They were extremely polite and respect. They were very helpful. The crew coordinated everything. They were great. They were amazing. They did everything in a timely manner. I was just amazed at how professional and respectful they were. Everything was just great.

The driver and the relationship. He was the local person who came and picked up and he drove them across country. The personal relationship I had with him; the trust and professionalism. If I could make the score higher for the driver and crew loading I would. I would rate the driver and crew who delivered above the top of the scale. I have already recommended them.

The movers did what they needed to do, and there was a lot for them to move. I enjoyed having them in my house. The movers were very skillful.

The quality and interaction with the rep that I spoke to, the timeliness and precision on the work that was done.

The courtesy of the move coordinator and the ease of the move. I did everything online and had to give a detail list of my items. It was a small move but she made it easy.

The estimated load was off and created confusion at the end. The driver was phenomenal. Rick Vela was his name. The overall move went very well.

This was my first time using North American. From day one, everything went fine. The driver, Jeff Huxtable, was very , very nice. He did everything I asked him to. He was on-time as scheduled. The North American rep, Cole Johnson, was really nice. He came on-time. I felt right from day one. His contact at the Columbus, Ohio office, the move coordinator, Tanya Geedert, was very good.

The care of the packing, and good wrapping of the furniture. There's a musty smell in my things b/c of rain..

They are on time and prompt with their work. THEY HAVE MOVED ME THREE TIMES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN BROKEN.

The sales person never advised us that we would need a temporary parking permit. This was a hassle for me and I had to delay the arrival to get the permit.

We've moved a number of times and the people at Nelson took care of everything. They did everything we asked them to do. They even came up with a solution on how to ship our cars.

The personalities of the guys and the professionalism showed to me and my wife was very good. They went above and beyond. I was surprised at some of the stuff packed. They were told to pack everything in the house and they did exactly that. I had a large safe to be packed.

Everyone involved from the estimator to the lady in the office handling the scheduling to the driver & his helper & the 2 delivery guys, they were great. The 2 del guys who were from Southern CA made this del on a Sun in OR in the middle of a snowstorm. They really toughed it out.

Well, I would say even from the beginning when Paul came to our house, he explained everything to us & was very professional. Jim was very accurate & polite. All of the crew were very polite. They did some of the packing and they did a good job in general.

Very nice communication and a pleasant staff. Prompt and courteous along with a good value for what I spent. One of my diaries was packed in a carton all alone, they wasted a carton. Most of the time the packer was on the phone. I am satisfied but I think the packers could have done a much better job.

It was a great experience overall. 3 days before the move they charged us an additional amount with was 500 additional dollars for the move. We lived in a condo in Mass. They said that it was because of the neighborhood we lived in.

There was some brown liquion n the floor of the backseat of the car that was delivered. When the car was delivered, there was a lot of water in the backseat.

It was smooth, handled well, dealt with an agent out of Cleveland and they were perfect for me. I had an excellent experience but I used them only one time but I would use them again if I had to.

I wrote an email conserning the driver. He was a gentleman & very professional. He was terrific and excellent. His name is Trini Charlton. Special request was the scheduling. I hope they realized they are doing a good job. I only wish the wrappings/pad are clean thats how I would improve the service.

Everything on this del was in perfect condition, I liked the way packed my things, most were antiques and they were careful with them.

I've used North American before. They were on time and the care of my possessions influenced my rating. The driver was great. The driver communicated with us during the delivery. The relocation center communicated with us the other time. It is hard to give one answer for both.
