northAmerican is honored to have been voted highest in Net Satisfaction Among Relocation Managers and received Highest Average Satisfaction Score by Relocating Employees per Trippel Survey & Research.

North American Van Lines, Inc., one of the world’s largest moving companies, is honored to be recognized twice in 2019 by Trippel Surveys.

  1. northAmerican ranked highest in net customer satisfaction with corporate relocation managers among all leading national full-service moving companies per the 2019 Relocation Managers’ Survey on Household Goods Shipments©.
  2. northAmerican had the highest average satisfaction score with relocating employees per the Twenty-fifth Annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey©.

The annual Relocation Managers’ Survey measures corporate relocation managers’ satisfaction with moving service industry suppliers and tracks information on household goods policy and domestic US relocation program management. The annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey measures the satisfaction with suppliers used in the employee’s transfer/assignment.

Among national full-service movers providing corporate relocations, northAmerican placed first in the following categories that measure customer satisfaction:

1st place: highest average score/net satisfaction ranking by customers (corporate relocation managers) for a household goods supplier.

1st place:  96% of respondents said they would use northAmerican next year.

1st place – highest average satisfaction score among relocating employees.
