They were very careful with items that they packed , like pictures ; and listened to me with no problems about my directions. They were cordial and professional. The driver and crew were courteous. In the beginning, Mr. Hunsley, of Alabama was courteous and helpful. The driver was very helpful. I am doing a full move in a couple of months and I plan on using Northamerican. Everything was done correctly and it was the way the overall package was handled. No items were damaged. I was very impressed with the driver. He was very courteous and looked at every detail when picking up and delivering. The driver was on time and professional. The driver was careful with our items. The service of the driver made this move the best I had ever experienced overall. The professionalism of the driver, the driver cared about me and my family and it was a positive experience. I was just extremely satisfied with the profressionalism and communication of the driver, the loader and unloader. It was just a pleasant experience. Just overall, the driver was pretty good, and the people who involved were pretty good. The Crew re assembled in of our beds incorrectly, and it eventually broke down the middle. The driver and crew was kind and careful with my items. Everything went as I was told and promised. I haven't received my receipt but I know I will.
