North American Van Lines Agent of the Year Honored For Excellence
Ward North American of San Antonio Receives Distinction at Recent Convention Celebrating Outstanding Work
CHICAGO, April 15, 2005 — North American Van Lines (NAVL), a subsidiary of global relocation services provider SIRVA, Inc., (NYSE:SIR), has awarded its most distinguished recognition for excellence as Agent of the Year to Ward North American for outstanding overall performance in 2004.
“This distinction is given each year to the best of our agents who demonstrate the highest standards in performance as measured by quality, customer satisfaction, safety and overall operational excellence,” said Dan Robertson, general manager of North American Van Lines and Global Van Lines. “We are pleased that Ward has been part of the NAVL family for nearly 30 years and we are more than happy to recognize them for this achievement.”

As one of NAVL’s key agents, Ward has offices throughout Texas in Austin, Dallas, Killeen, San Antonio and Waco.
NAVL recently recognized the achievements of its agents and drivers at the company’s annual conference in Las Vegas. The meeting attracted more than 200 agents from the international network of NAVL agents and drivers, as well as senior executives from SIRVA.
