Actual ppl who came and loaded, unloaded and moved it, their serv. The way del tm treated us, and how helpful del tm was. I moved my 84 y.o. mother from Chicago to TX. NAVL treated my mother w/a lot of respect--really took care of my mother. For an elderly person, NAVL handled it extremely well-everybody. We found Northamerican Vanlines courteous, interested in what's going on in a problem we might have, and took good care of our items. I had a really good experience, my item were taken care of very well with reassurance that they were in good hands. The driver was professional, on time at both ends and communicated well with me. Everybody was friendly and everything was done the way North American said it would be. The communication was great w/ everybody. It was just so smooth. The people were so nice. We've made many moves because my husband's in the Air Force. This was really very, very good. So far, there was no damage. The driver John and the helper Paul were great. The only problem was that some of my items were broken and damaged. The representative who did the estimate was efficient, accessible, courteous, & had a positive attitude. The price was right & the driver & crew were efficient, polite, accommodating, & careful. We have been unable to locate a key that binds the antique c I was hesitant at first but I had the same driver for both pickup and delivery which made feel very comfortable after speaking with him and the move was well organized. The way my furniture was treated and the communication. Everyone was very respectful of my needs, furniture, my house and respectful to me.
