The quality of service of the driver and crew. I used North American two years ago and this crew was so much better. I had the same coordinator, Cheryl, and they are always great. The efficiency, courteousness and the way NA listened to us. Kind, courteous people who cared about our stuff like it was their own. The driver and crew's maturity and knowledge on how to move the furniture most influenced my rating.The movers were experienced, outstanding, pleasant, and should get a raise. The crew was very thorough & very informative. I was called ahead of time when the delivery would be. I was given all the info i needed. We had the same crew throughout the move and they were wonderful. The crew was quick, accommodating and careful. The crew delivered when they said they would. There was no damage and everything went as planned in general. The delivery company was polite, very nice as well as knowledgeable, they took their time, and they were careful with my items. The movers were very nice, on time, and if something was wrong the movers answered my questions honestly. I was satisfied with my overall move. The entire process was very well explained, any questions I had were answered. The rep who visited & gave me estimate was professional & very nice. The crew made it just that much easier for us.
