My sales associate followed up and went above and beyond. The crew worked hard, was prompt, and courteous. They were nice, concerned, and personable. They also did things as promised, they were prompt didn't waste time, and was a pleasure to work with. The interaction of the movers and the coordinator. Jaime kept in constant contact. The crew who unloaded and unloaded showed concerns for my belongings. The way everything was handled was phenomenal. The overall service and communication. Kelly, the rep I spoke w/ in the office was courteous and excellent. Mark, the rep that came to my home was excellent. Bernardo, the driver was good. It has been a long time since I've had to use a moving company long distance. Driver at pickup was less than professional, carrying on about how difficult it was to get the truck into storage. The professionalism of the driver, the driver cared about me and my family and it was a positive experience. The move process was very professional and the driver and crew were very productive. They also arrived early. Being able to get things done as quick and efficiently as they did influenced my rating. The communication was awesome. The delivery was smooth move. I didn't have to worry about anything. The crew was on time and did the job well.
