The professionalism and concern was very high. Overall I had no complaints and everything was wonderful. The professionalism of everybody, from the lady that came to my house all the way down to the loaders and the packers. The entire moving process went smoothly. It was my first opportunity to use a professional moving company. The rates were reasonable and the service was extremely professional. We've moved w/North American Van Lines before & we were satis. Our children have also used North American Van Lines & were also very satis. I have moved five times in the last six years & you had the fairest price. The team worked in 100 degree heat. The team was very patient and answered all questions. Just the efficiency, packing, everything being processed in 3 days, & done in a timely fashion. It was raining when they were loading and when they were delivering. Everything was well protected. How easily the move went and the move was perfect. The crew was nice, quick, and accommodating to me. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I didn't have to ask any questions because everything was explained to me. In general everything the move was simple. The crew arrived on time, labeled everything correctly, and the move itself only took 3 1/2 hours on both ends combined. I was very satisfied with the driver who did all my moving furniture. The driver was very excellent and I would recommend the driver to anyone.
