Everyone was very personable, helpful, and professional that I dealt with. The customer service rep was very good and the driver that delivered my items was very wonderful. I was highly impressed. The crew that we dealt with was very courteous, on time, friendly, careful, not to track anything in the house, and everything went very smoothly. Everything was done as it was said. They were on time, careful and courteous. No issues came up at all during the process. They were thoroughly professional. Everything was good and the delivery was on time. The delivery team took care of everything. This is what most impressed me. The way NAVL came out and packed and let me know when it was going to get here they were very professional. I don't know, just everything. It wasn't one thing in particular. I was very satisfied. The crew was very professional. They were prompt with the service, the movers were very informative and did a really good job in doing everything and packing everything. I've moved 7 times. This was the best crew I've ever had. The third party crew from the Illinois area was unprofessional. The third party crew from the Michigan area arrived too early. I was very pleased with the driver and the way theload was handeled. Everyone did a good job. The driver was very personable. Craig and Rich were very nice. There were a couple of things that were bought in and my husband didn't want them where they were and they moved them.
