Everyone was very personable, helpful, and professional that I dealt with. The customer service rep was very good and the driver that delivered my items was very wonderful. I was highly impressed. Everyone was careful, prompt, and polite. My things were taken care of and treated like they were the crews things. My things had to be carried to the 2 floor up a spiral staircase and no complaints. I had the same pair of men who packed, loaded, and unloaded and they were on time, respectful, and treated my items with care. My rating was influenced because based on what I told northAmerican Van Lines, our price was quoted on what I said. The price came out about equal to what I said. The level of service. The communication was excellent and everyone was very respectful of my property. Everything was well coordinated. The local office agent kept me informed of everything. The customer service was excellent. The overall niceness, they kept me informed about what time they were coming and kept me in the loop with everything about the move. The sales rep was able to accomodate all of my needs and I had a lot of question and he was able to answer all of them. The professionalism, and courtesy of the North American's crew.
