The overall uncomplicated simplified and cooperative move. The drivers Ben & John worked very well together; loaded good, moved good and worked fast. The way the mover handled my move. I asked them to do something, the mover did it, was very nice professional and did their job well. Everyone involved was excellent. Everyone was courteous. Everyone took the time to answer my questions if I had questions. Everyone was customer friendly. The communication, they called me and kept in touch during the move including the driver and the sales person. The did a fine job. The crew worked hard, they came when they said they would and did what they said they would. The care of my furniture and the driver was considerate and forth coming. I liked how big the truck was. I was also recommended to someone to try outNorth American Van Lines. The crew was on time and my furniture was packed perfect and handled carefully. I was very satisfied. The rep was very prompt. The delivery agents did a good job and they were quick at what they were doing. The drivers were excellent, I enjoyed the continuity. The packer were helpful and I liked the communication. Everybody was friendly, did a great job, nothing was broken, they put things where I wanted. I was very impressed. They went the extra mile to make things work.
