The careful packing & transport of the goods & the accuracy of the delivery time is what most influneced my rating. The did what they said and the estimate was higher than the actual cost and they will be issuing me a credit. Everybody was absolutely professional. I dealt with North American before and was impressed. With other companies, the price might be the same, but the people do not compare. We were very happy with the way Schumann Brothers handle the whole move. We have used the company before and have been very happy. The driver who delivered the items was excellent. NAVL was prompt. I commend NAVL on how well the crew and the driver did their job. Everyone involved was great. We were extremely happy with the whole move, I told the rep that we were really happy with North American Van Lines. I rated a 10, b/c the North American Van Lines arrived on time and called me ahead of time to confirm my move. From the sales person that came to our house to the driver and crew was just great. From beginning to end was a great experience. The rep came and quoted me the rate. The crew was on time. The driver was flexible and called me when he told me he would call. The overall experience was an excellent experience. The driver was very well to work with and concerned about the move.
