The attitude of the driver and crew, the friendliness and professionalism. The packers did a good job with the labeling of the boxes. I had a choice of three companies and I picked North American because the representative took the most time explaining everything that the others did not. The crew did great job and was courteous. The overall experience. I have dealt with other moving companies, and this was my best experience thus far. The quality of the movers and drivers. They were professional and considerate in their interactions with me and with handling my items. The driver and crew was professional and the local agent who coordinated my move was excellent. I was extremely impressed with this move on both ends. The care of North American.The crew was nice,quiet,we had a few conversations and pleasant. The driver was very courteous,easy to talk to and nothing was out of the question. Very positive experience. Everyone was very nice to me. They were on time, within a weeks time, and days early. I have no complaints. The crew was early and loaded everything into my garage for me, show I could have a showing of my house. I was very satisfied with Butch. NAVL was very professional, efficient and they packed great. This was my third professional move and NAVL was the best. I think everyone was so personable and everyone contacted me and they were accommodating to my schedule.
