The crew was very careful in the old and new house. The crew also treated the items with care and respect. I was very happy. I have boxes that could be recycled. Everything was excellent.The guys were excellent. One of them was exceptional. We haven't moved in thirty nine years but this move was great for my wife and I. The coordinator, the loading crew and driver all showed they cared about my furniture. A piece of my furniture was dropped and I'm having a hard time appraising the value of it. The crew did whatever we needed, were very careful and the drivers were nice as well as the unloaders too. The crew was very helpful. The communication with the rep coordinator. Calling to confirm delivery dates on loading and unloading process. My moving coordinator was very nice on the phone and very thorough and the driver and the driver's crew was excellent. Everybody was absolutely professional. I dealt with North American before and was impressed. With other companies, the price might be the same, but the people do not compare. The driver and the loading and unloading crew were very careful with my things, and they were very polite. I moved with northAmerican Van Lines five different times and I have never had a prob with their services. I moved several times with my husband's company, andI was very pleased with the crew at NorthAmerican van lines they were very helpful and easy to work with.
