I had a lot of things and there was only a little damage. The move was well managed and everything happend as planned. The way the items were packed, sealed and delivered. The driver and crew were courteous, also the nicest people that I ever met. All of my items were totally intact, I raved about the move. The way that the driver performed throughout the move. The driver was the best one I have every had and I moved quite a few times. I have moved many times and this one was very good. The driver was fantastic on both ends. The crew seemed to be very concerned w/ not damaging the doors or walls. The overall srvc was excellent. Everyone who I dealt w/ was wonderful. I would recommend North American Van Lines w/out question. The personnel was professional. Everything was as promised, well packed, and the price was competitive. The price was no hassles and all inclusive. There were no hidden cost. Everyone was awesome. I got every question answered. North American would call me to keep me informed. The time schedules, professional services, and the contact information that I received from North American. The driver and the guy that came to back were awesome. I had two items I needed the driver and the packer to take special care of and the driver and packer were very careful. I told the crew I wanted to double my load & the crew came back to me w/ an adjustment price that was reasonable.
