The personality and carefulness of the crew. The loading and unloading was great. I have no negative thing at all to sayabout the overall move. Everyone was great. The move was flawless and there was good communication throughout the move. The driver, Shawn, did very well. The attention, the amount time thing was done, and the support of the crew was excellent. I was pleased with everything from the coordination until the very last step was completed. The professionalism, care and respect. The way our items and furniture was handled. I have nothing bad to say about North American. Everything ran so smoothly. Things couldn't have gone any smoother. Everybody was polite, courteous and understanding. The job was done well and I was very pleased, Although the actual price was higher than the estimate. The way the team handled things influenced my rating, from the time the agent came to my house to inspect what had to be moved. The driver, crew worked as a team; I was concerned about a mirror. I am very satisfied with the service that I received. The time and communication and the driver went very well. When you move you are afraid that your stuff will be damaged but they were careful. I was extremely impressed with how polite and nice everyone was. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased. They were exellent all the way through, from the time we first called until our things were delivered and set up.
