The carefulness of the crew and everyone else. The people at the local office were very professional. North American Vanlines was professional, courteous and they were protective of my furniture. The driver called me several times and notified me of a delay. I personally know the delivery guy and know he's reliable and nice, so I felt no need to call someone else. The driver was fabulous and communicated with me throughout the move. The driver and crew did everything on time for me. I did not have anything lost or broken. NAVL went out of their way. I was really pleased. The driver was extremely nice. The crew was helpful and took care of everything, The communication was very open and I was kept in constant contact. The excellent incredibly wonderful way everything was handled.The crew handled my furniture better than they handled their own. The driver was more than willing to change the schedule so that they could del on the day I needed them to. The rep called every day to make sure that everything was going okay. We've already recommended North American Van Lines because we think the drivers & crew were wonderful in handling our things. I didn't have any problems with my move. The delivery team arrived on time and assembled my pool table as promised.
