The driver was really friendly and kept in contact when the truck broke down and made sure they would handle my merchandise carefully when loading to another truck. Noe and the crew was absolutely wonderful. Out of the twenty-two moves I have had this was the best. Nothing was broken and I would request Noe to move me again, again and again. We were always treated with respect. NorthAmerican Van Lines delivered as promised. We were well informed about the move and the delivery. The crew arrived at 11:00 am as promised. I have moved w/ the company b/f and this tm was the most professional del tm I have ever experienced. The crew packed my boxes to my expectations. The crew work together very well. The coordinator, Charles Lamon, and salesperson were professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with as was Mike Snodgrass, the driver, who kept in communication & took care of my items. The driver was patient and very professional. Everything arrived on time and the overall move was great. Nothing was broken, everything was on time I loved the people who unloaded my things. The whole process was so smooth. Everyone was great. NAVL was very professional and careful and I had a very experience team and I feel they were the best I have had and I have moved 8 times in the last 11 years. My rating was influenced because the same driver picked up and delivered my goods and I thought the driver was very personable and efficient. The overall move was good. I enjoyed the communication from the rep and driver. The driver and crew was professional, courteous and polite. If I move again I would use the rep again.
