The quality of the service of the all the people involved with the move. The staff was professional and courteous. The srvc was really great. The communication was really good between myself and the crew. I always knew where my things were. The courteous, professional nature of the reps, as well as impressive communication is what impressed me. Also I want specify the driver, as well. The crew and driver was very polite, friendly, professional and cooperative when it came to unusual request. The representatives were so careful with the marble and antiques, nothing was cracked. Everything was packed and crated very carefully. It was fantastic. The availability of the local representative to come out and give me a estimate, without me having to call on the phone. I liked how the movers treated us and how they spoke with us. The movers were careful and quick. I was just happy with the overall move. The communication was good. The appearance of the crew and the professionalism of the agent was good too. The very professional way everything was handled. The team was pleasant, careful and did everything in an excellent way. This made the move easier than I anticipated. North American was honest, friendly, careful, personable, wonderful & did what they said they would do.
