How prompt Vanlines was, the fact the driver & crew were pleasant, and the fact Vanlines was willing to work around my schedule. As a whole they are a very good company. The driver was exceptional. My only complaint is that the people who did the packing used too much paper. As a result I was overcharged by $3000.00 Everything went as smooth as I could ask and it was outstanding service. The driver and the helper was outstanding, they deserves a raise or bonus. The driver and crew was kind and careful with my items. Everything went as I was told and promised. I haven't received my receipt but I know I will. The rep, Barb Pfeiffer, was great. The rep was very communicative and followed up. The rep was the best that I have ever dealt with. I had used other movers in the past and they were quite difficult and not timely. But this was easy and the ppl were polite and fast. They were so professional. They were cheerful and professional all the way through. They set expectations well. It was a beautiful experience. The manner and professionalism in which our goods were handled as well as the packing influenced my rating. The same crew that loaded me unloaded me. The attitude of the crew was great. They were extremely professional and had a sense of urgency to get things done. I was very impressed in how all my stuff was handled. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone showed up.
