The way I was treated, influenced my rating. I'd appreciate it if there is a way to commend, George, Chris, the crews; I can't thank the teams enough. I felt the price was competitive, there was a personal touch and the rep was highly communicative. Iwas worked with on all issues. That is why I have used them before and I will continue to do so. I knew crew who picked up my goods. I wasn't there with the crew who delivered but I did walk in after they were done and seen everything was okay. Two factors, they did everything they said they would do at the proper time, and the price was much more competitive than the others that I contacted. Dealt with them before, I'm a NRA member so I got discount, and North American is a good company. I'm very satisfied. Everyone that was involved in the move was nice and did what they were suppose to do.The rep that coordinated my move kept me up to date with what was going on. Working with Jim Smith. He went above and beyond. We a very nice experience. Our rep Jim Smith was great. The driver that we had was good and considerate. We had not moved in thirty years and it was an emotional move for us. The driver was the key to our delivery and he was fantastic. I thought the driver that picked up and delivered, was very professional and personable. The crew was professional and personable too. The driver didn't put up with any mess and got the job done. Overall, I was satisfied with the service that I received. The packers could have done a better job labeling the boxes.
