The crew was nice and efficient. The crew had hard circumstances with the move but adjusted to them well. It went smoothly, my furniture was received in a good condition and the crew was very careful. They made sure that they didn't damage any of my property. The driver was great, there was two guys (the helpers) who acted like they didn't care. We had some things labeled this side up, and they would put them in opposite from what we said. The people the driver hires to help, there's always people who act like Just really good service. The driver and crew was terrific and very courteous. They were on time, and very helpful. I had a great experience. Everything that they were supposed to do was done. They were professional and on time. They kept the delivery as worry free as possible. The consistency and service I received from Gus Nelson, the owner of the Van Lines from Lake Forest, California. The fact that driver and customer service rep organized the move, and did a really good job. Very professional job. The crew did their best loading and unloading the furniture. They were on time. I have a few broken items. I have items that are broken. The movers were very professional and everything was taken care of. There was an additional charge that I do not agree with. I would rate that a 10 because of the hard work of the driver, the loading and unloading crew. The crew worked hard and worked quickly.
