The del tm were very nice,on time courteous,& cautious w/everything.The del tm were very good,they were excellent. The driver was very impressive. The Beltman Group was very good with their follow-up calls and visits. The customer service was very good, and was used all the way through the loading and unloading process. Diane Mitchell, our contact the person, was excellent. The rep followed up on a regular basis and if we had any problems Diane was right on it and would get right back to us. The sales person was able to come out and give me a guaranteed price, the coordinator kept me informed on what was going on and the crew did an excellent job. The professionalism and the ability to follow through with my needs influenced my rating. The crew bent over backwards for me. The professionalism, timeliness, carefulness, and explanations. The continued follow ups I received from the rep asking me how the process was going. I was very impressed and pleased with everything. The timing of everything. Everything was well explained, there was no period of time where we lost contact and there was no damage. The movers were very timely, courteous and professional. The movers were also polite and treated my items with respect. The professionalism and timeliness, the crew was very nice, professional, and understanding. It was extremely nice to know that I had such great help.
