The level of concern for my Mother-in-law. The movers were easy to work with and making it easy for my Mother-in-law. I appreciated the way the move went. The overall move process. The team was good with my kids. North American called me to inform us what was going on and told us that they would be there to delivery our goods on-time. The team of the driver and crew arrived on time and on the right date. The team packed and unpacked as quickly as possible. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The crew was very conscientious with our time restraints. Everything was perfect. The driver was concerned about where the items were going. The driver was very nice and did an excellent job. A few of the boxes were a little bit up, but the journey was long. The crew and driver was very polite, friendly, professional and cooperative when it came to unusual request. The drivers were communicative, courteous, and very careful with my antiques, so they arrived properly. The way NorthAmerican handled my items was good. But I had 1 issue I didn't like. My furniture was moved 4 times rather than 2 times. The del team over exceeded my expectations. They picked up my furniture one day and delivered it the next everything was just awesome. My rating was influenced by the driver, the help that they had, and the time that they got here to deliver. The packers need to be more discreet about how they pack items. It seems like the items were thrown into the boxes. The packers didn't do very well
