How nice the representatives were. The reps were friendly and concerned about furniture. I didn't have any worries whatsoever. I was very very satisfied with the crew. The driver was absolutely excellent. The driver noticed that the boxes had a little dent. The driver was absolutely wonderful. The overall moving experience influenced my rating. I was extremely impressed and everything that was communicated to me was done perfectly. The driver and the crew was so willing to do whatever I needed done. Cooperative neat, efficient and a pleasant to work with. The overall move was perfect. I had 2 items that were damaged but my items were in storage for 3 months and I'm not sure where the damage was done. It was overall very pleasant, had no problems, and Eric and Laura were great and everybody else was fantastic. The del tm was very nice. The del tm looked nice. The del tm did a overall good job. The del tm was well-mannered. Everyone involved with the move was great and wentthe extra mile to make the move a great move. One of the crew members helped design the layout of the dining room which I thought was wonderful. The people from the company was extremely professional, prompt, accurate, and everything else I expected. They were very accommodating w/ the whole process and let me know when they would arrive. I was able to work the day of delivery. The movers called me w/ 30 minutes notice.
