I already did. When my daughter comes, she will be moving with this company. It was the care and friendliness. They were friendly and polite. They never griped about a thing. They were funny. I am so pleased with Mark and Steve. They were great on everything. Good guys! They cared everything. They were really great. I felt sorry for them because it was raining like crazy. Excellent.

My driver most influenced my rating. This was my 8th or 9th cross country move. My driver went above and beyond any of the other companies.

The care that everybody took w/ everything was great. They were very personable. It took a long time to load. I wish they would have told me how long it would take to pack ahead of time. It took eleven hours. However, they did a good job.

The gentleman and his partner who unloaded the truck. They were very professional, polite and careful.

The quality of the driver and his work ethic. The speed, quality and friendliness from the driver and his wife.

Everything went smoothly and everyone I talked to was professional and it was just a good experience.

I thought that the driver was a very good people person and made me feel comfortable about what's going on. He seemed like a real nice person.

The delivery driver & his crew, they did all of my packing & delivered my items. They were outstanding. I have moved liked 7 times, & this crew was the best just 2 people & they did everything.

The crew was very good in the loading and delivery. They padded everything and was careful about walls. The driver kept in constant contact with me. The coordinator was helpful by email and phone. We were very satisfied with everyone involved and made the move worry free. We felt like all of our items were taken good care of.

The team did an excellent job. I was totally pleased with the whole move. My whole move was unstressful. I was extremely satisfied.

Just thinking of the driver and crew. The coordinator was extremely good before but this time she seemed confused so I would give her a 3.

I really liked the guys who unloaded my stuff. They were very careful and considerate. I saw a difference between the people at Phoenix vs the people who unloaded my stuff in Ohio.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They worked so hard during loading and unloading through the weather conditions because it was raining.

The crew was wonderful and very polite. The driver's pick up and del was top shelf. They were very considerate. The driver's name was Norm and I'll recommend them to anybody.

I liked Heather at Deltman & Fernando. Everything was very good. The people I worked with were very good.

The salesrep Brenda who came out at first was awesome. We were given a very competitive price. All the people who moved our things out of the house and especially into the house were really great.

Right from the initial interview, it was clear that the care of me and my dads items were very important.

I have already told some people. It is fantastic Iam only here temporary. It will be moving again I will be using North American. The guys were nice and terrific and great. The number one guy was Mike he was the best.

The crew was excellent and so was our previous experiences with the company. As a result, we would definitely use them again in the future.

Things overall went smoothly. There were a few communication issues before hand. We got our stuff earlier than anticipated and that was great.

Very courteous, followed through, respectful, and I am still in shock and very pleased. Had to have someone to make a crate. Cord movers was phenomenal and have recommended others to them. Carol called to follow up.

The delivery driver was great. Great crew; the best one I had. The reps were so helpful & the movers.

There was only one thing, when the guys did the unloading they stepped on the lawn instead of going through the main entrance. They kind of got the carpet dirty.

The courtesy of the driver Matt, he had the greatest personality, he was very calm and explained everything. He was wonderful. He was pleasant w/ my grandchildren during delivery.

I'm a harsh critic, so this is a good score for me. The driver was great. Everything arrived in good time and he did a lot to make it go smoothly. Timing was tricky for me during the move. The driver was able to make it work and was great.

They were efficient and nice people. Every question was answered. It was the quality, you can tell when people like their job & that was shown to us. They delivered on time.

The on time service and the overall professionalism of the crew. There were no hick-ups in the process. Everyone was very polite and caring throughout the whole process. I had glass tabletops that needed to be crated. There were items in a separate storage room as well.

There was some brown liquion n the floor of the backseat of the car that was delivered. When the car was delivered, there was a lot of water in the backseat.

The driver and how well he packed what I had, how he wrapped it and got it loaded into the truck. He was also nice while doing it all.

North American was cheaper than United Van Line. United Van Line was less professional. North American was professional. I was satisfied with the whole experience. I was impressed with the way the guys handled and put my things into the truck. They packed everything carefully.

They were very helpful, and on time. The price was very good. Did lose vacuum cleaner but it was tracked down and will be delivered really non issue.Johnny did good job.
