Reviews from michigan Customers

  • The professionalism of the two guys that coordinated the move most influenced my rating. The packing, loading, and unloading of my goods was done very well by the crew.
  • North American provided a professional and good experience. I was told that some things would be left in my desk, but during the move they were misplaced.
  • The driver and his partner took control of the entire process and everything went according to the schedule.
  • Kevin Nieboer and Scott Fisher made it exceptional. Both are obviously experienced and did a good job explaining how things worked and what to expect.
  • The explanation up front about the moving process and, especially, the storage of our belongings while our home was being built. Communication during the move was also very good.
