This is my first time using a company and rep was so nice and the driver was right on time. The driver gave me updates and the boxes had no broken items. I am glad I used this company. The crews were clean, respectful, and asked questions about everything they touched. The items were packed good. The reps were very friendly and very concern that everything was were I wanted it so I wouldn't have to move it myself. The people were wonderful, the people were friendly and completed the job as promised. I requested a phone call back with a quote and North American got back to me. The overall process of the move influenced my rating. Everything was the way it was supposed to be. The only problem was a set of pots and pans were left behind and things in the oven drawer. Everyone from North American Van Lines did a great job. The crew, the driver and the representative was great. North American was straight forward and reliable. It was a smooth process. I noticed a little damage on a corner of an antique. I don't know if this was previously damaged or if this occurred during the padding and wrapping. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The driver communicated with me very well. They were very prompt and put everything where I wanted it. The movers were very polite and they treated my items with care and they were careful not scratch up my wall. They were very professional. Everything that I asked for was done. It was done in a timely manner. All of the workers were very courteous and everything came in one piece.
