The guys at North American were very polite, and cared about what they were doing, those guys rocked, I mean they were the best! Everything went well. The driver was very knwldg and was able to get things packed quickly. He knew what he was doing and he knew how to make things happen. Give kudos to the crew also. The people who delivered our items were the same people who packed our things, his name was Chuck and he was wonderful. We called and asked if North American would come and pick up the boxes and we were told that we would be charged considerably for this. The process was smooth. I didn't feel rushed and the estimator would call me right back if I had any questions. The move was easy. The team was very nice, did everything that I asked and worked very hard. I think that paper should have been put in drawers and cupboards to make sure things did not shift around. The dates that I wanted were available, and every thing worked out well. The movers were very good and professional. The move was well coordinated. The movers were professional. The movers did everything which was promised. Overall it was very professionally done. It was the best price. I felt very confident that what I was paying for was what I got. Everything was very detailed about the estimate. The professionalism and care from the driver who was the only one there was no crew who did the move that I was impressed with. The overall experience was good. I knew the crew would be careful with my items b/c I've used North American before.
