The delivery team had a huge jog going up the hill the truck had to be pushed and the delivery team still had to come up numerous steps. But they were wonderful and could not have done a better job. The guys at North American were very polite, and cared about what they were doing, those guys rocked, I mean they were the best! I thought overall, the service was excellent I was very pleased from beginning to end. The only problem I had was they should've sent 2 people for the packing instead 1. They wanted to move early. North American Van lines said I would have to pay for boxi I had a previous experience with another mover and that was really bad. Comparing the two this was better. Everyone was professional, on time and did what was said. Overall, the move was a good experience. The crew was extremely great at communicating with us throughout the move. North American was great from start to finish. This is the second time I've moved with North American. Everything went well. The driver was very knwldg and was able to get things packed quickly. He knew what he was doing and he knew how to make things happen. Give kudos to the crew also. The delivery team was very good, polite and professional. The delivery team was very careful and everything was packed very well. The move was well coordinated. The movers were professional. The movers did everything which was promised. The professionalism and care from the driver who was the only one there was no crew who did the move that I was impressed with.
