The del tm arrived on short notice, and was able to pick up my items at a comparative cost. The price was reasonable. I was very happy with the service, my items were delivered on time and the price was right. The crew was very polite and courteous. They were on time, efficient and extremely friendly.We had a death in the family and they worked within our limited time frame. They also communicated very well throughout the move. I had a choice of three companies and I picked North American because the representative took the most time explaining everything that the others did not. The crew did great job and was courteous. The crew who helped were very good and communicate very well.They were very honest and made me feel like I can trust them. North American was very flexible on the delivery date. I was pleased with start to finish with the move. The delivery driver and work of the driver was exceptional. They were fast, punctual, did a great job, and I just can't say enough good things about them. The whole move was good. There was a mistake with the estimate so the rep called me and took something off for the mistake. I really liked how it was handled. Communication is really important. I've moved a number of times and North American has been very careful, nice, and thorough. My chair got broken. The agent in Dixon, Il. The company, Shipperts was good and the del driver, J.D. Anderson, was good as well.
