The crew delivered when they said they would. There was no damage and everything went as planned in general. The crew was professional and did what they were suppose to do. Both crews were great, I was very pleased, nothing was broken so far. The team was very nice, did everything that I asked and worked very hard. I think that paper should have been put in drawers and cupboards to make sure things did not shift around. The driver & crew did an excellent job, had an incredibly friendly & cooperative personality, cared for my brand new house, & put cardboard & pads down to protect my home. Everyone knew what was supposed to be done and followed through with it. Everyone showed professionalism. Brian Scar, the estimator, was good. I was given a price that wouldn't exceed. The loaders and unloaders were polite and professional. The crew was very efficient,safe,and overall it was a great experience,and they were also able to come on a holiday. I'm satisfied so far but I'm still unpacking. The loader did not load a box correctly and when the driver opened the truck door the box fell out and hit him in the head, the item was damaged. Exceptional, they exceeded our expectations, nothing was broken. They were really helpful from the driver on down to everybody else. Everybody was professional and courteous. The only thing that was damaged throughout the whole move was the drawer on my computer desk. The driver told me I have ninety days to let North American know. But, I don't know whom to call. I would like someone to contact me to let me know how do I reso
