The driver that I had, did my first move. I requested the driver that I've had before. The driver was fantastic. I am satis with the overall move process. I like the professionalism of the rep, driver and crew before the move and after. I did have some damage to my amour. The fact that everything was del promptly and the one thing that did get torn was documented immediately. The delivery crew did the job how I wanted. My delivery crew did a good job from packing, unloading and driving. It depends on the crew and my crew was great and did a good job. The crew was very courteous. The crew handled the move in a speedy manner. The overall service was a success. I would recommend NAVL to others. The way everything was handled, the courtesy the professionalism, the care for my belongings and the politeness. The crew was fantastic, helpful and had great personalities. The crew treated my items as they were their own. I felt that del crew were very good and listened to me. If there were any concerns they would take care of it. I never heard them complaining. The movers came when they said and was very energetic. We had the best luck with this move. We moved across state 5 times with regular movers, I have to say this one was the best organized. All the people who worked with us were excellent. The people were patient, funny, and hard working.We were very satisfied with the service.
