The care and attention North American paid to my stuff. Nothing was broken, cracked, or crushed and I think the delivery was handled very appropriately. The fact that everything was del promptly and the one thing that did get torn was documented immediately. The driver that I had, did my first move. I requested the driver that I've had before. The driver was fantastic. The fact that everyone was professional, kind, and understanding of what I needed. The crew did what needed to be done to get me moved. The movers came when they said and was very energetic. We had the best luck with this move. We moved across state 5 times with regular movers, I have to say this one was the best organized. Promptness; professionalism; honesty; the truthfulness of the answers given to me; and the fact that delivery was on time. Each piece was treated with care. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Drivers were great, careful and nice with the packing it was done really well and the drivers were courteous. The crew was very thorough & very informative. I was called ahead of time when the delivery would be. I was given all the info i needed. The del tm was great. The del tm packed and del. The del tm did a fantastic job. I have no complaints at all. I think that the crew and driver were professional and prompt. They had good communication. NorthAmercian kept me informed with my moving process.
