The driver and the crew was so willing to do whatever I needed done. Cooperative neat, efficient and a pleasant to work with. The people from the company was extremely professional, prompt, accurate, and everything else I expected. Everything went very nice, I was happy with the service I received, the crew was very professional and courteous. The overall process and that there were very few thing damaged during the del. The people were excellent to work with. The del tm was very nice. The del tm looked nice. The del tm did a overall good job. The del tm was well-mannered. It was overall very pleasant, had no problems, and Eric and Laura were great and everybody else was fantastic. Everyone involved with the move was great and wentthe extra mile to make the move a great move. One of the crew members helped design the layout of the dining room which I thought was wonderful. The overall move was perfect. I had 2 items that were damaged but my items were in storage for 3 months and I'm not sure where the damage was done. The driver was really considerate and kept track of what was going on. The driver alone is the reason why I would recommend North American. The driver did an outstanding job. They were very accommodating w/ the whole process and let me know when they would arrive. I was able to work the day of delivery. The movers called me w/ 30 minutes notice.
