I think just the professionalism and the care. Everything was packed wonderful and I didn't have any breakage. The professionalism and courtesy from the salesperson to the office staff to the crew who picked up and delivered my furniture. They were all great. North American cared and everything was met on time. We are extremely satisfied. We have used them before for a long distance move and we would use them again. We are very pleased with our driver. They were amazing. The driver's name was George. The customer service was good in all aspects of the move, I was called to check up on the move to make sure the move was going smoothly. The crew was professional, called me and took care of my things. The crew did come a day early to pick up my things, but I was ready so it didn't matter. Everything about the entire process. The crew did a good job with loading and unloading. I was very pleased, everything went smooth. Northamerican moved many family members and they had a good experience. There was a lot of attention paid to detail. It was a smooth process overall. I have never made a long distance move and I was very impressed with the move. I liked the way everything was packed. I received calls from the drivers. Everything was well coordinated. The local office agent kept me informed of everything. The customer service was excellent.
