We couldn't get into the storage unit and the rep was nice and helped me find the access code. The rep didn't get aggravated or annoyed. That personal experience made me very satisfied. I think the guys that did our move were exceptional from the beginning of talking to the company to the guys that moved it. The salesperson I had was easy to work with. He listened to me and provided me with what I wanted. The driver I had was very accommodating. The people on both sides of the move were very good. The personnel was pleasant, happy, clean, kept good communications, and were 10 min from being on time. North American Vanlines did everything that they were supposed.All my items were accounted for and the communication was good throughout the move.Everything was fine. The total package. The way everyone handled the move from the start. There was total honesty. Just appreciated the way things were handled. My sister used NAVL and nobody called her. I had a good experience with North American. One driver did the packing and his name was Frank. The driver was very good. The price was reasonable, the rep who came to my home was courteous as well as the driver, and the crew did a good job. The driver, Sabian did a really good job. Sabian let me know when they were going to arrive and Sabian was just real easy to work with. I was overall satisfied with the service and there were no surprises. They did everything that they said thy were going to do.
