The overall service from the time they quoted a price until the time they delivered and this is coming from an ex-mover. I'm an ex CDL driver and by personal experience I do understand what it takes and the driver did an extremely excellent job. How well we were treated, the fact that the crew called and was on time, how carefully my furniture was treated and how professional the driver was. Step by step, everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt like I was dealing with a small company. Everybody tried hard to make sure things worked out for me. The driver and the helper were courteous, polite, friendly and professional. They cared about the items. They did an excellent job with customer satisfaction. I would recommend those two to anyone. The driver and his helper were prompt, very nice, polite, did a good job and I really like the rep Alex. There were some scratches on the appl. Th overall experiencee was great. The delivery crew delivered my items a day early and I have no complaints. Because I think overall everything was excellent. The only problem I had was that the ppl left my stuff in the garage unpacked. The ppl had to bring out another crew. The promptness of response to our information request and the touring of the house along with telling us how many boxes we needed. The professionalism of everyone involved in the move. The driver and crew were professional and arrived on time.
