Mover Leads Industry in Satisfaction for 2019, 2020 and 2021 per Trippel Relocation
Ask any HR professional what they look for in a moving provider for their corporate relocations, and they will tell you they just want to be sure their talent is well taken care of. It can be difficult at times to know for certain just how to choose the right household goods moving provider when many promise an excellent level of service but few actually deliver. Trippel Survey & Research was founded by Alan Trippel, someone with a lengthy and accomplished career in relocation, making the Trippel Award one of the most significant within the relocation industry. Each year, thousands of recently relocated employees from a variety of different corporations are asked a series of questions about their relocation experience, all of which are answered using a 1-10 rating system. These employees received relocation-related services from various providers and based on their responses, Trippel Survey & Research is able to rank providers across various facets of relocation. One of these facets is the all important household goods move. This year’s survey was conducted over an 8 month period and surveyed 3,550 relocated employees from over 40 firms to find out how they viewed their experiences with the various service providers they worked with throughout their move.
In both 2019 and 2020, northAmerican Van Lines received the Trippel Award for the highest satisfaction in household goods moving amongst relocated employees. This year, northAmerican proudly accepted this award again, making it the most highly rated household goods moving provider in satisfaction three years in a row based on direct customer feedback. While each year is special and affirms our commitment to excellence as a customer-centric company, this year the award means a bit more. As the survey was conducted over an 8 month period, this meant that many of the relocating employees rating our services had moved with us during peak lockdown and quarantine measures as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This means that despite the challenges and complications presented by the pandemic and the widely varying state by state guidelines, our customers felt and recognized our commitment to them and our professionalism throughout their move experience. This is perhaps the most special Trippel award yet for that reason.
