The overall move. The driver and crew were very careful in handling our vintage jukebox and the representative was very efficient in returning our calls. The extreme concern of the driver. The driver, John, was very good, professional, concerned, did everything said, was punctual, confirmed dates, and just went the extra mile. There was one accident. I have a very difficult driveway to get into and there w The whole process was excellent. The driver and crew was fantastic and I would recommend them to anybody. The move was very good. I would recommend North American because of the drive was very considerate, informative and took time with my items. The performance of the people starting with Monica who came and explained everything to us. We were happy with everything. We were totally pleased in everything they did. The crew were courteous & helpful. I would highly recommend them. The people that I dealt w/ were straight forward and communicative. The driver was terrific and they cared for my items. My rating was influenced by the people that I met from the estimator, driver, loaders, and unloaders. They all have done an excellent job. The crew arrived on time everything was in good shape the crew was polite and they did what was expected. The driver and crew were here on time for pick up, they were here for unloading, and they helped me to put things together.
