they have helped me with every aspect of my move and made sure I was happy. The movers did a great job and I would recommend and the driver was also good in loading and unloading.

The driver, Scott was impressive, punctual, & caring. Maddy, the coordinator, was excellent & Pete that did the quote did an excellent job as well. The driver was excellent with my move.
