- My rating was influenced by the fact that the crew was careful w/ everything, they showed up when they said they were going to show up and they delivered earlier than expected.
- Mr. Bolton was on top of everything. He supervised everything and everybody. He kept us informed. He was careful with precious objects. He gave us confidence which is difficult to explain. Mr. Bolton did an outstanding job. MR. Bolton was a super guy and was in charge of everything. We have move for over 20 years because we were in the military and this has been the best move.
- I was satis w/ the overall cust srvc, the contact they maintain with me during the move process and the way they handled my household during delivery.
- The overall service was excellent. The movers did a good job. They did an excellent job but there are things that could have been done better. Nothing is perfect. I would want that team back. I was satisfied because of the good team.
- The communication process and the customer service from the agents, staff, etc. The crew was prompt and careful. . There was an 83 year old lady that was moving. The crews on both ends were very patient and careful. The crews were professional and courteous.
