I was explained about the move from our local and driver reps. I was very pleased about the moving process. I am very satis. Just the professionalism all around. The crew did everything as promised. They were good people with a good demeanor. I was totally satis with North American because they were knowledgeable, pleasant, careful, professional, reasonable rates, and timely. The driver was exceedingly considerate to the neighbors The availability, the readiness and capabilities to adjust to our timeline, the communication, how quickly they accommodated, and the timeliness in th e pick-up and delivery. They were prompt with the service, the movers were very informative and did a really good job in doing everything and packing everything. The driver, Gary, communicated all the way from before they arrived in Virginia where he picked up the goods, while in transit, and right up to delivery. There was great communication. The delivery was Tuesday and Gary communicated Monday night. Gary was The driver John and the helper Paul were great. The only problem was that some of my items were broken and damaged. The professionalism. I really enjoyed working with everyone and everyone did what was supposed to be done. Crew was nice, well-mannered, organized and confident. There was open communication and the move was very smooth. I have moved with them before and I have a cousin that works with them. Customer satisfication is what most influenced my rating.
