Overall Rating: 4.9 / 5
- The service, good communication, everything was prefect, everything went the way it was suppose to be
- I would say the drivers courtesy professionalism and experience was the big key factor. The other thing is that it is hard to get an actual crew and the driver pulled his connections to get us moved. He went to extreme lengths to get the guys and get the job done.
- I think there was a steady stream of communication from start to the end. If I had questions, they answered them. The movers were courteous, timely and efficient at what they do. I was quit pleased.
- On our previous move we didn't have a Move Coordinator and having the Move Coordinator this time made it a lot easier. Her name was Lee Anne and she was very good.
- The guys were professional, polite, showed up on time, careful with my items. Nothing was damaged and the crew had to maneuver around a problematic staircase but got everything where i wanted it.
