Price, courtesy, professionalism & service. The in-home estimate was excellent. Rep typed info into a laptop & gave us a prompt quote. I like the overall move process it went smoothly. I like the professionalism of the customer service representative, the driver and crew.. Both groups of packers and drivers did an excellent job. They did a great job taking things apart and setting them up. The crew was very professional, on time, & I didn't have any issues. The crew was very cooperative. The crew worked well together. I can't say enough good things of all the people who worked with me, I had the best team work with me. Everything they did was above and beyond, were respectful, kind, communicated well. It was a joy. The people who delivered our items were the same people who packed our things, his name was Chuck and he was wonderful. We called and asked if North American would come and pick up the boxes and we were told that we would be charged considerably for this. The promptness of response to our information request and the touring of the house along with telling us how many boxes we needed. The overall srvc was perfect. I especially want to commend the driver and his helper. The tm was very efficient, very fast, and very careful w/ my belongings. The driver was good, things came when they were suppose to and everything was in good order. It was easy and convenient for me. The overall professionalism influenced my rating. I felt like a valued customer and they cared about me.
