The did a fine job. The crew worked hard, they came when they said they would and did what they said they would. My rating was influenced by the service. I was contacted by the crew throughout the del process & I was told where they were located. I appreciate being accommodated. The driver and his crew arrived on time, placed everything where I wanted it and did not break, scratch or damage anything. The driver and his crew did a superb and fantastic job. I was treated with the most respect and dignity. Everything was done professional. My items were as well treated with respect. I was extremely satisfied with the overall service. The professionalism of the sales rep that came out and the follow up I received. The move was delayed twice because of the hurricanes. Also, the friendliness and professionalism of everyone. The driver and the rep that coordinated the move influenced my rating. The driver communicated any issue foreseen. They were courteous, on time, did everything they said they would do and delivered my things safely. They did not have a problem with anything I asked for and I was very impressed. The driver because he supervised and picked up and delivered. He was very detailed and thorough and did a good job supervising. The way the mover handled my move. I asked them to do something, the mover did it, was very nice professional and did their job well. I have moved four times, I was most happy with this one. The timeliness of the driver was most impressive.
