EVERYBODY WAS NICE AND MORE COURTEOUS, REALLY GOOD GUYS SHOWED A LOT OF CARE. I DID HAVE ONE DAMAGED PIECE.

The care and the professionalism that everybody showed. They went out of their way. This is one of the best moves I have made.

The overall communication was above average compared to other moving companies that I've worked with.

They were very professional and did things in a timely manner and communicated with me every step of the way. If they'd stayed and unpacked, it would have been an 11.

The communication was great. I always knew what was going on and they took good care of my stuff. Diana my rep. took good care of me.

The communication was excellent, they took care of my things, everyone was friendly, I would recommend to anyone.

The driver Mike was very helpful and showed professionalism. The overall move was good. The packing was good. The driver was a hard worker. The local agent used alot of unnecessary paper. Mike was kind, helpful, and nice. Mike went above and beyond.

I had to call them in the beginning, they gave me the quote & they told me I would hear from them ina 24 hr period. I made a few calls to them but I do think they should of called me. Once everything was coordinated & the move started the communication & move was excellent.

The rep that visited my home & the del crew did a great job. I've already recommended them to my neighbor.

Beltman Group, Cleveland OH, the level of communication, professionalism, execution of all the parties I dealt w/. Rep was very professional, underestimated the size of the load, he said 1/2 truck, it ended up being a full truck. Leah Was excellent, Wally was terrific as was his crew, Leah was a great asset.

Prior experience with them. The experience I and referred contacts had with them. Local agents are outstanding. Continued to keep me informed and answer questions.

I was very well accommodated. There was good communication w/explaining the contract. The movers were on time, quick and careful. My belongings were well cared for.

The delivery driver was great. Great crew; the best one I had. The reps were so helpful & the movers.

This experience was great and the crew was wonderful Mark was the driver and Justin, the crew member.

I'm breaking up my family home & North American has been lovely in taking care of everything such as sending things off to kids and planning the move. The company I've been working w/ is amazing.

I am pleased to say the team treated me with respect, and care. The service was good. The team was honest and helpful.

North American was great! North American crew was very professional and they provided great customer service.

The driver. Mike Vogue was super professional, polite, and hardworking. he was the best ever. The driver was fantastic and super .

The consideration of my entire needs by the dispatchers and the drivers and crew. They were very attentive to what I wanted. Jerry, the driver and his assistant, Eric, was just marvelous and they went out of their way to be considerate of me and take care of me and I'm very pleased. They were fantastic.

The driver and the crew overall were wonderful. I think that North American Van lines should give the crews water or coolers. The team worked hard and really sweated .

I think everybody was extremely polite, and the driver was good about calling us in advance. We had delivery within 4-5 days, which was sooner than we expected. Every promise they made was kept. The coordinator was also good about contacting me. I think her name is Terry.

The care and communication with the driver and his crew. We have used North American Van Lines twice.

The driver was easy to work with. I promised a expected delivery date, but due to weateher condititons the del was delayed.

The driver and his helper was confident and helpful, let us know about their whereabouts. They were perfect if I was in the industry they would be working for me and I would be asking their names.

I was impressed with the crew during pick up and delivery. I am missing some items but everything else was great. I am missing some items.

Every body was efficient. The driver stayed in contact with me. Everything was picked up when it was suppose to be picked up and dropped off when it was suppose to be.

The movers were very professional, they were fun, we got along great, and they did what I asked them to do, Tracy Simmons the driver was great.

Everything about the move process went well from when we first contacted North American. They were willing to do it for 6 mths while we were in the move transition. The ppl we phenomenal.

They were very friendly and thorough. They made sure I got everything. There was good communications.

The driver and his crew most influenced my rating. The driver and his crew did what they said they were going to do, and how they were going to do it. They were very respectful and polite. Nobody came to my home to give me an estimate or quotation. The driver and his crew did an excellent job.

It was consistency. Everyone was very concerned about my things and the move. They worked as a team and made me feel confident on both ends.

The way the crew and the driver did everything showed that they treated us well. I was very impressed with the job they did.

The driver and the coordinator Tina, they were friendly, professional, answered all my questions. This was my first move. We got a priority delivery because we have animals and it was nice. I appreciate the customer service with that.

They were very professional, fast, and got everything done in a professional manner. They were also quick, organized, and they followed up with me.

From the beginning to the end of the process, there was excellent communication, follow-up. The wait estimate was off by only 300 pounds. The driver was one of the nicest ppl. His name was Greg Rose.

It was wonderful service. They were on time. They did what they said they would do. The service was a little high and I got a refund.

I liked that they were very systematic in what they did; they were organized, knew what they were doing & it made a big difference that I was comfortable with them handling my possessions.

Clear communication and everything was transported without any issues. The drivers were also friendly.

I've used North American before & they were fantastic. I would use them again. I was overall satisfied with the courtesy at all points of contact. Everything went very well.

The move was pretty good with a peace of mind. Everything was in order and the driver and crew was professional.

