The overall srvc was good. Everything was handled and met more then I anticipated or expected. The team was diligent and communicated well. I would recommed North American because the delivery team was very professional,courteous,careful and friendly. Everything went perfectly with the move. The timing was great and the people were helpful. The price was great also. Everything was fantastic. Everything from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The good crew Todd and Danny. They were good guys that helped from start to finish. They were excellent. I thought the movers who moved me in were helpful. Todd was great and 3 reps who moved me in were awesome. Steve and Janet were fantastic. NAVL packed very well and they knew how to pack my goods, NAVL was able to make it around tight corner w/out scratching the walls. They were very polite, courteous, & they made suggestions to help me. The whole process was hassle free with the loading, unloading, & communication was great. I had multiple contacts with phone calls and emails. This was a pleasant experience. The level of service, it was extremely good, their communication with the family was above and beyond. The fact that I was told everything up front, and North American Vanlines did everything they said they were going to do. North American Vanlines was on time for both loading and unloading. North American cared and everything was met on time. We are extremely satisfied. We have used them before for a long distance move and we would use them again. We are very pleased with our driver. They were amazing. The driver's name was George.
