I liked the customer service. Everyone from the representative to the dispatcher to the crew was just great. The del tm was careful with my furniture, was on time, did what was promised and was very professional. Driver was great, helpful and made the whole process smooth. Everything was in good shape and on time. I was most happy with the driver, Neil. The driver broke everything down for me. Everytime I called he answered. I forgot a rocking chair in the garage, and the crew came back and got it for me. I appreciated that. I was very satisfied with the overall process. I would like to especially thank the driver who delivered my merchandise, the driver was extremely helpful and professional. Matt, the guy that loaded and unloaded was very polite careful and understanding. I have never worked with anyone like that before. I have a one yr old and the crew was very understanding of that. The overall move, it was delivered on a Sunday. The driver was on time, extremely careful, nice, and professional. I thought the move was very professional from rep who I received the estimate from. To the driver and crew members who were professional as well. This is the first time I used a moving service. It was better than I thought it would be and professional. I was very happy. North American Van Lines was recommended to us and our overall move process was great so we are going to recommend North American Van Lines in the future.
