The driver was able to pick up and drop off sooner than we planned. The driver was very good with communicating with me, and the prices were very reasonable. I gave this rating because the driver and his crew showed up on time for both the loading and unloading, and the fact that nothing was damaged. Everything was exactly on time and nothing was damaged. The del team was careful and everyone did exactly what they said they would do. The driver was great and on time for the pick-up and del. The driver and associate were very decent and honest people and were very concerned about my welfare. The move with northAmerican was well worth the money because of the all the people involved. The professionalism of everyone that I worked with. They worked around my schedule. Everything was on time. I have already recommended Northamerican Van Lines to a friend. The crew was professional. The packing crew were like tornadoes. The crew worked long hours, were very good and very friendly. The driver showed up when promised.
