The service was good. I was always kept informed by the driver on when they would load and unload. The driver was very courteous to me and my granddaughter. Beth, the coordinator was good. Lonnie, the driver was excellent. Gary, the person who did the estimates was thorough and he followed-up with me. Beth was in contact with me during the whole move. The driver was courteous, on time, all promises were true and it was a great experience. The representative was nice. My representative was awesome. The overall move went well. I had no problems and everyone was helpful. The crew was careful and professional. The crew was willing to make up for my slack and was respectful. I liked the overall way I was treated. There was communication. I liked the way the crew who handled & cared about my furniture. I would recommend the crew to anyone. The attitude and effort of the crew. I did arrange with the coordinator of the move to pay once the work was complete, but the driver asked for the payment before. That rubbed us the wrong way A member of the crew, Levi, is the best worker I have ever see It was a dependable service. The coordination of the schedule was accommodated. My goods were delivered as promised. I was very pleased with the level of service and everybody was professional. North American was very easy to deal with. The unloading and loading driver was very professional. The driver was also easy to deal with. Once we got the schedule picked up when they said they would kept in contact and someone called to let us know when they would be delivered. Coming & del on time & that only 1 small & not substantial item was damaged most influenced my rating.
