The crew was polite, efficient, and hard working. They followed through on everything I asked of them. The driver was kind and knowledgeable and did not take a break the whole time. The driver unpacked my house for two hours without a break. The crew delivered when they said they would. There was no damage and everything went as planned in general. The overall experience influenced my rating, everything happened the way it was supposed to and when it was supposed to happen. Everything was done according to plan. The driver didn't leave until he made sure that it was okay to leave and to be sure that we didn't need him anymore. The packers, loaders, and driver were friendly, courteous and very professional.I was very impressed. The excellent incredibly wonderful way everything was handled.The crew handled my furniture better than they handled their own. The job that the crew did was fine, the only thing was that there was only two crew members to help load and unload. The crew needed a little more man power because it was a lot of stuff. The entire experience w/ Phil and the crew was excellent. Phil made everything go smoothly and tried to insure that my items weren't dmg and made my wife feel at ease about our special request. I gave them a 10 because from the beginning to end, they were just fantastic. Everything was on time and everything was perfect. They were careful in the house I left, as well as the house I moved to.
