They were fast and everything they promised they did. They were very flexible and came when I needed them to. The driver who was in charge of it all was professional & accommodating. We were extremely happy with everything, although our items are stored & we can't confirm the condition of the items. I had a really small load and it's always hard to find someone to do. They were corporative and helpful. They also had the best price. The delivery men were on time to the minute, they always answered the phone, they never questioned any request I made, they fixed my antique bed and the rep that did the estimate was very exact. The delivery company was polite, very nice as well as knowledgeable, they took their time, and they were careful with my items. The whole experience. Everything was great; there was nothing negative. North American also adjusted their schedule to meet my special request, and everything was fabulous. I'm very satisfied with the entire thing. I was told how things were going to go, The way everything was handle, the rep I spoke with was real nice. And the delivery team was very nice and caring. The overall service from the time they quoted a price until the time they delivered and this is coming from an ex-mover. The overall service was good. It was easy to call and set up the move. I was given a quote with the description of my inventory. Nothing was damaged and everything was packed perfectly. The driver was awesome. I was more than satisfied. The driver and the The same crew loaded and unpacked my goods, and were very careful with my belongings. They also helped me load a Jet-Ski onto my own vehicle.
