Every one was very kind and friendly. The driver was so respectful of my parents. They packed everything and took great care of my parents. Everything was great. How I was treated, the whole process was smooth and efficient. I know my friends would be treated the same way. The driver was polite, courteous, considerate, and came on time. I knew where my stuff was all the time. The driver was very professional. I asked for my furniture to be assembled and it was done. Nothing in the boxes were broken. I have no complaints. If I think all & all, the quick service & estimate. The agent's estimate was good. The turn around time, professionalism, and speed of the drivers and loaders met exceeded my expectations. The service I received from begin to end was great. The packing, loading, unloading, the representative, the driver and the crew all did a good job. I worked with a team of people from North Dakota for the original pick up. The communication was excellent. I was impressed with how quickly the move was coordinated and with the driver and crew. Dawn, the move coordinator stayed in touch for weeks before the move, my mother was happy that boxes were placed exactly where we wanted, no scratches or broken things. We couldn't be happier.
