The overall move went extremely well and the driver and crew were extremely great and everyone kept in touch with us. I never had problems. northAmerican called me back as soon as I made my call. My goods were properly packed and loaded to the truck so that nothing was broken. Team Larken was excellent. I had hurt my back and they helped us with the last few details. They were courteous and professional. They have been doing this a long time and it shows. The driver and his partner most influenced my rating. If I were to move again I would request the same driver and partner that I had. I was very satisfied with the service everything was done in a professional manner by the driver and crew. The packing crew, the loading crew and all of the other crew members were wonderful. The driver was superb. The whole moving process was fantastic and wonderful. The professionalism of everyone involved in the move. The driver and crew were professional and arrived on time. The driver, Gary, communicated all the way from before they arrived in Virginia where he picked up the goods, while in transit, and right up to delivery. There was great communication. The delivery was Tuesday and Gary communicated Monday night. Gary was I liked the customer service. Everyone from the representative to the dispatcher to the crew was just great. I had moved with the company before and they did a great job.The only issue was that an additional one hundred and sixty nine dollars was charged at the end of the move.
