The customer service regular contact with the driver. That was from the pick up through out the week, to the delivery. The overall service was pleasant. Everyone did a good job, my items were picked up & delivered on time, & it was a good experience. It may have been these set of people. The boxes were packed neatly & well. The crew did more packing. The packing crew was very good. The prices are good & the people are good at what they do. The way crew communicated w/ me, the process of explaining the move was great. The driver was a big help and was professional. The crew was very good and our representative was also very good in calling and checking in to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. My cousin used NAVL agent and did such a great job and I also called NAVL. I was just thrilled with NAVL and other cos. were a nightmare. The professionalism, the communication between the agent and driver, fantastic job. Only problem the truck broke down but the driver when beyond and above to make sure everything went well. Everything they did went really well. The rep who came out to do the quote was impressive. The driver represented the company very well. The driver communicated well and I didn't have to contact the company at any time because they kept me updated during the move. I felt that the people were very nice and professional, the people did a very good job. The movers were very hard workers.
