The driver was very nice and communicate well. The delivery team did an excellent job of moving my items. The way the movers handled the furniture was very careful. The overall attitude about taking care of my items. I think the driver was excellent and kept the communication. The driver came early and the driver didn't disturb me and was careful. The coordinator did a good job following up. We were satis with the srvc. They offered a guaranteed price and had a the least number of complaints in the better business bureau. It was a flawless move. When the real charges came back the rep was under 500lbs on a 10,000 lb move. The driver and crew didn't take a break. It was a blistery day when we loaded and unloaded. We couldn't get into the storage unit and the rep was nice and helped me find the access code. The rep didn't get aggravated or annoyed. That personal experience made me very satisfied. The crew was very cordial. We were looking for some silverware and the crew member did all they could to find it. I was told that someone is supposed to come by and pick up the boxes. The crew actually talked with me and built a relationship with me. The packers were concerned and attentive to things that I would need and not need. The care the crew took. There was great communication. It seem like the crew was more gentle carrying my things in. Driver was very professional. My origin agents were extremely helpful. Everybody well coordinated & made it very easy to over across country for me.
