The overall move went well. The people I contacted and the staff I was in correspondence with from the driver to the coordinator that was consistent in keeping me updated with returned calls. My experience with the move went very smooth. The crew was efficient and friendly. The crew took good care of my items and were good with my children as well. The driver and crew was professional, and their attitudes about the situation was good. The crew packed everything and asked if there was anything else. The rep Joy Walter was nice and helpful. The overall process was good. The communication was great, and the delivery crew was very professional. I was very satisfied with the moving process. I would recommend Pete. They were very helpful with questions, kept me informed, worked around my schedule, were very careful with my belongings, and were kind. Nothing got damaged. How well the driver was amazing, polite, sincere, explained everything, courteous, and on time. There was no chit chat and they were very careful about everything. The dogs were tolerated with smiles. Everything across the board was good. A colleague booked a move with a another company it was nothing but trouble. Next time the colleague will use North American next time. The driver seemed interested in his work and took his time. The driver was very precise about how to get the furniture in the house. The driver was very careful. Nothing was damaged. The move was well coordinated and executed. Everyone was polite and professional, especially the crew. This has been the best move out of the last fourteen. The packers were polite and the driver, Mr. Wayne Aaronson, was the utmost respectful and best driver that we've ever had.
