I have moved many times and with many of those moves being professional moves. This move was professional and the easiest with communications. The crew took really good care of my things. North American was very efficient. I was very satisfied with the move. The packer and mover were very efficient and everything was explained to me. Everybody was great from beginning to end. The communication was great and out of all my moves, this one was the best. The crew was considerate in making sure our goods were handled properly. Throughout the overall move the crew was very professional. The representative that coordinated the move communicated well. The driver and loading crew were very good and they were the same on both ends. They were professional and helpful. Everything happened on time with a professional approach. The number of pounds was overestimated so I ended up paying double. Mr Helton gave us the initial estimate. The other prsn contacted us consistently. The driver and the crew were helpful on this end. The overall professionalism and timeliness of the driver and the driver was very accommodating to our elderly mother, who the move was for. I was pleased with the great service from the loaders and the unloaders, the estimator was good, but I never got a follow up after either move. The crew was very professional and courteous. The packers did a good job and the loading and the unloading went very well.
