The politeness, professionalism and courtesy ofe veryone involved. Also everyone was responsive to our question and easy to get along with. My daughter used NorthAmerican van lines and I liked the way they handled her move. I didn't call anyone else for a quote I just liked the way my daughter's move was handled and I was right. The professionalism of all of the North American vanlines representatives. I was impressed with the service received from the receptionist down to the delivery crew. The driver was very kind and very understanding. It was like talking to an old friend. The driver was very nice. I felt very good and was impressed with this driver. The overall performance, professionalism, and courtesy of the moving crew was great. Also, I would love to recommend Patty and Mike, who were apart of my moving process. The only thing that was damaged throughout the whole move was the drawer on my computer desk. The driver told me I have ninety days to let North American know. But, I don't know whom to call. I would like someone to contact me to let me know how do I reso I like the drive Bart and one of the movers named Chris, they were phenomenal. Bart took care of things and was nice to my mom and wife. I also liked the rep named Karen. This is our second time using NAVL, and we are extremely satisfied with them. NAVL did things the way we liked. We found Northamerican Vanlines courteous, interested in what's going on in a problem we might have, and took good care of our items. The crew was on time. The paper work was easy to understand . The driver was nice. Everything was great about my move.
