The fact that the team was professional and very helpful considering the fact that it was a long move. I appreciated the fact that everything was done the way they said it would be and the service was completed well. Everything was well coordinated. The local office agent kept me informed of everything. The customer service was excellent. The driver was professional and showed up on time. The coordinator was good to work with. This move was a success. I liked the driver & the rep at the office was really good.The packers didn't pack everything.There were a couple of loose ends as far as packing is concerned. I used North American last year for a partial move. I used North American for the rest of the items. The contact person was helpful and pleasant. The service was good. My rating was influenced because based on what I told northAmerican Van Lines, our price was quoted on what I said. The price came out about equal to what I said. I did 2 moves and both drivers and the estimator were fantastic. Bill Cook, the estimator, was so knowledgeable, nice and gave me a correct estimate. The communication and personality of the moving team. Right down from the person that came to my house to the moving team. I received my furniture in two days, the last moving company delivered my furniture in 11 days. American kept in touch with us, and I am very happy I chose North American.