So far overall it's great. You never give anyone a ten. It was outstanding. They actually came a half hour early. The driver a one of the loaders did a great job loading and a great now. I highly recommend this crew.

The fact that I am a demanding customer and North American satisfies me. Jeremy and the crew did a good job.

This is the first time I actually moved like this. Everything went smoothly and was handled professionally.

Two things. Mostly it was the communication between the folks at Syracuse, especially the driver. I was really happy w/ the office ppl. and then the driver. Both of those went miraculously well.

I used a different mover before and I had issue with them, North American was much better. I was little concerned regarding my hand crafted items .,I asked the driver to secure the box carefully.

They were honest and thorough. They were friendly and communicated well. I was confident in their service and they took care of my items.

How the men handled everything they did, the packing, whatever I asked, what ever I had to be placed they placed it. The packers and the movers were nice gentlemen. The driver was extremely nice. Neal was outstanding, so was the guys doing the packing. I was very satisfied.

The Guys that loaded and unloaded my belonging were very up beat and I feel they did a very good job.

They did everything they could. They were very professional. They called me. I was very impressed and so was my father.

They took a huge stress out of my life. They did everything as they said they would. They went above and beyond. They were friendly and courteous. They made it easier. I would use the same crew.

Overall, I was happy that my items made it in one piece. Everyone was pretty good. The delivery was timely. The movers helped extra as well.

The overall things that were done, like packing the truck and making sure that everything was covered, including the glass that was on the desk. These aspects of the move most influenced my rating.

The communication with Brad who set it up was fanatastic. The driver Butch was awesome he really cared for my furniture.

Everything. I was looking at 3 different moving companies and Ken Mayberry set the tone. Dwayne and Tina followed through. They were very outstanding. Dwayne picked up a crew who did a fine job. I'm extremely pleased with Kettering Moving and storage especially Ken Newberry and also Dwayne and Tina Couch. All were outstanding.

The lady that I dealt with at the local company was all about making me happy and making things work. The rep went above and beyond. The crew that came was calm and supportive. Tanya, the coordinator, was excellent.

Everyone was extremely nice and friendly through the process. Care and concern was shown to us and our property.

They were on time, efficient, considerate, careful and they did everything they should have done in the way that they should have done it. They were wonderful. This crew did an outstanding job. Everyone involved did an outstanding job. It was absolutely and incredibly perfect. They were very professional and careful.

The guys who delivered were polite and hard workers . I know what they were going through and I was very impressed.

The promptness of load; delivery. I had a huge difference in the weight of the items in comparison to what he was quoted. I should have a refund. I am looking for a refund check, and I want to be contacted.

I used North American Van Lines 2 times before. I like how they make me feel comfortable enough to let them in my home and I like how they handle my belongings. The people were great.

The driver had the utmost customer service skills. He treated my items like they were his own. He was also 10 minutes early. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

They were very good. Everybody answered all of my questions. They delivered to me a little earlier so that made me happier.

They were efficient, fast, knowledgeable. Mark set up the process. The delivery guys were cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took care of everything. I would call again if I ever move.

I had personal experiences with other moving companies. I know a lot about dealing with moving companies. You did a great job.

Communication & timeliness. Unloaders left w/out making sure beds were put together properly, loaders loaded stuff inside grill, my husband turned on grill w/out looking inside & burned stuff up.

Ease of communication and the accommodations to the time. We had very unusual time stretch's and our driver was fantastic. Cedric out of David Van Lines in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

It was easy. Jesse was very accommodating. Jose, the driver, was nice & kind. They took care of each item I had. I needed to change some dates for this. They were very accommodating about that. The driver & the crew member was wonderful. They did a good job w/the item that I was worried about. Jesse was phenomenal.

Everything went exactly as planned & it was planned exactly as it should of been. We have had lots of moves but the rep, Ezra, was the most incredible so far. Ezra did exactly what he said would do. The driver, Mark Hallett, was amazing.

I was very satisfied with the driver and his crew. They always kept me informed, they were also very courteous, friendly, and they did a great job.

The professionalism and time frame, they showed up early. I have a key and pins that hook the screen together, there was eight of them and they are missing.

Moving is stressful and from the moment I contacted North American I felt that I was taken care of and it lowered the stress that I was feeling over the move.

The delivery driver & his crew, they did all of my packing & delivered my items. They were outstanding. I have moved liked 7 times, & this crew was the best just 2 people & they did everything.

The whole communication and the care was great. I had no issue on the loading side. The delivery reps were supposed to call and let us know when they were going to get to the new home so someone can be at the new place.

Everybody was nice even the driver the other workers were wonderful courteous and a very comfortable experience.

They did everything they promised they would. The del driver did a great job. When we move again we would like him as a driver. He worked hard and took good care of our items.

Everyone from the agent who visited my home, to the guys that moved, and to the guys that delivered were wonderful. It was an exceptional experience.

I have use North American before and I like the services. They have a good vale price and everyone is always professional. North American price is good with competitors. I wanted my floors to be padded and that was accomplished.
