I most appreciate the companies willingness to accomadate our 2 part move. Everyone was flexible, professional & kind accross the board. The company worked w/in my timeframe. Everything was on time. The whole experience was great from the coordinator to the person who packed me, to the people who picked-up and the people who delivered. I have no complaints at all. I am very happy. The fact everything went smooth from beginning to end. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and professional. The overall professionalism of the rep who came out to the home, the agent and delivery representative The driver and loading crew were very good and they were the same on both ends. They were professional and helpful. The driver Tom was wonderful. Tom was practical, personal, and helpful in giving me guidance on what was going on. The delivery crew and unloading crew did a good job. The A1 Freeman Co. did not respond to my calls or emails. The driver and the helper were courteous, polite, friendly and professional. They cared about the items. They did an excellent job with customer satisfaction. I would recommend those two to anyone. The overall attitudes, the performance level and the timeliness of the delivery. Everything went very smoothly. The reliability and care of the people influenced my rating. Everything was done on a timely bases. The people were friendly, on time, and helpful.
