The del tm was great. The del tm packed and del. The del tm did a fantastic job. I have no complaints at all. The delivery team were kind, on time and did what they said they were going to do. My furniture was also treated well. The way everything was handled, the courtesy the professionalism, the care for my belongings and the politeness. The del. tm. & driver were all so efficient with me from the beginning when the gentleman came to talk to me, and up until the del. tm. delivered my furniture. I was impressed with the driver, the driver was kind, easy to work with and put me at ease. The crew was good with my children. The movers came when they said and was very energetic. We had the best luck with this move. We moved across state 5 times with regular movers, I have to say this one was the best organized. The overall professionalism and cooperation of all parties involved. I would like to give a special thanks to Sheila in the Garland office and to Joseph the driver. Those two were amazing. The driver and crew's maturity and knowledge on how to move the furniture most influenced my rating.The movers were experienced, outstanding, pleasant, and should get a raise. The service was excellent. The move was quick and easy. North American was professional, courteous, friendly, and prompt. It was the same crew all the way through the move.It made it easier to communicate. It made a difference with the whole move, and especially with the packing. The company kept checking on me.
