Craig and Rich were very nice. There were a couple of things that were bought in and my husband didn't want them where they were and they moved them. The move worked out well, overall it was a good experience. The rep, driver and the crew was professional. Just how fast and exactly on time it was. The special attention and care of the crew with the furniture. I used North American last year for a partial move. I used North American for the rest of the items. The contact person was helpful and pleasant. The service was good. The driver and crew made sure there were no scuff marks on the furniture or on the walls when the furniture was brought into our apartment. Overall the crew was courteous and polite. The driver was great. What was terrific was that the same driver and crew loaded and unloaded. The overall niceness, they kept me informed about what time they were coming and kept me in the loop with everything about the move. The crew that we dealt with was very courteous, on time, friendly, careful, not to track anything in the house, and everything went very smoothly. My rating was influenced because based on what I told northAmerican Van Lines, our price was quoted on what I said. The price came out about equal to what I said. Mostly the experience with the move driver. The driver and the driver's wife was outstanding. The communication from the agent who coordinated the move was so much so it bordered on annoying.
