My goods were delivered as promised and on time. The crew was courteous and a lot of last minute things were packed. My things were packed very well also. The customer service regular contact with the driver. That was from the pick up through out the week, to the delivery. The people that I dealt w/ were professional and on top of everything. Everything arrived in good shape. I've already given the number to a lot of my associates. The whole experience was great. The sales rep, Karen, was very patient and laid everything out very clearly. The driver was great. The driver was very compassionate with me and took care of the pack How easily the move went and the move was perfect. The crew was nice, quick, and accommodating to me. The happiness in not having to move myself & the fact that my company's paying for it.Also, the driver & crew did a great job. I like the personality of the driver and crew. The representative who coordinate the move was very professional. The driver and delivery crew. The driver kept me informed. The movers was very accommodating and working around my schedule. Everything went very smoothly. The way the television was packed it must've damaged my television, but the movers didn't drop it. The guy who helped pack and unpack made the overall move great. The packer was very careful and considerate. The packer went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy.
