The crew was one of the best in spite of the fourth or fifth moves. My beds were unloaded, that allowed me to sleep in that night. The pick up was great, the price was good, the driver/crew were great, etc. The overall move was great. The overall srvc was perfect. I especially want to commend the driver and his helper. The tm was very efficient, very fast, and very careful w/ my belongings. I was hesitant at first but I had the same driver for both pickup and delivery which made feel very comfortable after speaking with him and the move was well organized. From the agent to the driver, the pick-up of the delivery, there were no problems and there was careful planning. I could not believe how smoothly the move went. The delivery driver was great and constantly kept us informed. Everything was great. Bobby Adams came out; talked to us and was a good salesperson. We liked the packers and the unloaders. NorthAmerican Vanlines did everything I asked themto do and when I called NorthAmerican Vanilines answered every question. The packers were fantastic, did a wonderful, wonderful job, driver was so careful taking things out the house, not to knick a wall, just spectacular, one of the best jobs I've seen. The professional and caring nature of the driver and how the driver managed the crew. The driver was the best we had in 5 moves.
