The communication of the team, driver, and crew. I liked having the same crew for loading, packing, unpacking, and unloading. It felt like family after a few days. The crew was kind and nice. The driver of the truck who handled the move was fabulous. The driver was on time & did everything that was said. How well the driver was amazing, polite, sincere, explained everything, courteous, and on time. There was no chit chat and they were very careful about everything. The dogs were tolerated with smiles. Team was very courteous and nice and did an excellent job. I used northAmerican van lines twice before but I was pleased with both but I was more pleased this time around. I think the driver that handled the move was very much in control of everything & did an excellent job. The customer srvc was very understanding when I changed the delivery address at the last minute. Everything went smoothly without any problems. The driver was professional and showed up on time. The coordinator was good to work with. This move was a success. The rep, Barb Pfeiffer, was great. The rep was very communicative and followed up. The rep was the best that I have ever dealt with. The team was really nice. The driver who packed, loaded, and unloaded was great and the team was careful with my stuff. The communication and personality of the moving team. Right down from the person that came to my house to the moving team.
