- it was exceptional this was a long cross country move and i believe my belongings were transfered at least twice before coming back to my house ead everything was fine the crew was kind courteous prompt communication was great and over multiple moves over the years this was by far the best one. both crews were great both the sales people and those at the office communication was great and extremely pleased
- I was very pleased what the man that came to my house was very professional, showed us everything we needed to know, and explained the whole process. When we decided to go with North American, I called them and told them I chose them, and they thanked me to choosing them, and when it came close for time to move, the people at North West called to pick up our goods. They came on time, and they were very professional and friendly. When I got to my destination, they said when they would come to deliver our goods, they only had one man to deliver our goods, and he was very professional and worked very hard to deliver our goods, I was very satisfied with North American and I would recommend them to anyone.
- Just everybody being on time, the care that was taken with our stuff and the professionalism of the driver. He was very impressive, the driver alfredo or alfanzo was very impressive.
- The driver and his crew on both ends were very careful, professional, and respectful! This was a small load and everything arrived safe; even the boxes of crystal glassware and nothing was broken.
