Everybody was absolutely professional. I dealt with North American before and was impressed. With other companies, the price might be the same, but the people do not compare. This is the first time I have moved and the crew was helpful, and informed me about things I needed to know during the move. The courtesy and professionalism of the crew. My items arrived on time and in good condition. I was also asked if I wanted to put cardboard down on the floor. The sales rep was excellent, everybody was not late, the office that I called was excellent, everyone was just responsive and they did that they said they were going to do. The overall thing was exactly what I expected, very professional. North American did very well communicating. If I move again I will call North American because they were very caring, helpful, courteous and did whatever I asked. I am very pleased and appreciative. The move went very smoothly. I would move again with North American because the movers were very pol The way the gentlemen packed our stuff and items and how cautious the crew was. The crew was outstanding and excellent. I would recommend that crew highly to anyone who asked. This particular NorthAmerican Van Lines location has moved me 3 times and this last move was the best of them. I have moved with them before and I have a cousin that works with them. Customer satisfication is what most influenced my rating. Overall satis w/my move, there were no surprises, the driver really worked well w/the crew in coordinating everything & everybody was nice & friendly.
