The driver was fantastic, prompt, courteous and careful with my items. The crew was as well. This was my 1st experience with a long distance move & I was very pleased. The driver & crew were friendly. The speed in which they packed, they got everything done in a professional manner, they were very friendly, they treated us as if we were apart of their family. I was real impressed with the local agent in Boise,Idaho where I moved from. I was kept informed at all time and the agent was great along with the driver.I was never left in the dark. Everything was done quickly, the crew was informative and everything was done as the crew said it would be. The crew was early and loaded everything into my garage for me, show I could have a showing of my house. I was very satisfied with Butch. The team was friendly, courteous, professional and didn't use bad language. The unpackers were nice, courteous, clean, very respectful and removed the packers shoes. The furniture was handled well. The loading and unloading was done on time. My items were handled with care. NorthAmerican Van Lines was very professional. They were very prompt, they came when they said they would, and they went out of their way and made two stops for me. They were pretty fast in loading and unloading my things. I used a different moving company in the past and had all sorts of problems, but American Van lines gave me no problems at all. Coming & del on time & that only 1 small & not substantial item was damaged most influenced my rating.
