My rating was influenced by the people that I met from the estimator, driver, loaders, and unloaders. They all have done an excellent job. The extreme concern of the driver. The driver, John, was very good, professional, concerned, did everything said, was punctual, confirmed dates, and just went the extra mile. There was one accident. I have a very difficult driveway to get into and there w The coordinator and the driver was fantastic. The driver was caring and communicated well. The coordinator communitcated well. The way the crew and drivers handled everything was very professional and the rep who came to my home was professional also. The people that I dealt w/ were straight forward and communicative. The driver was terrific and they cared for my items. The overall move. The driver and crew were very careful in handling our vintage jukebox and the representative was very efficient in returning our calls. They came and got my goods and stored them. They came and got everything, they were very patient, communicated with me and there were no scratches on anything. The whole process was excellent. The driver and crew was fantastic and I would recommend them to anybody. The move was very good. The professionalism and manners of the driver and the loaders. They were very polite, accommodating and informed. I had a good experience in the past with North American Van Lines. This move was also a good experience.
