Ongoing services continue even after the relocation, including compensation and payroll administration, expense management, property management, and more.

This dedicated move manager coordinates every aspect of the move for your employee, answers all questions, communicates each step of the process, evaluates performance during and after the move, and is the point person for any claims that may arise.
- Moving Extras. If you are offering a lump sum, reimbursed or direct billed moving benefit to your relocating employees and would like to enhance your offering without increasing expenses, Moving Extras is for you. Working with SIRVA, northAmerican Moving Extras helps improve your employee’s relocation experience with value-added benefits like assistance with home marketing, home finding, mortgage, rental living, temporary housing as well as settlement services.
- Concierge. For your relocating executives and VIPs, you can depend on northAmerican to deliver a white glove moving experience second to none. We offer three levels of service, ideal for any level of VIP employee.
- Vehicle Transport. northAmerican offers safe, convenient and affordable transport for all types of automobiles and recreational vehicles.
- Express/DIY solutions (BlueExpress, SmartBox). Depending on the employee and the size of the move, a traditional full service moving solution may not be the best fit. That’s why northAmerican offers alternative transport solutions. Our BlueExpress service offers a full service moving experience in an expedited delivery window for smaller shipments. SmartBox, our DIY solution, is a great option for smaller shipments, temporary storage or moves that involve on-site storage.
