The driver was fabulous and communicated with me throughout the move. The driver and crew did everything on time for me. Its hard to say if it was the local people or the driver. We had the same driver for the pick and the delivery. They were very good. The srvc was really great. The communication was really good between myself and the crew. I always knew where my things were. The overall move process. The team was good with my kids. North American called me to inform us what was going on and told us that they would be there to delivery our goods on-time. The crew and driver was very polite, friendly, professional and cooperative when it came to unusual request. The driver seemed interested in his work and took his time. The driver was very precise about how to get the furniture in the house. The driver was very careful. Overall, I was very satisfied; the movers were professional, polite, careful, patient and they did their job very well. The representatives were so careful with the marble and antiques, nothing was cracked. Everything was packed and crated very carefully. It was fantastic. The North American Van Lines staff was timely, did what this staff were supposed to do, and called me. This staff did an excellent job. The contact person kept me informed all the way. There weren't enough people initially but my move was taken care in a timely manner.
