The crews were clean, respectful, and asked questions about everything they touched. The items were packed good. The crew that loaded and unloaded were excellent. I felt that my belongings were very safe with this crew. I take care of someone with alzheimer's and the crew was so thoughtful and kind to him. I wanted the movers to be careful about my animals so that t I was happy with the entire move. I like the walk through and explaination of the entire process. The crew was very careful w/ everything. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The driver communicated with me very well. They were very prompt and put everything where I wanted it. The overall process of the move influenced my rating. Everything was the way it was supposed to be. The only problem was a set of pots and pans were left behind and things in the oven drawer. We've already recommended North American Van Lines because we think the drivers & crew were wonderful in handling our things. The movers were very polite and they treated my items with care and they were careful not scratch up my wall. They were very professional. We had several mishaps. The delivery teams came out on short notice. Our house was suppose to sell quickly and it did not. The delivery team put our items in storage. Everything went fine. I was satisfied with everyone I worked with. The movers were punctual and professional. Any questions I had they were answered promptly. The entire move was flawless. The most important thing was that I had a specific date I needed this unloaded by and they meet that date.
