The rep kept in touch with me. The delivery person kept up with the times that were promised for the pick up and delivery. The consideration of the driver. The driver didn't have a crew to help load my things, so the driver did everything without any help. My whole experience was incredibly good and done as promised. I liked the driver and his helper who were wonderful. The friendliness of the crew, how careful the packers and delivery crew were, and how quickly North American responded to any questions I had. The driver and crew were very good at what they do and the driver and crew were very professional, courteous, and very good. They were very consistent in their service throughout the whole process. They wrapped up extra things we didn't have time to do. They made sure nothing got damaged in the rain. They were wonderful. It was obvious the packers did a good job, nothing was broken, the furniture was well protected, and it an overall excellent move. I used them previously. It was easy to set up the moved. They kept us involved before and during the move. The personnel was great. The communication was very good; the overall move was prompt and the crew was very careful in how they handled my items.
