The crew showed up exactly when they told us they were, they were nice, and they did not break any of our things. The quality of the service and I was very happy with the driver. The driver & crew was on time, courteous and listened to my needs. It wasn't made clear when I got my estimate that the charge to pack up my high definition that there would be another char The people were very professional and did a good job. What I was told would be done was done as well. They were very professional and they treated me items as if they were their own. They kept me informed. Everything that was said to me was done in a timely manner, there were no flaws. You can't ask for more than that. The driver was awesome. I have used North American Van Lines for about five different moves both in the U.S and in Europe. If I recommend anything, I would like to have a great experience. The reps treated my furniture like it was their own. And I had damaged goods resulting in the unloading of the move. My bed, television stand, furniture finishing was damaged by stickers. The overall professionalism and communication influenced my rating. Everything that the rep said while doing the estimate happened. Everything NorthAmerican Vanlines did was great. The crew was very helpful. Whatever the company said the crew would do was done. The Representative and delivery team were very helpful and the move went smoothly. I was fortunate to have the same crew. I am extremely satisfied.
