I think that the service of the rep was outstanding, quick and professional. The coordinator was there whenever I needed and very communicative. The drivers were on time. The delivery team was persistent. The delivery team explained everything to me that was going to happen. The delivery team was very good and professional. The driver and crew did what they were supposed to do. Everything was explained to us, and there was constant communication. I was completely satisfied everything was done professionally. I will be writing a letter of commendation to the company. My brother worked for North American for 30 years and they're very good moving company. I worked in an North American agency in FL. We were satisfied with the driver that came, it was a smooth move, until the end when the driver could not contact his helper to unload the items. The estimate was lower than another estimate that I received. We have used North American previously and we were satisfied at that time. Everything was smooth. NAVL did what they said that they would do and we really appreciate that. There were no problems. I have been involved with moves before and I have had miscommunication and damaged goods. The sales rep assured me that I would have a smooth move and the sales rep was truthful. The driver was phenominal. I have 3 kids and just dealing with the family and getting things done in a timely manner. North American could not have had a better person to represent the company.
