The quality of the service of the all the people involved with the move. The staff was professional and courteous. There was very good communication throughout the process and the promptness of the loading and delivery. The communication was good. The appearance of the crew and the professionalism of the agent was good too. The srvc was really great. The communication was really good between myself and the crew. I always knew where my things were. The crew was overall good. The crew got along good with my five kids and my pets. The crew was also professional. Jerry, who estimated the cost of the move, thoroughly explained the whole moving process to me and did an excellent job. I had no problems at all. Mike, the person who handled the whole move, the packing, unloading, delivery and unloading, did an outstand My rating was influenced by the driver, the help that they had, and the time that they got here to deliver. The packers need to be more discreet about how they pack items. It seems like the items were thrown into the boxes. The packers didn't do very well I was hesitant at first but I had the same driver for both pickup and delivery which made feel very comfortable after speaking with him and the move was well organized. The crew and driver was very polite, friendly, professional and cooperative when it came to unusual request. The representatives were so careful with the marble and antiques, nothing was cracked. Everything was packed and crated very carefully. It was fantastic.
