I was pretty satisfied with the overall move. The only thing was off was the local company didn't come out to stabilize the washer during the delivery. Deflated the air beds. The driver had great customer service, the rep. over the phone was very courteous and the crew was professional. The whole process was hassle free with the loading, unloading, & communication was great. I had multiple contacts with phone calls and emails. This was a pleasant experience. I was looking for a national van-line with a household name that was qualified and offered insurance. I did a cross country move and used North American five years ago and also Rainbow Movers are tied with North American and the representative was great. The service I received from the driver and crew most influenced my rating. The overall move from start to finish was great. I thought the driver was very friendly, personable & did a good job. The team was quick and did not screw around, also none of my stuff was damaged. The rep who came to the house was extremely thorough and available. The crew was available and accomodating to our needs. I felt safer with North American Vanlines because they have been in business for many years. I was satisfied with the overall move. I used North American Van Lines many years ago and I was very impressed with the service I was given.
