The loading crew was professional and helpful. The move coordinator was helpful and informative. The process could not have gone any smoother. I would recommend North American Van Lines becausethe crew was caring about my possessions, and if anything was wrong, the crew helped to fix the problem. I was billed twice, therefore, my bill was twice as much as it should have been. This has been I was pleased with the ease of communication with the agent and how careful the crew was with my items. I was influenced by the respect to the furniture in both houses. I was informed w/ communication throughout the move. I was impressed w/ the response to my special requests. The driver and the crew were professional and prompt. The driver and crew went above and beyond what was suppose to be done. I was happy with the entire move. I like the walk through and explaination of the entire process. The crew was very careful w/ everything. We had several mishaps. The delivery teams came out on short notice. Our house was suppose to sell quickly and it did not. The delivery team put our items in storage. Everything went fine. North American was straight forward and reliable. It was a smooth process. I noticed a little damage on a corner of an antique. I don't know if this was previously damaged or if this occurred during the padding and wrapping. The overall process of the move influenced my rating. Everything was the way it was supposed to be. The only problem was a set of pots and pans were left behind and things in the oven drawer. We really like the people who helped us with the move. They paid attention and was focused on what they were doing. Thanks for being helpful with my family. The crew was really helpful and the driver was really good.
