The way the team handled things influenced my rating, from the time the agent came to my house to inspect what had to be moved. The driver, crew worked as a team; I was concerned about a mirror. The professionalism, care and respect. The way our items and furniture was handled. I have nothing bad to say about North American. Everything ran so smoothly. Things couldn't have gone any smoother. Everybody was polite, courteous and understanding. I am very satisfied with the service that I received. The time and communication and the driver went very well. When you move you are afraid that your stuff will be damaged but they were careful. The personality and carefulness of the crew. The loading and unloading was great. I have no negative thing at all to sayabout the overall move. Everyone was great. The move was flawless and there was good communication throughout the move. The driver, Shawn, did very well. We had people move my father from North Carolina and I wasn't impressed with that move so these movers did a good job period. The driver was excellent, packed everything carefully and unloaded everything carefully. The move was much better than I had expected. They were exellent all the way through, from the time we first called until our things were delivered and set up. The attention, the amount time thing was done, and the support of the crew was excellent. I was pleased with everything from the coordination until the very last step was completed.
